-The host. After you pay, its basically figure it out yourself! After various message about the AC leaking, making noises and no cold air coming out, the host did not responed. Some of the air conditioning units work. Some dont. 🤷🏽♀️ -The information on the card provided about the wifi or any other information for the apartment was not correct. -If you are taking a shower at night be prepared because you will just get sprinkles of water (everywhere in the apartment). -The washing machine does not work.
