Instructions for getting in were rubbish, TV only partially worked, with no direction on how to use, and NO HOT WATER… absolutely appalling, and no help from owner

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Ondanks dat het appartement in een wat oudere buurt ligt is het er prima vertoeven. De mensen zijn vriendelijk, het is er in de nacht rustig en er zijn veel eettentjes in de directe omgeving. De ligging is redelijk centraal
Na de derde dag had ik geen warm water meer en bij het inschakelen van de warmwater schakelaar viel de stroom uit. Verder was het er prima vertoeven zeker gelet op de prijs

מקום איסוף המפתח חשוך, המספרים זעירים. נאלצתי לבקש עזרה. לא הצלחתי להחזיר את המפתח למקום. התא לא נפתח השארתי על קופסת המספרים. מקווה שנמצא התאורה: ניתן להדליק רק את כל המנורות יחד. חסרה לי תאורה לקריאה ליד המיטה.

Great location. Unfortunately, for the check out, we agreed we could leave our stuff until 13.00pm. At 11.00 am a guy came, got into the room, and started pushing us to leave. He treated us super bad and took the key of the apartment; refused to give it back, even though we showed him the text that we could leave the stuff until 13. He didn’t speak English, so we tried to see if we could leave the stuff and get the key back, telling him that we were going to leave it back in the lockbox. He trout the key in his pocket and said that he was putting it in the lockbox. The way he treated us was super rude that gave us 0 confidence to leave our stuff there. We had to run and leave the house with all the luggage, changing our plans for today. A really bad experience. I would not recommend this place.
