Ein original schwedisches Haus mit hübscher Terrasse, einen Katzensprung vom See. Gemütlicher, sonniger Vorbau..

Leider hatte das in kurzer Entfernung liegende Restaurant geschlossen.

En helt idyllisk plass.. stor hage å gjennomført stil.. veldig gode senger

Kunne godt vært vaskemaskin så vi kunne vasker klær

Så vakker hytte i rolige naturområde. Veldig koselig og fint innredet. Med nydelig badeplass veldig nær hytten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Very close is a lake where we swam. The decor and colors give you a relaxing atmosphere. Well equipped and fine and comfortable to stay in this place.

Quaint house in a nice private area.

The owners did not have the property ready for us. We had to ask them questions about everything-the exact address as we were driving there, the code to get the key to get in, the Internet password, where the key was for the laundry, how to turn the water on to the laundry machine. When we rented the space, it did not indicate that there was an extra charge for linens, and we had to leave cash to cover those. They also required us to do our own cleaning before we left after one night. The owner was good about communicating with us by text, but we felt that we shouldn’t have had to have any of those conversations and it was pretty stressful.

Nydelig hus med vakkert interiør. Veldig gode senger. Kort vei til vannet òg Strømstad. Stor fin hage og rolig nabolag.

Nice and clean house. Felt like Bullerby. Nice beds and colorful interior.

Great “Astrid Lindgrin”-style house, nice hosts, good location for exploring Northh-Western part of Sweden

Lovely restored home with most of the things you would need when away from home. The owners were very helpful and responsive. It would have been interesting to know more about the history of the building because it was lovely and we could tell it had been restored. Nice, quiet location.

There were no shops nearby so we had to be organised when out and about to make sure we visited the supermarket.

Goede ligging wat betreft de mooie natuur in kunnen maar ook naar een stadje kunnen.

Voor 6 personen is het niet heel ruim. Maar voor ons wel groot genoeg. Weinig kastruimte.

Svært sjarmerende hus! Nydelig med dører ut i hagen på kjøkkenet og detaljer i innredning som skapte en hjemmekoselig følelse! Anbefales på det varmeste.

Rett å slett en nydelig plass hvor både voksne og barn storkoste seg. Angrer på at vi ikke tok flere dager her.

Very pleasant cabin, lovely surroundings, quiet and close to a lake for swimming. Relaxed and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Solhem. Cozy with old wooden floors, beautiful details and two fireplaces. It really had everything we wanted and the beds were comfortable! The house is located in a residential area without major roads. It was a huge garden. We also liked that there were a new induction hob, stove, fridge and freezer in the kitchen even though it was an old charming interior. There was fast wi-fi and the tv was new, and there was chromecast so we could watch our usual channels. For us who live in an apartment in the city, it is absolutely wonderful to stay in such a charming house and have the large garden. The little beach by the lake was really beautiful and calm and the kids can go there by themselves this summer when we get back.

I can't think of anything, possibly that there aren't any shops nearby so you need to shop before you get to Solhem. We bought food in Strömstad.
