Nao estavam limpar os utensílios, nem as gavetas na cozinha. Tinha cabelo e sujeira. Ficamos 1 semana e so tinhamos 1 toalha cada um, não foi suficiente.

poca assistenza, non ho trovato nessuno né al check in e neppure al check out. ritrovarsi in una casa grande con sauna, incazzi, stufa a legna ecc ecc, senza sapere come funzionano e dover leggere tutto o comunque chiedere per email ogni volta al contatto, non è assolutamente pratico.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2024Loved the beautiful cabin. The location was super, it was close to everything. The service was outstanding, the owner was quick to answer any questions and we felt that he wanted us to have the best stay!
It’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s more like a suggestion. If the cabinets were labled on the inside with what belonged where it would be easier for us guests to tidy and empty the dishwasher.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2024The chalet was perfectly located in the centre of Levi. The front slope and bus stop for all the other slopes was a five minute walk away along with the choice of two supermarkets as well. The chalet itself was brilliant and was perfect for our combination of bedrooms required. There was plenty of space for the children as well as the adults and it was wonderful being able to all sit around a table together.
It could have done with a few more lights around as in the evenings it felt a little dark. Also having blinds on the windows in all the bedrooms would have been welcome.
