Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Très mauvaise expérience. Les informations communiquées par le propriétaire ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Il m’a notamment été demandé de payer 50 DT supplémentaires par jour pour pouvoir accéder à la clé du parking, alors que ces frais n’étaient pas clairement indiqués lors de la réservation. Le parking est particulièrement important, car laisser sa voiture à l’extérieur dans le quartier m’a semblé très peu rassurant. Le propriétaire a également demandé une photocopie de ma carte d’identité sans m’en avoir informé au préalable. J’ai trouvé cette procédure très inhabituelle, d’autant plus qu’elle n’était pas mentionnée dans les informations de la réservation. J’ai donc contacté Booking afin de demander des explications sur cette pratique. Enfin, l’état général du logement et la propreté étaient très décevants et ne correspondaient pas aux informations et aux photos présentées sur Booking. Je déconseille cet hébergement et recommande aux voyageurs de bien vérifier les conditions concernant le parking, les éventuels frais supplémentaires et les documents d’identité avant de réserver.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Big apartment, lots of light, exceptionally comfortable bed, washing machine, cooking equipment. Helpful staff. Had overhead shower which worked...our first in Tunisia.
The shower was a bit tight. Slow to reply to communication. Not close to the Medina but not too far away either.

Reviewed May 25, 2025What I liked about the accommodation was that it was clean and conveniently located near the city centre.
What I didn’t like was the constant noise coming from the floor above throughout the night. It seemed like there were no rubber pads to reduce the noise caused by dragging furniture. A lot of mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, the insect spray provided was empty. I also asked if I could check out at 1 PM, but they refused, even though there were no upcoming bookings.
