Villa bagus bersih nyaman, tuan rumah sangat ramah dan baik hati, harga juga pas ndak terlalu mahal dan ndak terlalu murah

Дом большой, удобный, чистый. Две спальни, три санузла. Полностью оборудована кухня, мы сами готовили несколько раз. Отличный вайфай, телевизоры в каждой гостиной (2). От центра Ловины 12 минут на машине. В трех минутах пляж- но в наш посещение (несезон) помойка. Хотя и в Ловине помойка, к сожалению в феврале на Бали вообще с пляжами грустно. Зато рядом полно рисовых полей, водопады, горячие источники.

Каждое утро в соседском гараже часов с 7 утра включали музыку. Петухи по утрам)) Иногда ветерок приносит запах коровника. Деревня))

很愉快的一次入住，这里很宁静，很干净。我们住了4个晚上，第一天大概晚上8点钟到，Budi先生一直在门口等着我们，然后以最快的速度帮我们安排的摩托车，告诉我们大超市（骑摩托车约15分钟），吃饭的地方，之后又帮忙安排了看海豚的行程，上船的地方就在villa的后面，走几分钟就到的沙滩。自己能安排看海豚的时间，太棒了。游泳池也很干净，我们每天都有使用。沐浴露洗发水，拖鞋都是自己要准备的，但对我们来说都不是问题。床铺干净，空调启动的时候也很安静，所以我们睡得还不错。屋外是个小农场，看到漂亮的日落。咖啡很不错，希望下次再过来跟小妹妹一起玩。谢谢你Budi。

Prachtige villa, schoon en ruim. Heerlijke bedden en Mr Budi en zijn familie zijn de liefste en meest gastvrije mensen Ligging in een groene en rustige omgeving. Bestel vooral lekkere koffie en een ontbijtje bij Biancha Cafe

Helaas ging het filtersysteem van het zwembad de eerste dag kapot. Hierdoor hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Nieuwe pomp is besteld maar de levering laat even op zich wachten

Mr.Budi is the most honest and warm hearted house security you can ever have. And this Villa is also clean and enjoyable. I am sure all the people will be Satisfied to this Villa for sure.

Une fontaine à eau aurait put nous être utile

On a eu un accueil chaleureux avec de bons conseils. Magnifique grande villa propre et très spacieuse avec un joli coin piscine. Il faudra prendre un taxi pour rejoindre Lovina mais bien situé pour les visites. Madame d'une gentillesse, nous a régalé tout au long de notre séjour avec ses petites attentions gourmandes fait maison. Elle nous a initié également à préparer des offrandes.

Il serait bien, pour plus d'intimité, de mettre une autre séparation que cette double toile comme par exemple une clôture panneau avec un portillon. Si non tout était vraiment parfait.

L’accueil a été formidable. La villa est super propre, spacieuse et très accueillante. Elle a une quinzaine de minutes de Lovina beach pour les activités de dauphins. Tout était parfait.

写真通りの施設で、室内も庭もプールも清潔に保たれている。 プライバシーが確保されており安心。 Wifiも不自由なく繋がる。 ホストがとても親切、おすすめのアクティビティや観光地などの提案や手配をしてくれる。 食事のメニューは少ないが安くて美味しい。 海岸まで近く、ドルフィンツアーやフィッシングのボートへのアクセスも容易。 コンビニも近くにあり便利。

特にないが、ウォーターサーバーがあればもっと良い。

That we couldn't stay longer !

The host was incredibly kind and hospitable. He helped me with transportation and even drove me to different places during my stay. The villa itself was clean, modern, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed for a week and it was nothing short of wonderful. The villa is big, with a nice sofa, enormous tv, spacious bedrooms, extra lounge area upstairs and quiet airco’s. The pool is the perfect size with relaxing lounge beds and lights in the evening. It’s a quiet and peaceful location. Lovina centre is just 10 minutes by motorbike. There are lots of nice restaurants and good massage places in Lovina. There is a small shop just across the street of the villa and at the end of the street is a bigger supermarket. But what made it so great are Budi, Puspa and their 1 year old daughter Bianca. The managers of the property. They live next door. Budi was a perfect guide to his hometown an Aga village called Pedawa. From Pedawa you have great views on the rice fields of Munduk, and we learnt about the history of the village and met the family (we don’t speak a lot of Indonesian but luckily Budi speaks English). Puspa learnt us how to make offerings and Budi makes delicious coffee and has tips of what to do in the surroundings. They let you to it, but are there whenever you need them. Budi arranged a motorbike for us during our stay and a car ride to our next stay. Made sure the lounge beds in the pools were ready in the morning and just did a lot of little extra things in general. They made us feel at home. We can highly recommend to stay here.

We had an excellent time here. The place is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well equipped and very comfortable!! The pool is amazing too. Super clean and very private. The couple that look after the place are so lovely, always on hand and are very helpful. Even taking us to the doctor when my wife needed one. Would totally recommend!

Nothing at all

The Villa was great, very clean & beds were comfortable & excellent aircon. Great TV & sound system and Netflix provided. The pool was great. We spent time riding the scooter to twin waterfall (beautitul) and riding to the hot springs (it was raining this day it was great). We went out on boat and saw dophins and snorkelled in clear waters. The host "Budi" lives onsite and assisted us on arrival and during our stay, nothing was a problem. This is a stand alone villa with owner living next door. We enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed everything, The Villa's location is a 10 minute scooter ride into Lovina central shopping district. This was not an issue for us as we had motor bike. We did not swim at the beach as it is not inviting.

Beautiful, elegant, modern, new and very clean villa steps from the beach. Friendly, kind and accommodating hosts made our stay very memorable .

the best and highly recommended villa located in buleleng singaraja. close to lovina beach about 2km. very cheap price and super friendly villa owner. The villa is as shown in the picture and even better than the picture, the building is new and everything is very clean.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at this modern and clean villa with a great pool and outdoor area. Mr Budi welcomed us and was more than happy to help us with anything. A short walk to the beach and not far from the town. Great value and would highly recommend this villa for any families who are exploring the beautiful surrounds of Lovina. The hosts greeted us at the door and gave us all the information we needed to settle in well. The Villa is very clean and spacious. Everything worked perfectly, including a fully functioning with large fridge kitchen. Super friendly and helpful team looking after it as well.

It would have been even better if there was soap in the shower/bath (yes there is a bath, which is great), however there are also shops close by so easily managed (or plan ahead and bring your own).

The villa is situated in Just right spot near sea and main road. Weather on this location is mostly sunny. Villa has everything you need. Spacious very clean and luxury, and you have your peace. Mr. Budi and wife are very Nice and friendly, and can arange anything you need. I do recomend. You also have privatne parking under roof.

We welcomed very warm by the staff, really enjoy the villa very much, kids love the pool and the living room. Beach just 5 minutes walk from this villa. The villa well prepared before we come. For dinner, you just drive down 5-10 minutes to the east to find a very fresh and taste sea food. Pak Wayan stand by at the Villa 24 hours, 5 star for this. Love it, we absolutely back again, thanks team.
