Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est idéalement située, très bien équipée, spacieuse, lumineuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie est très confortable et tout a été pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation !

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Прекрасная большая квартира в которой чувствуется настоящая атмосфера старой Северной Норвегии. Очень уютное место с особым характером. Рядом находится фьерд. Недалеко находятся пешие тропы ,где можно погулять . Кухня большая, удобная, полностью оборудована всем необходимым. Это было одно из самых запоминающихся мест нашего путешествия. Рекомендуем всем, кто хочет почувствовать настоящую Норвегию, природу и спокойствие севера.

Reviewed May 5, 2026L'appartement était spacieux et bien aménagé, quartier calme mais proche des activités locales. Notre hôte a été très serviable en nous annonçant des annulation de ferrys et en nous déblayant notre véhicule avant notre départ!
Il régnait une odeur un peu désagréable à notre arrivée (peut-être la hotte d'aspiration de la cuisine?). Les lits de la deuxième chambre sont très étroits donc ok pour des enfants mais moins confortable pour des adultes.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Die Unterkunft ist ein Geheimtipp! Zwar mittlerweile etwas überteuert, aber dafür Grandios. Wir vermissten nichts darin, waren jetzt auch schon das 2. mal dort, und es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Der Gastgeber kehrt einem sogar das Auto ab, wenn es nachts geschneit hat. Danke Sebastian. Man kann sich immer an ihn wenden, er wohnt im gleichen Haus. Parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Eine absolute Traumunterkunft mit perfekter Lage und ganz liebem Gastgeber. Wir haben gute Informationen bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren für vier Nächte dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. Auch der Ort ist perfekt. Ich möchte sogar behaupten, dass es der schönste Ort in Senja ist. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Sebastian

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Niesamowite miejsce jeśli marzysz o odpoczynku z dala od cywilizacji. Gdzie kończy się droga, tam zaczyna się przygoda! Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa aby poznać najciekawsze zakątki Senja. Podrugiej stronie fiordu widok na piękną górę Segla. Bardzo mili gospodarze, pomocni, szybko odpowiadają na zapytania. To ważne jeśli okazuje się że tunel, którym jedziesz do domu nagle jest zamykany z powodu remontu. Udzielają szczegółowych informacji o atrakcjach w okolicy, sami są zafascynowani miejscem, gdzie mieszkają! Dziękuje serdecznie!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025We had a wonderful visit at The Cozy Apartment. It was perfect for our family of five. Everything is clean and tidy and it has everything one could need. The location is perfect for exploring many of Senja’s sights and hikes, including lovely trails in walking distance. Sebastian was very helpful with notices of road work on nearby roads before our arrival.

Position of the washing machine was a bit strange. The sleeping rooms hadn´'t good covering of the windows so sleeping was a bit difficult with so much light.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2024We had an amazing time at Sebastian's lovely home! My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in February and we could not have asked for a more tranquil and picturesque village. The apartment was super warm, cozy, and dry despite the wet, cold weather, and the rooms were made up beautifully. The place is incredibly large and spacious with all the linens and toiletries we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large table was the perfect space to eat dinner while looking out on the sea. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

Reviewed Oct 8, 2023This apartment is situated somewhere at the end of world in the very quite village near the fjord. It is really roomy and comfortable. We had enough place for a family of five people, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. When being at Mefjordvaer we immediately felt the atmosphere of small and lovely village. Sebastian is a wonderful host that prepared a house to our late arrival and helped us to organize a nice boat safari.
It's not about better or worse and not about the apartment itself but you should be ready that there is no store in the village and you are to bye food in advance or eat at the restaurant of Mefjord brygge hotel that is also nice.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2023Very clean and very cozy apartment . Very tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped although we could not find a can opener to open a can but not an issue. Stayed for 3 nights and the place is quiet and peaceful with a partial sea view but it is just a few minutes walk to the sea. We saw the most spectacular Northern lights our first night there .
Nothing although the wooden floor squick when walked on and we were often worried we will disturb the people who stayed downstairs.
