Qurtubah 1 - RIDAF

When I arrived at the property there was no one to check us in. We called the phone number numerous times, no one will answer. Very frustrated with lack of attention and communication. Ended up booking somewhere else cause no one was there to check us in 🫤

Very helpful staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Apartments without reception or any serivce

No service what so ever. No shower box

Clean and distance from airport and owner communication

It is ground floor and very noisy on the street doing maintenance and AC is not central No electricity plugs except far away from bed

Everything, fast replay from the owner and clean room.

The room has only three available power outlets; two are inaccessible, and the remaining outlet is poorly positioned for optimal work and study using electronic devices. Other than this, everything was optimal.

It was as cosy as it’s name

I think u should give the hole instructions to the visitor, about the payment and the method of interning the apartment
