チェックイン場所を探している時、（飼われている？）犬に吠えられ、追いかけてきて少し怖かったです。 エアコン使用時に息苦しさを感じました。 1時間遅れのチェックアウトについて問い合わせると快諾してくださり助かりましたが、チェックアウト時に追加料金を要求され、何のことかわかりませんでした。追加料金自体は問題ありませんが、発生するのであれば問い合わせ時に教えて貰えればスムーズだと思いました。
