Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The property was what we asked for, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The common areas and bedrooms were clean.
The bathrooms smell and did not look clean. There were no toilet papers in sight nor a hand towels any where. There was no hand soap in the whole entire unit. There was only one waste basket in the whole entire unit. The owner asked for a security deposit in local currency cash which I didn’t know about so we didn’t pay, we thought it was a scam.

Lots of facilities are cannot be use, or in bad condition, ie: microwave, water heater, shower head, a bit noisy aircond.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025Sufficient facilities and ease of check-in. It is a comfortable stay at a reasonable cost / price. A dedicated parking space is also provided.
May need to improve on the faulty facilities, such as aircond at the living space, water heater, door, etc. To provide sufficient amenities in accordance with the no. of tenants.

Living hall & dining hall doesn’t has aircond, bathroom got some moldy surface & no kitchen wipes/tissue provided. Also doesn’t have any water filter equipment such as Cuckoo/Coway.
