KS villa

Mooi, proper, alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Eigenaar uiterst vriendelijk en bereikbaar! Goede en rustige ligging nabij een heerlijk strand (mon choisy).

Misschien nog een gezellig lampje in de woonkamer, een zachter hoofdkussen in de slaapkamer maar dat zijn echt minuscule problemen want het huis is super.

Very comfortable and well thought out villa. We felt very comfortable right away. Photos are very accurate, though the feeling of actual space is even better when inside.

Well zoned, lots of space to hang together and at the same time to have your own solitude space when needed. Big tables for gathering inside and at the terrace of the villa. Very nice and clean swimming pool. It’s a very well balanced place to stay.

La maison est vraiment spacieuse. La piscine a une taille parfaite Les chambres sont confortables, elles ont toutes le Clim et leur salle de bain.

Tout , après un très bon accueil du propriétaire , celui ci était très disponible et réactif , tout était parfait. L’emplacement la villa très bien équipée où tout est très bien pensé et fonctionnel . Le service impeccable de la femme de ménage ainsi que l’entretien de la piscine et du jardin . Très belle location .

C’est un détail mais il faudrait informer les locataires de la présence de la partie extérieure de cameras qui certainement s’avère justifié.

Very spacious place, big bedrooms on suite bathroom in all bedrooms, nicely equipped kitchen. The pool was cleaned a few times a week. 15 minutes walk to the beach. will stay there next time in Mauritius. Short walk to the baker (south African) by the roundabout for fresh ciabatta and bread.

Nothing to complain about.

A wonderful private villa in quiet residential area near to Grand Baie. The pool is great and very private. It is lovely to sit on the large covered patio area both during the day and particularly in the evening. The villa is very modern and all the facilities are great. The location is fantastic for a short walk to Mon Choisy beach one of the best in Mauritius and some lovely restaurants. It's only a short drive to Grand Baie. We loved all the coloured birds and large bats that were in the area.

Not that it bothered us as we have dogs but if you find the sound of barking dogs offensive you may wish to choose another location

KS Villa is a spacious, clean and modern property well located in walking distance to the beautiful Mont Choisy Beach and plenty of good restaurants. The host Veerapen is very obliging, from arranging transportation and late check out to avoid hanging around at the airport for hours awaiting for our flight. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is well maintained. The host Veerapen can also arrange Car Hire at very reasonable rates and boat trips.

The property is spacious. The 3 bedrooms are a decent size, and each bedroom has a good-sized closet space and a private bathroom. The pool is of a decent size. The location whilst slightly away from the busy Grand Baie but yet not far from the shops and superb restaurants from Gramd Baie suited us to a tee. Villa overall was fantastic. The only thing I would say was that the villa did not have air conditioning on the ground floor although there was a fan in lounge and patio area something that we had in out previous villa in West Coast. The owner is very attentive, and it is evident that he likes to maintain the standard of the property. He sent his cleaner 3 times a week, which was more than what we experienced at our previous property, so that was a huge plus. Overall, you can't go wrong with this villa.

The new KS Villa was wonderful. Everything was perfect. The pool was small but adequate size for the villa and kept warm due to the dark tiles. The villa is enclosed by a big wall, a privacy fence covering the next villa and a big electric gate, so you had total privacy, and trees planted to make the garden have a tropical feeling. The living area and kitchen were a good size. Everything is new and modern so it's very clean. The kitchen had all utensils, Pyrex dishes, and saucepans you needed to cook with. Plus, all crockery. The shower rooms in each room were big. In fact, the two of three bedrooms were spacious. Even the middle bedroom was a good size. The wardrobe area, again, was big with coat hangers and a safe in the main bedroom. You do need to ensure you bring toiletries as this is not provided. But the hairdryer is a proper one, not the standard hotel type. You do need to have transport or a taxi to get to Grand Baie area. The villa is in a quiet area, which is what's needed when you need to relax Mr Veerapen is a truly friendly gentleman, and being a guest at his villa was a pleasure. We highly recommend this villa if you decide to stay in the Grand Baie area
