The location was great. Only a couple of miles from downtown Moab.

A shaded carport would have been nice simply due to the extreme heat.

Wir haben in einem wunderschönen kleinen Haus übernachtet. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wir konnten uns prima selbst versorgen. Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung (Möglichkeiten zum Wäschewaschen, große Gemeinschaftsküche) waren super. Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut Smores zu machen, leider waren Feuer aufgrund der Waldbrandgefahr nicht erlaubt, sonst hätten wir dazu aber auch einen tollen Platz gehabt. Rundum wirklich eine tolle Anlage!

Personne pour nous acceuillir à l'arrivée. Nos noms n'etaient pas sur le tableau. Heureusement que des gens extérieurs nous ont aidé à contacter le gérant pour connaitre notre emplacement. Endroit très bizarre. Des gens campaient avec leurs tentes perso devant la salle à manger. On a cru à des squatteurs au départ, mais ça n'avait pas l'air de deranger qui que ce soit le matin lors du petit dejeuner. Pas de petit dej d'ailleurs. Quant à notre tente, elle etait super loin des sanitaires sachant que d'autres etaient dispo. J'ai passé une nuit horrible pensant dormir sur une aire de repos avec le bruit des camions et de la route. Le chauffage était très bruyant. Pensez à ramener des boules quies !!! Tente et endroit très sombre !

Cabin molto accogliente, pulita, con pavimento in legno e dotata di tutti i servizi. Self check-in molto comodo e portico esterno molto confortevole dove abbiamo fatto colazione ogni mattina. Siamo stati per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is out of the way, but there is a little back road into town. It’s a great value for a place with a kitchen. The people we’ve had contact with who work there have been super nice too.

A fantastic base camp for those who come to explore Arches and Canyonlands. Our room was small but the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The common lounge and the kitchen were wonderful, well stocked and pleasantly cool. We ended up spending a lot of time there, talking yo other guests, cooking, eating and watching soccer. Laundry facilities were well-maintained.

The air conditioner in our room was old and blew mostly warm air, occasionally giving us some cool (never cold) breeze.

We loved our stay at this camp! It was super convenient for our trips to Arches and Canyonlands. The room was small but comfortable, the beds were great. The common lounge was great: cool and the kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked all our meals there and found refuge from the heat during the day. Laundry facilities were great too.

The only complaint was that the air conditioner in the room was weak and old, and it kept blowing warm or slightly cool air.

Good price. Was quiet.

Towels and washcloths were either dirty or stained. Floor wasn’t clean.

This place counts on all travelers in the shared spaces to be mindful and kind. It does not really do any type of enforcement around that. There were a couple days where a family and then a diff group single handedly took over the entire kitchen area and it was frustrating. The bathroom was hit or miss. It wasn’t disgusting but they were not cleaned well. Some days that ran out of towels

Noise from road, maybe they should have trees to block out noise, the light switch was not found, I slept with lights on, woke up at 3 am and somehow I found the switch and turned it off. They should keep a note to switch it off. There were no people in office beyond 3.30 pm.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Peaceful. Nice to hear the nature sounds.

It is hard to find at night in the dark. Sometimes towels were scant. A water cooler somewhere would be nice.

We loved everything about our glamping experience, but showers were the best!! After a long day of hiking, the showers were divine!

The bathroom is a shared bathroom and it didn’t have body wash in the women’s.

Upgraded to a room from a safari tent due to winds, which is a plus and a minus (I'll explain in the next box) Bed(s) were comfy, plenty of towels, parking was right out in front of the room. I expected the separate shower room, which was fine. The showers were nice and deep and the extra towels were nice to have.

I really wanted a safari tent, and was not told about the upgrade until I arrived, and no one answered the door or phone at first. Then I was not given clear directions over the phone where the "rooms" were located. I walked the whole property in 100 degree heat trying to find them, and had to call back to be helped. Once there I found the room difficult to access (keypad lock with 4 digit code unlit in the dark), cramped and small with a queen bed and a bunk bed, no tissue, and the window AC unit was blocked by curtains that could barely be held aside to let cool air in, and blocking people from seeing in. The door to the shower room, although I was given a code, was never locked. It was never an issue, just a strange occurrence. On my second day, I returned to the room to find the AC and fridge were not operating. Before I had the chance to call the emergency guest line, it came back on, but the breaker has been blown for a while. My room was warm (it was nearly 100 out again) and all my food and drinks were warm, and the freezer defrosted water all over them, essentially ruining the food. I did enjoy my stay overall, I just wanted the ambiance of the safari tent, given the price I was paying. The room felt like a downgrade.

Only bad thing was we were close to the sign with the light shining in the room and right next to the road which you could feel the cars going by.

They canceled my stay just one day before my flight and no one in the office picked any calls until the last day. I was left stranded just before my flight to find a new place at much higher prices.

The location was great for getting around the area. The tiny house was well situated with lovely views of the mountains- sitting outside on the porch with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, a good book was perfect. People were friendly. Well provisioned Set up was really nice. Very comfortable arrangement.

Well, the bedroom was really tight. If you have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, it was difficult to walk around the bed if you were on the inside. It would have been nice to have hooks in the bathroom for hanging your towel and a small waste basket. I have no idea what the loft was about. It had a large bed, but the space was only about 3'high so you could barely crawl in it and the stairs going up were small and that's where we found dust and hair that had not been cleaned.

We usually stay in the tiny homes but they were booked, so we booked a tent and loved the bed. Very comfy 😌.

