Betten hatten keinen Vorhang für etwas mehr Privatsphäre, nur zwei Duschen für Frauen für das gesamte Stockwerk hat zu Staus geführt (4. Etage).

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of toilets and showers and they were clean Staff was friendly and helpful Coffee served in the bar was very good Spacious lockers were provided without extra cost.
-There wasn't really an easy dry place to hang your clothes/towel while showering and i had to put them -The lockers were very loud and the smallest touch would cause loud clanging noises, which is not ideal when trying not to wake your dormmates -I was near the end of the very long winding hallway on the 5th floor, so when I needed to get something from my room quick it was quite a trek from the elevator.

There could be a mirror in the room, it would be a nice thing to add to the room. We also had noisy neighbors (teenager school trip), but we were prepared for such uncomfortable things. Still, we don't regret staying in this hostel. It was still really nice.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The location, however, is excellent. There are good bus connections, the metro is within walking distance, and it is quick and convenient to get to all the main central areas.
A hostel with no kitchen and not even a kettle in the common area. The reception staff, with the exception of one young woman, were not particularly friendly, and one woman was deliberately rude. The biggest downside was the extremely heavy doors, which guests kept slamming day and night. It was unbearable — bring earplugs. The general behavior of some of the guests also left a lot to be desired, although that is of course not really the hostel’s fault. Our private room was also very dusty.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ho soggiornato in una camera singola. La camera era spaziosa e pulita e il letto comodo. Comodo il bar 24h all'ingresso con prezzi accessibili. Il personale è molto gentile.
La struttura è molto dispersiva, con corridoi molto lunghi. C'è un ascensore solo ed è stato guasto per ben 2 volte durante il mio soggiorno, la seconda volta per più di 24h. Trovo inaccettabile che una struttura così grande disponga di un solo ascensore ad uso degli ospiti. Non tutti possono fare 5 piani a piedi! Inoltre, anche quando funziona, la mattina a volte c'è fila. Le porte delle camere e dei bagni sono molto rumorose alla chiusura, pertanto si sentono sbattere per tutto il giorno e la notte. Non c'era uno specchio intero né in camera né in bagno e il numero di lavandini è scarso. Inoltre la mattina si possono trovare i bagni chiusi per ci sono le pulizie in corso.

Les portes des chambres comme des dortoirs ou celles qui donne accès aux wc et douches extérieures (pour les chambres qui n'en ont pas) sont très lourdes et claques assez fort quand elles se referment..ce qui fait beaucoup de bruits jour comme nuit.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Cet hostel est IMMENSE, mais très propre et bien renseigné avec des pancartes partout. Le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant. J'étais dans 8 lits avec salle de bain privative: la chambre est très spacieuse, le matelas très confortable et on avait même de grands casiers fermables à clé pour ranger nos affaires en sécurité. Le ménage est fait régulièrement. On peut également laisser nos bagages en sécurité le temps d'une journée, ce qui est assez pratique !
L'hostel se trouve à un carrefour de deux routes assez passantes, quand on ouvre les fenêtres c'est vite bruyant. Aussi, il n'y a pas de cuisine commune pour préparer des plats à l'avance ou mettre de la nourriture au frais.

Ich hatte einen Parkplatz reserviert und dann nicht erhalten. Die Bäder waren recht weit vom Zimmer entfernt. Man hörte ständig die Türen ins Schloss fallen, dass hallte total. Dabei kann man an der Akustik heutzutage so einfach und günstig etwas machen.

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, sodass es recht warm wird. Bei offenem Fenster ist es nachts sehr laut. Leider haben die Betten keine Vorhänge, die Privatsphäre bieten.

Labai labai garsiai girgžda kambario durys,, jei kas miega - iškart pabunda. Taip pat sunku jas uždaryti tyliai - trenkiasi su didžiulių garsu (dėl durų pritraukėjo). Kai kurie vyrų dušai ypatingai nešvarūs. Liftas neveikė mažiausiai 4 dienas, o ant jo skelbime parašyta, kad bus sutvarkyta per kelias valandas.

