Struttura ben pulita

Tutto molto pulito e curato, stanza ben attrezzata, terrazza bellissima. Cibo vario ed ottimo

Nulla

Staff straordinario, pulizia ottima e alta qualità di tutti i servizi (cibo, spa, arredamento). Piscina e zona relax incredibili.

The staff is very helpful. The facilities are clean and modern. Everything is included, breakfast is top notch and the spa is amazing! All included!

Nothing!

Spa only adults decisamente super, curata e discreta come un buon relax esige!

The crew of the restaurant was one of the best i ever seen

Rien

We really enjoyed our view from the room 342 to the valley, the design, food quality, adults only spa, location, parking, afternoon/evening strolls alongside the river, nearby pizza place ....

There were a few moments we didn't like - the application offers drinks orders to the snad from the bar: never arrived and the bartender from the pool had to fetch them while being frustrated. Better cancel the service. In a restaurant when we asked for a place change, we were rejected, though we managed later on, and the headwaiter further on was unpleasant. The room is quite not practicall, as it has no hangers along shower and wash basins placed directly in the room.

Spa only adult. Pulizia. Servizio. Colazioni e cena eccellente.

nulla

Tutto in generale, struttura ottima e ben servita.

Tutto è stato meraviglioso! Nessuna nota negativa

Specialmente la zona adult only, spettacolare!

Nulla. Tutto perfetto!

Piscine e spa molto belle, colazione e cena top, personale gentile e disponibile.

Tutto: Posizione, staff, pulizia, zona benessere, ristorazione.

Struttura nuova e ben organizzata, personale gentilissimo..ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

In paese era ancora tutto chiuso

Ottima esperienza, struttura accogliente e ben curata.

Ottima organizzazione

Nice rooms, excellent bar and spa center. Good restaurant.

Far from the ski lifts, rooms take a long time to clean.

We stayed at the hotel as a group of five adults. For greater comfort, we chose to book two rooms: a spacious lounge suite with a private jacuzzi and sauna, and a standard double room. The hotel has both strengths and a few areas for improvement. Highlights: The breakfasts and desserts were absolutely outstanding. We sent compliments to the kitchen several times and even ordered the hotel’s signature apple strudel twice — highly recommended! Dinner was also very good. For €35 per person, guests can enjoy a cold appetizer, a first course, a main course, and dessert (drinks are not included). If you wish to invite friends who are not staying at the hotel, the same price applies to them as well. Room Experience: The lounge suite was spacious and perfectly suited for a family stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful compliment of a meat and cheese platter and bottled water — a lovely touch. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, and everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and well designed. However, sound insulation could be improved. Street noise was quite noticeable, almost as if the windows were open. We would recommend choosing rooms that do not face the road. Another issue was the temperature in the rooms — it was too warm, and we occasionally woke up at night feeling a lack of fresh air. Unfortunately, the temperature could not be adjusted. Restaurant Service: One inconvenience was that cappuccinos could not be made independently, so guests had to wait for a waiter to take the order and then wait again for the coffee to be served. At times this took quite long — on a couple of occasions up to 30 minutes — and there were minor mix-ups with the number of coffees ordered. The restaurant manager did not seem particularly welcoming and appeared too busy to dedicate even a short moment to us on a few occasions.

Congratulations!

Jeden z lepszych hoteli zimowych. Niczego tam nie brakuje, domki komfortowe, wyposażone we wszystko potrzebne. Jacuzzi i sauna idealne po powrocie z nart. Jedzenie wyśmienite. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Hotel bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Ski bus przy hotelu. Warto zatrzymać się w tym miejscu.

Merenda solo dolce

Obiekt rewelacyjny udogodnienia spa rewelacja

Bardzo miła i serdeczna obsługa. Super właściciel.

Wszystko ok.

The staff, the location, the food (we had HB and dinner was lovely).

Struttura stupenda curata in ogni dettaglio e molto pulita. Massaggio davvero rilassante SPA adulti molto apprezzata

Tutto stupendo

Personale molto qualificato, camera pulita

Nulla

Variegato e gourmet!

Tutto perfetto

výborné spa a usměvavý personál v restauraci

Hotel bine pozitionat, la drumul principal, usor accesibil. Parcare mare. Mancare variata , pentru toate gusturile. Personal foarte amabil.

Everything was great! The staff and the owner were very welcoming and kind. The food was amazing, from the quality to presentation - 10/10. Our stay was around Christmas, so we had the pleasure to be part of the Christmas Gala night, which was very nice experience - amazing food, life music. Our room was specious and clean, the spa facilities were good.

N/A

Area spa molto ben tenuta. Facilità di raggiungere l'hotel.

La cucina veramente non all'altezza

The dinner restaurant was beautiful, the rooms were clean. There were several things that were thought of, but still need improvement - the children's room, the bar atmosphere, etc. The dinner manager was true professional.

The hotel definitely does not have luxury status. The hotel looks better on social networks and in pictures. In reality, some areas of the hotel have been renovated, but most have not. For example, the hotel corridors, the family spa. Although the dinner restaurant was nice, the service needs to be improved. The food was brought too quickly (one meal after other), it was difficult to order drinks, and the atmosphere was stressful.

There was one kind waitress.

Bad location. Our room didn't have any view at all. Food was not very good. There were no slippers for spa area, although the hotel names himseft luxury spa. We had to ask for every single thing - no pads etc. No bathrobe for kids.
