Reviewed May 17, 2026Las vistas al río son magníficas. El alojamiento tiene mucha personalidad, muy limpio y confortable. Llegas enseguida a la desembocadura del Río y puedes dar un buen paseo por la playa. La zona es súper tranquila. Al amanecer, el sol inunda tu cama. Los dueños son encantadores.
La entrada no hace honor al apartamento.,

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Owners met and welcomed us. They provided a little kitchenette, which was great 👍 very comfortable room. Car was parked in a locked garage,that was great. Beds were comfy, needed that after a long drive from Capetown.
A bathtub would have been a plus especially after along drive from Capetown. The kitchenette was too close to the toilet. Lots of stairs to climb, to get to the room, especially if you suffer with knee pains.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Riverview Loft. The morning view from our bedroom was breathtaking, and the tranquility of the location was exactly what we needed. Everything was spotless, with fresh white linen and a beautifully maintained garden. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the security system gave us complete peace of mind. Cheryl and John were outstanding hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive in every way. The property is perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved everything about our time there and will definitely be visiting again..

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025We really appreciated the warm welcome by Cheryl into their cosy homestay. Wish we could have stayed another night to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony in a quiet surrounding. The loft has all you need for a basic comfortable stay. It was perfect for us!

Reviewed Dec 10, 2024The location is fine with a beautiful view of the river & side view of the sea. It is very close to Bonza Beach.
The facility is very unwelcoming. You first get lost and cannot find the place, as there is no signboard on the outside of the facility. Even the GPS takes you elsewhere. The yard is not well-kept, it's very bushy. The place feels creepy, one wouldn't feel safe sleeping there alone. The bath-towels are very old. The room has very old furniture, it requires a complete overhaul.