Elevator didn't work since my arrival and was fixed only at the last day of leaving hence it was a very difficult situation with all the luggages and going up and down via stairs from 4th floor. And also all doors and outside noice is pretty loud even at late night. Some dorm mates seemed a bit off.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026L'emplacement de l’établissement était idéal, le personnel était très aimable et le lit était très confortable.
La première nuit, j’ai dû changer de chambre, car quelqu’un dormait déjà dans mon lit, ce qui m’a fait perdre du temps, car j’ai dû redescendre et remonter les quatre étages, ce qui m’a aussi fait perdre du sommeil cette nuit-là. L'ascenseur était en panne, rendant les déplacements difficiles. La distance jusqu’aux toilettes et douches était longue. Certaines douches étaient inondées car absence de rideau de douche. Enfin, dans les toilettes hommes, un WC était condamné et l’autre avait absence de papier toilette. Malgré le confort général du lit, l’oreiller glissait systématiquement, car il y avait un espace avec des trous derrière la tête de lit, empêchant de bien le maintenir. Par moment, un peu bruyant la nuit dans le hall et l'entrée de l'auberge, le personnel pourrait rappeler gentillement que des personnes dorment dans l'établissement.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Lage ist gut - Öffies sind bequem zu erreichen. Das Brandenburger Tor zu Fuß in ca. 40 min. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es wird vom Hostel selbst Programm (Spielemittag, Kickerturnier) auf Englisch angeboten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, das war abends schön ruhig, morgens kommt ggf. Lieferverkehr (war nicht jeden Werktag, den wir dort waren, so). Die Bäder und Toiletten sind sauber. Im 4. OG gibt es eine geräumige Lounge mit Tischkicker. Ein Kaffee ist im EG des Hostels.
Der ausgewiesene Privatparkplatz stand uns nicht zur Verfügung, wir haben das Auto in der Nähe in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus untergebracht. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war der Aufzug außer Betrieb, was für den 4. Stock durchaus sportlich ist. Ein paar Haken für Handtücher bzw. Waschbeutel im Bad wären sehr schön.

Pokoje są na 4 i 5 piętrze a winda nie działa i mimo że, nam to nie przeszkadzało to dla niektórych mogłoby to byc problematyczne.

Die Wohnung war im fünften Stock und hatte keinen Aufzug. Außerdem gab es keinen Bereich, in dem man rauchen konnte. Zum Rauchen musste man jedes Mal fünf Stockwerke nach unten gehen, und damit war ich nicht zufrieden.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut angebunden. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und man hatte viel Platz. Das geteilte Badezimmer war immer sehr sauber und es gab auf jeden Stockwerk mehrere Toiletten/Duschen. Unten an der Rezeption ist ein Café mit leckeren Cafe. Um die Ecke war ein Aldi, auch praktisch.
Im Badezimmer wären ein paar Ablagen an den Waschbecken und in den Duschen hilfreich gewesen.

Rien n’a été désagréable, mais je trouve dommage qu’il n’y ai pas un espace cuisine dans l’auberge.

La chambre double est petite, mais pour ce tarif ça paraît ok. On aurait aimé pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres davantage pour ventiler car il faisait très chaud. Effectivement il faudrait régler les ferme portes pour qu'ils fassent moins de bruit, un artisan peut régler cela très facilement.

It's impossible to fully open windows in the rooms, so they become very hot fairly quickly. Our room was on the 4th floor, which is already not great, plus the elevator was broken on the last 2 days of our stay. The hostel has no kitchen

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Tuve que pagar la toalla cada dia eran 10€. Los colchones eran blandos y con bultos. Hacía mucha calor en la habitación y en las zonas comunes. La ducha tenías que subir y bajar un escalón de medio metro mojado hasta la percha que estaba en la puerta donde tenía la toalla, pues no había sitio donde dejar la toalla, tenías que bajar mojado con el riesgo asegurado de resbalón. Que me paso el primer día. Por las noches las luces de dentro de las duchas, las apagaban, por lo que no te podías duchar con el calor que hacían las habitaciones. No había apenas luz en la habitación. He estado en otros hostel mejores

- Zimmer sah aus wie eine Baustelle. Teilweise fehlte das Laminat im Fußboden - Top Bunk war sehr niedrig begrenzt, sodass man bisschen aufpassen musste nicht rauszufallen - Top Bunk hatte außerdem keine Steckdose oder Ablagefläche in Bettnähe - Leider kein Föhn vorhanden - Einrichtung wirkte auf mich persönlich etwas kalt und ungemütlich

