Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Bardzo miły gospodarz , posługujacy sie angielskim, wszystko nam wyjaśnił, czekał na nas , poprowadził, bo bładziliśmy. Jedyny w Maroko podczas pobytu lokal, w którym był grzejnik! to w Maroko jest ponadstandard i bardzo za to dziekujemy. Kamienica nie pierwszej młodości, jednak wnętrze bardzo czyste ,( poza garnkami). Blisko do miasta, sklepy niedaleko. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, koce, łazienka ok. Bardzo dobra cena . Sporo przestrzeni. Rolety, ciepło. Wygodnie. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni i chetnie skorzystamy ponownie.
Miejsce parkingowe na ulicy, brakowało miejsc, musieliśmy kawałek podejść. W kuchni garnki były dość zuzyte i poprzypalane. Instalacja kanalizy odbijała złe zapachy, trzeba było zalewać kratke pod prysznicem, zeby nie czuć. Słabo wyciszona klatka schodowa. Głośni sasiedzi do póżna. Przez okna było słychać ruch na obu ulicach , bo mieszkanie na rogu, na parterze.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Хорошая, просторная трёхкомнатная квартира на первом этаже в новом доме. Квартира чистая, комфортная, работает газовая плита, можно что нибудь себе приготовить. Хозяин квартиры приветливый и милый молодой мужчина. До Медины Марракеша около 6 км, на такси в одну сторону (,inDrive): днём - 50 динаров; вечером 70 динаров.
Очень маленький напор воды в раковине в ванной комнате, и практически полное отсутствие воды в душе, из-за чего мы не смогли принять душ и помыться. На будущее необходимо это исправить.

Atención por parte del anfitrión y poca flexibilidad. Falta de toallas y sábanas limpias. Alguna manta estaba sucia. Sensación de poca privacidad porque el seguridad controla quien entra y quien sale y pasa nota al propietario.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026sehr sauber, Küche komplett eingerichtet. Nur ein kleiner Heizkörper vorhanden, für mich allein war dass ok, für eine Familie zu wenig. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Ruhige saubere Wohnanlage, bis zum Centrum muss man ca. eine Stunde gehen, dass habe ich vorher gewusst. Gerne wieder.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2024Nice new and clean apartment little outside of the city center but easy to reach by public transportation (bus to medina for 4,5 dirham). I moved here from medina where it was too crowded, noisy and for the same price I could have this whole apartment for myself instead of poorly furnished little room in Medina.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2024It was a very nice apartment in a nice area. There were a lot of shops and restaurants reasonably close by. Host was very helpful with suggestions, advice and answering questions. Would have been useful to have a microwave and a portable fan in the largest room. Could have been clearer communication at times.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2024On arrival I instantly liked Zoubair. He asked if I needed anything and was kind enough to take me to a supermarket for milk, water and melon. I had left an apartment in a different area after a bad experience unfortunately, so I was extra grateful for Zoubair's generosity. I noted the washing machine, but there was nowhere to hang clothes to dry. The next day Zoubair showed up with a new clothes rack! Again, I was really grateful for his kindness and attention to detail. Each day he checked in to make sure all was well and asked if I needed anything. A superb host.
The only way this gorgeous apartment could be improved would be if it had aircon!
