Property did not offer breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. And the staff was really nice and helpful.

No one pots and pans for kitchen. Had to request room service if stayed less than 14 days.

This was not too major, but toiletries and change of towels/wash clothes were limited for short stay residents and charged fees to change out even if you stayed less than 7 days.

There was no breakfast.

I did not like having a full kitchen without any pots, pans, or cokking utensils.

I did not like the people leaning on the cars in the back parking lot while drinking at 11:00 pm. I didn't even stay one night. I paid for 2 nights and cancelled the remainder of my reservation. It felt very unsafe. I will however give high marks to the 2 lovely women that handled my reservation.

Nothing, were not given the room we reserved. No tub only a shower, for personal reasons we weren't able to use it. The only thing about this experience I could say I did like was leaving!!! Should've told them to keep the room when they tried telling us it wasn't ready 5 hours after our scheduled check-in time. And they charged us a $40 early check-in fee. I would stay in a cardboard box before staying here ever!!! It asked for us to share pictures of the motel. So disgusted with this place I didn't want any reminder of it!!! I can tell you room 408 was NOT the room we reserved!!! Hampton Inn is a much better Hotel hands down

The staff for one, they were rude and asked us to leave, because we had 3 dogs. We were not told we couldn't have 3 dogs at check in. I even asked if they were getting a deposit for them. Then they kept money for a pet deposit when they told us it was refundable as long as there was no damage. There was absolutely no damages what so ever! These people need new management we were supposed to check in at 6am they called us just before 6 and told us the room wouldn't be ready until after 11am, so for 5 hours we had to find something to do. Then at 11am they were trying to tell us it still wasn't ready. They put us in a room we didn't reserve. All in all this was the WORST motel stay I have ever had!! I don't know how they're still in business!! Hampton Inn is a much better Hotel!!

The rooms were clean and had kitchenettes on them.

The manager there had a nasty attitude and refused to extend us all because my husband and in were doing a little something something in the bed and they heard it.

The front desk woman was very nice. The room was clean.

I would not recommend this hotel to families nor professionals. The hotel is geared towards long term stays for single laborers, from what I observed. There was a lingering odor of pot in the hallway. Shower head didn’t work. So, eventhough the building was clean, we did not feel safe in the room. The door wasn’t able to be deadlocked because it wasn’t hung right. We left at 4 am, not worth reporting the shower.

Check-in is super simple. Price decent. Staff were attentive and gave good, relevant information.

Loud. Doors being open and shut. You can hear other guests who I didn't even think were being inconsiderate. Lack of noise insulation. I wouldn't want to stay there for long.

Everyone was super sweet and welcoming from the moment I checked in. The staff made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

No ice machine!!! The beds need new mattresses that fit the bed. Mattresses were very hard and the bed would move when you sat at on it.

I liked the breakfast option in the morning. The staff were pleasant and tried to be accommodating.

There was no iron or ironing board in the room. However, I was able to go to the front desk and get one. Breakfast food kept running out, but there weren't a bunch of people at breakfast. It seems that very few eggs or sasauges were being made at a time. I could not get a late check-out.

The location was the best part of my stay in Spartanburg. There was also, no complimentary breakfast (guess I should've read the fine print)...

Our original room had an issue with water coming from the room above us causing the lights in our room to not work because the breaker kept flipping. We were moved to a handicap room and the beds were so low we felt like we were sleeping on the floor...

Every time I stay here it’s always the best experience. I have no complaints.

Shattered glass in room floor upon arrival. Communicated issue to manager on duty. She failed to resolve issue or check in on issue. I had a friend over who was actually cut by glass. Terrible experience and manager also failed to take accountability and gave rudeness instead.

I reserved a regular single queen bed room and when I checked in it was a handicap double queen bed room and the beds were so low to the ground it was hard to get out of and one of the beds was broke And fell all the way to the floor.