Wir hatten ein Cottage mit einem Schlafzimmer, was für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend war. Das Häuschen machte einen gemütlichen Eindruck, ließ sich mit der Klimaanlage, je nach Bedarf gut heizen bzw. kühlen. In der Küche waren ein paar Gewürze und Öl vorhanden, so dass wir kleine Mahlzeiten kochen konnten.

Wir hatten Cottage L7, was sich praktisch genau an der Kreuzung von Highway 191 und S. Mill Creek Dr. befindet. Auf der anderen Straßenseite war auch noch eine Baustelle. Es war also unglaublich laut. Das Cottage hat 4 Betten. Es gibt aber nur einen Esstisch für zwei und es gab seltsamerweise auch nur zwei Gabeln. Die beiden vorhandenen Töpfe waren riesig. Ein paar kleinere Töpfe wären schön gewesen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Kaffeemaschine wäre auch schön gewesen. So mussten wir erst einmal googeln, um uns einen Kaffee zu kochen. In unserem Bett lagen mehrere lange schwarze Haare. Das haben wir natürlich erst abends bemerkt als die Rezeption bereits geschlossen war. Als wir dies am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption mitgeteilt hatten, wurde uns sofort angeboten, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Der Lüfter im Bad war sehr laut und vibrierte so stark, dass er praktisch nicht benutzbar war. Dies haben wir auch an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurde an dem Lüfter nichts geändert.

Very clean and comfortable. Great amenities with the shower and provided towels plus the lodge with a full community kitchen. Within minutes of restaurants, and stores that have everything you could need.plus the tents have climate control

It was in a great location. I appreciated the full kitchen facilities along with the outdoor grill area. The canvas tents were comfortable.

Not enough towels for late night showers. Heater leaked because hose was not long enough but they fixed it promptly. If fan was not the highway noise was loud.

Le concept tiny house est sympa. Tout était à disposition au niveau de la cuisine, salle de bains. Pas rencontré de personnel de réception. Nous étions peut être en dehors des heures.

Chauffage climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait 6 degrés le matin. La localisation bien que au bord de la route principale était bruyante à cause du passage des véhicules.

Generally speaking, the property is clean (including the communal bathrooms and kitchen facilities), well put together and central for Moab (with easy access to the National Parks). Check in and check out was easy and contactless. I didn't have any interaction with staff here, but the guy who rides around in the golf cart always waved and seemed very friendly. I had no issues with Wifi.

I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I just didn't particularly enjoy my stay here. The tents felt uncomfortably far from the restrooms, and had poor lighting. They were either extremely hot (even with both fans running), or too cold in the evening. As there's no designated smoking area, a group of biker men were constantly smoking outside the women's bathrooms and it felt like taking a shower in an ashtray. I understand Moab is very expensive, but all of this still felt overpriced for what it was.

El baño necesita mejores cuidados de limpieza. Tomen en cuenta que si son de sueño ligero, la van a pasar mal, ya que el lugar está a un lado de la carretera y es tráfico constante de trailers.

When we got to property no one was in office had number on door to call but no one answered after trying to find room for a while did after time it was not made up from last people they call back at last and told us to go to a different room . That room was ok

I was told there was a hairdryer and there was not. Also, when we got the charger on our visa, we were charged a higher amount. I’ve reached out and they have not reached back to me about it.

Very comfortable place, easy to find (just next to the main road). Very easy and comfortable check-in after office hours. Great equiped kitchen. Clean showers and restrooms.

Because it is located just next to the main and busy road of Moab it was very loudly during all night. Earplugs highly recommended. ;)

Reasonably comfortable and a nice way to avoid the scrum of the downtown hotels

If you are going to have a kitchen, you need to provide more than 2 drinking glasses and virtually nothing to cook with. We had no dish towels, so we had to use the bathroom hand towels. The kitchen was woefully under stocked. FYI: bring earplugs to drown out the truck noise from the highway.

Clean basic bunk house for hikers and adventurers. We used it as a base camp.

Proche du centre de Moab. 2 chambres séparées. Literie confortable. Cuisine plutôt vaste. Accès facile. Espaces communs agréables (cuisine intérieure et extérieure, salon partagé). Personnel sympathique.

Proximité de la route (bruit de circulation). Absence de congélateur (seulement frigo - congélateur disponible dans la zone commune du Lounge). Équipement de cuisine pas vraiment adapté : des casseroles format collectivité mais pas de casserole taille standard, peu de couverts.

L'emplacement à Moab est idéal pour visiter les parcs autour. Calme et arrivée facile même hors horaires du bureau. Nous avons logé dans une chambre. C'était simple mais correct pour 3 nuits. La salle commune était chaleureuse et confortable. La terrasse spacieuse et les équipements nombreux étaient relativement correct car cela dépend surtout des autres voyageurs qui lavent ou pas... Le salles de bain correctes et proches.

Toutefois le ménage dans la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer ! La poussières sous les lits était très ancienne... Mon fils a fait tombé sa sucette dessous la nuit... Quelle horreur ! Le micro onde était vraiment pas propre. Et une odeur horrible et tenace est restée malgré le désodorisant...

It's a neat experience staying in a tent. The staff is very friendly and informative. The shared common area is a great social place to meet other travelers. I wish more lodging could have this arrangement like this one so travelers can meet and share their experiences.

The highway noise at night and the heater itself makes loud noise at night. This makes it a light sleeper person hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the tent inside seems quite dusty. The floor beneath the bed has a lot of dust.
