Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We verbleven hier nu al voor de tweede keer en opnieuw was alles perfect! De kamers zijn mooi en modern ingericht en de bedden slapen heerlijk. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bovendien is de locatie fantastisch. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Everything! Pedro is very friendly and welcoming. My room is very comfortable and spacious. WiFi is strong. Location is a 3 minute walk from the bus station and it’s just within the walls. I’ve stayed there before and it will always be my choice when coming to Lugo.

L'host Pedro è cordiale disponibile e ci ha aiutato suggerendo locali dove pranzare e fare colazione. Nonostante la struttura sia in una via con locali per la sera, non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore e abbiamo potuto riposare.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The little room was perfect and had a beautiful view - it’s also right next to a staircase to get onto the Roman wall! The staff was incredible, helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the windows were soundproofed so even tho it’s above a busy area that wasn’t a problem. Pedro at the front desk gave a great recommendation for a cafe that was open early for pilgrims
The room I had was right next to the elevator which was very loud throughout the night - not sure if people were coming and going but the noise from within was definitely louder than the noise outside.

Y, por supuesto, el trato excepcional de Pedro, el dueño del hostal. Nos dio consejos sobre la zona o los mejores planes para continuar nuestro viaje y siempre cercano y con gran amabilidad... De verdad, nos hizo sentir muy a gusto, como si estuviéramos en casa. Seguro que volveremos 👌

We would have used air conditioning if it was available. The en suite bathroom in triple room 13 was not private enough for unrelated adults.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026A stop on the primitive trail. Excellent, central location and convenient access to both the guesthouse and the room. The room was as booked, with a large balcony overlooking the city walls. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, accommodating our needs and accommodating our requests—a major plus for this property. Cleaning was prompt and thorough.
The room opened onto a large terrace beneath the walls, which limited privacy somewhat: those walking along the Roman walls could see right through if the curtains were open. Due to the heat, we had to sleep with the windows open, and unfortunately, the neighbors were quite noisy, so we called the hotel staff, who resolved the issue. The room's furnishings are inadequate, and there's no room to store luggage for two people. I recommend installing a clothesline on the terrace and a sloping awning to provide shade and privacy.

Por decir algo, estaria bien que tuviera carteles de "No molestar" para poder descansar si se trasnocha sin "miedo" a que despierten/entren. Otro aspecto a mencionar es que no tiene parking, sin embargo, esto último se soluciona rápido porque a 3-5 minutos, fuera de la muralla, hay calles donde aparcar fácil.

Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato del personal. El servicio es impecable: cercano, atento y siempre pendiente de cada detalle para que la estancia sea inolvidable. Se nota el cariño y la dedicación con la que hacen su trabajo. La gastronomía ha sido increíble. Elaboradas con mucho mimo y productos de primera. Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes están cuidadísimas, son cómodas, acogedoras y perfectamente integradas con el entorno. Cada rincón transmite paz y buen gusto. En definitiva, una experiencia de diez en todos los sentidos. Es de esos lugares a los que apetece volver una y otra vez, y que recomendaría sin dudarlo a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de unos días de descanso, naturaleza, buena comida y una atención excepcional. ¡Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por crear un lugar tan increíble!

Ik miste als pelgrim een voorziening om mijn handwas te kunnen doen. Een koelkastje op de kamer had ook fijn geweest.

Hay bastante jaleo a cualquier hora del día pero las habitaciones están insonorizadas y en el momento que cierras la ventana no se escucha nada de nada. Las camas bastante comodas. El propietario muy agradable y atento desde el minuto uno. Además hay un parking a dos minutos andando por solo 9 euros el día.
Para una familia como nosotros con dos niños mayores la habitación familiar se queda un poco pequeña.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Todo en general. Ubicación ideal tanto para visitar Lugo como hacer el camino primitivo. Su limpieza y diseño. El personal súper agradable, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable, si vuelvo a Lugo repetiremos seguro.

Las paredes eran finas y hubo música hasta las 3am por lo que esa noche no pude descansar bien. La ubicación es inmejorable pero trae estas cosas.
