The nearby laundry service (dobi) is lousy. Not well maintained, no detergent provided. But there are so many nearby dobi available. Just needed 5mins car ride. Room is a lil bit sandy and dusty as well.

Hard to get parking slots during peak hour. Less signage to show which way to go to. Not easy to reach staff at receptionist table. Blanket too small.

Reviewed May 6, 2024The room is really spacious for what i paid but at the current price, i am no longer sure. TV is on the larger side but not much content is actually included. You'll have to get your own streaming accounts and log in from there. Free parking is really seemless as they just put in your vehicle number into the system so the gantry just lets you come and go. Mall right under the apartment can be convenient but the mall itself isnt anything to write home about.
I was shocked to find that the unit i was assigned to had no actual windows! This not only meant we're not getting any views but also no access to fresh air, we had to rely solely on the a/c which may not be ideal for everyone. The only sunlight we got was from basement-like shutters atop the wall and I am not sure why that's the case. In no way this was mentioned in the the property page and the pictures of curtains shown felt intentionally misleading. Beware if you're prone to claustrophobia. Eventhough kitchen was listed as part of the facility, there's no actual stove or cookwares provided. Be prepared to only dine out or have takeaways. There's also no cleaning tools for simple upkeeps if you're staying for more than a couple days. The wifi provided is also spotty, disconnecting itself several times every hour. The premise requires you to pay RM150 deposit at the front desk before checking in, and to be returned during check out. Not uncommon but it ultimately led to a problem during my checkout. I had to check out by 830am to catch my appointment but the reception counter wasn't staffed. All the provided phone numbers at the desk wasn't answered. I was forced to retime my schedule that day just to come back before 12pm to exchange the unit key for my deposit.
