Albergo senza ascensore , con la rampa delle scale senza aria condizionata , con un caldo umido tremendo . Sporco ovunque , sala da pranzo buia e sporca con insetti morti in terra. Sul nostro androne, a pochi metri dalla nostra camera era presente un materasso , vicino alle scale , non si sa bene per quale ragione , forse a prendere aria , stile accampamento. Acqua calda a volte presente e a volte no. Posizionato su una strada buia la notte. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente pessimo , albergo pagato perfino più della media degli alberghi di ottima fascia in Nepal , peraltro in città turistiche . Unica nota positiva il personale gentilissimo.

Water facet had a problem which did not work on the next day. AC was working a bit differently what I used to see.

Fabulous place to stay. The mattress was nice and soft. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. Room service and food was excellent. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I loved the wonderful Nepali hospitality shown by all the staff employed at the hotel. They were really kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is well suited while crossing the Sunauli border. The food is excellent as well. The room was really big, and the bathroom was well maintained and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff gentilissimo, camere e bagni grandi e puliti, aria condizionata e ottimo ristorante il loco ( cibo davvero ottimo ). Possono organizzare taxi per Lumbini ( il bus l’ovale è a venti minuti a piedi). A 100 metri c’è la stazione con i collegamenti per Pokhara e Katmandu. Raccomandatissimo.

Het hotel is ideaal gelegen om na de grensovergang met India een nachtje uit te rusten, het is er rustig. De kamers zijn basic, maar proper.

I think the hotel should be installed in a solar panel for hot water. Actually, the electric gizer hot work effectively and takes quite long to hot water processing

The property is at a walking distance from the Bus Station. It was clean, spacious with helpful staff who ensured our stay was memorable. Rooms were quite spacious and breakfast was tasty with 3 different options. We tried a few items from their menu which was delicious as well. One of the walls was stained probably by previous guests and was thoroughly cleaned by the Houskeeping on being asked to. Our family was happy with way we were treated and look forward to staying again.

The bathrooms though clean and spacious, lacked ventilation. I think a small investment can fix this and will elevate the overall experience.

Great hotel to stay when crossing the India-Nepali land border. Staff was super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to give us everything we needed. Only stayed 1 night, but I will definitely go back if I’m to go to Sonauli or Lumbini again some day.

I’m extremely satisfied with my stay. The room is excellent, and the staff are incredibly efficient. Everything has been perfect—no complaints at all!

The room was perfect and worthy the money it costed. The Hotel is not far from the center but in a secondary road, not really visible and the impression was to be the single guest.

There is nothing that really I can complain. I was just expecting a buffet breakfast but only a la carte was available since, I understood, they are renewing the kitchen and, as I said before, hotel seemed to be empty.

Great staff/receptionists, very helpful. Also the hotel is very close to the central bus station which is great if you want to take a bus to Pokhara or Kathmandu. The rooms are big and clean. One of the best stays in 3 months of travelling through Asia.

It is a very nice property. It was clean. Worth mentioning staff behaviour Kitchen and front desk was very polite. Whatever you demand in kitchen these people in kitchen provides you that even if it is not in the menu. I had 3 rooms booked but I had to cancel 1 at the time of the stay and hotel accepted it very gracefully. Appreciate their courtesy.
