During my stay, floor traps in both bathroom 1st floor blocked probably due to irresponsible person who rented the property earlier and throw rubbish, plastics , tissues in the floor traps

Terribly disappointed with have no air conditioning in 2 rooms in spite of the property mentioning it is air conditioned . 4 had to sleep in 1 room as it was hot and stuffy

Host didn't send the details of the home. Wasted almost an hour calling and going back to the guards house for help. 2 rooms upstairs fan works on one speed only and no AC in one room upstairs. Water heater only available in 2 bathrooms.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2024Overall was excellent. very comfortable. The house is super clean and beautiful deco. Admin is friendly and fast reply. Simple self check in process. Towels shower cream are provided. All rooms hv air-conditioned including living room. Also kitchenware like stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator are provided too. If we go Desaru again, this place is a must for our accomodation.

Reviewed May 8, 2024We booked 3 nights in the 4 bedroom house with air conditioning as indicated in the listing. When we checked in, we were surprised to find out that 2 of the bedrooms do not have air conditioners installed. We called booking.com to cancel the booking as the listing was inaccurate n requested for a refund but was told that it would take 24 hours to respond. In the end, two of our friends moved to another unit. After more than 24 hours later, booking.com gave a 20% rebate to e wallet.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2024Had the welcoming feeling when entering the unit and enjoyed the coziness throughout the stay period. The basic amenities including hairdryer and iron set are rather complete. The responsive and friendly owner made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant.
Could use a scrub on the black spot at the bathroom sink. May need to have own transportation due to distance from shop and eateries.

The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fan in the downstairs room wasn't working and there is no any shops nearby

Reviewed Jan 31, 2023Top-notch cleanliness! Everything is spotless! No dust at all; floor, furniture, nowhere! 😍 The bedsheet and comforter smell so good! 🥰 Beautiful renovation. Much effort has been put to beautify the whole house. 🏠 There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. Very thoughtful for the ladies and elderly. 🧕🏻 All amenities are new. 💖
Wi-Fi hasn't been installed yet. Internet connection is bad, mainly because it's a new residential area.

No coverage for Umobile line, for Celcom can only get signal at living room n master bedroom. maybe can consider to provide a wifi adapter.