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The place is nice, but I thought it was bad that I needed a spoon and a knife, and they charged me for disposable ones.
The first time I stayed in a hostel without a kitchen, it left me very disappointed. I bought some things like cheese, ham, juice, and fruit, and only later discovered there was no kitchen. I had to eat and then throw it away because there was no refrigerator to store it. I bought a bottle of water at the hostel, but the water was warm, so I asked for a glass with ice, and they charged me for a glass with ice. Even though I bought the water from them and it was warm. I will probably never go back to that place.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The family room is really comfortable - space, beds, bathroom, lockers in plus. Minimalistic, but cozy. Huge windows, so lack of the air conditioning even in 30 degrees heat is not a problem. Even though the hostel is placed by the busy street, the noise at night is perfectly muted while closing the windows. The staff is really friendly. Everything is nearby, a lot to eat, a lot to buy. It was a nice stay.
Sometimes noisy at night, but this was due to the guests who are not able to respect the nighttime quiet hours.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Das Personal war super freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber und Komfortabel. Die Duschen waren sehr groß und die Betten super bequem. Wir sind mit 10 Jugendlichen gereist und die fanden es auch super. Es gab eine Lounge mit Kicker und einen Spielplatz gleich um die Ecker.
Die Bäder hätten etwas sauberer sein können.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Stayed overnight while in Berlin for a gig at the Tempodrom, for which the hostel was well-placed. Staff were incredibly helpful at answering my questions pre-visit about park and ride etc; they also received and kept a parcel for me. Rooms were clean and a decent size. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby - went out for post-gig dinner then my companions went out to sample Berlin nightlife. Secure bookable parking garage a few minutes' walk away.
We stayed during the heatwave and it was unbearably hot. Rooms were baking with zero ventilation. There were a few fans available but they were gone by the time we arrived/were made aware. Too hot to sleep so it was quite an uncomfortable night. First hostel I've ever stayed in that didn't have a kitchen available for guest use - hadn't even occurred to me to ask if there is one because I thought it was just a standard thing. Having access to a fridge would have been wonderful. Didn't feel as lively as some hostels I've stayed in - there was a large communal seating area on our floor but no one using it because it was so hot, just a small coffee shop on the ground floor.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Хороший отзывчивый персонал. Полотенце 2,5 е. Вилку с ножом можно купить за 0,5 е. Классно что это кафе по совместительству, вечером там можно в приятной атмосфере посидеть. В комнате в которой я была розетки были далеко для второго этажа. 30 минут пешком до потсдам платц; в 2 минах ходьбы есть прачечная. До метро не далеко Еще есть много ништяков для туристов. На ресепшене лежит карта берлина которую можно оторвать, есть маленькие карточки с достопримечательностями. Очень милое место
Окна выходят на дорогу (ночью проезжают машины скорой помощи)

No todas las literas tienen enchufe al lado. De las 6 literas solo 2 tenían lámpara. Las ventanas solo pueden estar abatidas y con el calor de verano es insoportable la humedad y el calor de la habitación. No hacen limpieza frecuente. Estuve 5 días y la papelera del baño y de la habitación estuvieron llenas desde que llegué,solo hasta que fui a recepción a indicar que la basura después de tantos días seguía sin cambiar, fueron a hacerlo.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Die Unterkunft war ein einfaches Hostel, aber es hatte alles, was man braucht. Alles war sauber und unkompliziert. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Denise war richtig toll - sehr nett, herzlich und immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. 😄
Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab. Allerdings wurden wir darüber schon vorher informiert. Für eine kleine Kaution konnten wir uns einen Ventilator ausleihen, was bei der Wärme sehr hilfreich war. Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Sommeil compliqué car on entend fort le couloir : les portes claquent violemment, les pas résonnent et dès que quelqu'un parle on l'entend. Boules quiès recommandées ! Les douches, quand elles fonctionnent, ne sont pas bien faites, impossible de ne pas mettre de l'eau par tout 😅.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The staff were nothing short of perfect. Honestly, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really are a credit! The location is great, we were a bit worried when first coming in but it is so close to the train station and walkable to the city. Overall we were really impressed with this as a hostel. We have never stayed in one, and we had little ones, so we were a little worried but it turned out to be fab for the couple of nights we stayed!
Our door was very squeaky, which was a bit of a disturbance at night and if staying on a Friday/Saturday, expect it to be a little lively. We were staying with little ones who luckily sleep like logs, but just something to note. Also, bring your own towels if not wanting to pay for some ☺️

Leider war Schimmel an der Wand in dem Schlafsaal, wo ich geschlafen habe. Da es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab, musste das Fenster nachts offen bleiben. Da das Hostel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, wurde ich Morgens von Straßenlärm geweckt.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Die Zimmer waren schön groß und insgesamt sauber. Die Lage ist gut und man kommt schnell zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ein schönen Park gint es auch noch in der Nähe.
Uns hat eine kleine Küchenzeile oder zumindest ein Wasserkocher gefehlt, um sich zwischendurch mal etwas zubereiten zu können bzw. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Am meisten gestört haben uns aber die Türen, sie fallen sehr laut ins Schloss und haben uns nachts mehrfach geweckt.
