Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The property’s online presence and messaging were truly top-tier works of fiction. The communication on Booking.com was so impeccably professional and detached from the physical reality of the place that it almost deserves an award for creative writing. Leaving early was also a highlights reel moment.
Unscheduled Vocal Performances: A resident inside the building—evidently struggling with health issues—screamed at full volume at all hours of the day and night, utterly obliterating any chance of peace. Industrial Acoustic Engineering: The air conditioning motor produced an industrial-grade roar powerful enough to vibrate through the entire unit and make sleep in the bedrooms completely impossible. The "Kitchen": A chaotic monument to neglect that achieved the absolute worst, most impoverished rendition of rundown minimalism imaginable. The Ambience: We found the atmosphere so unbearable that I voluntarily forfeited our third, fully prepaid night just to flee early.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026La zona è tranquilla, una delle più sicure. L'appartamento ha un bel salotto. Camera da letto accettabile. 20 min d camminata circa per il porto.. 40 min per arrivare su alla fortezza.. (io cammino tanto). Vicino ci sono supermarket e ristoranti. (Ma nessuno accetta carte, a parte un minimarket) Qualità - prezzo ? Siamo al limite.
Saranno più di 1 appartamento, ma il mio non era come quello in foto. Shampoo e bagno doccia assenti. Finestra nel bagno? C è un buco al muro senza infissi, era sempre freddo dentro il bagno (sono stato a Febbraio). L'acqua viene a scatti. Doccia scomodissima. Comunicazione su whatsapp assente. Mai nemmeno una risposta. Riscaldamento in camera non andava, mi hanno portato una stufetta elettrica. La porta che da sul balconcino non si chiudeva, rimaneva aperta.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants…). L’endroit est propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. Hôte accueillant et disponible. Je recommande vivement, c’est une excellente adresse à Kélibia !

WC et douche dans une seule petite pièce. La climatisation dans une seule pièce (le salon), la chambre manque de fenêtres. Mais l'appartement dans l'ensemble est confortable surtout pour un court séjour.

Posizione ottima, vicino al supermercato, vari negozi di alimentari che hanno un po' di tutto, bar e ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo passato una vacanza di 24 giorni tranquilla. Ideale per coppie, anche con un bambino. Sicuramente torneremo. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Mariana e Samir
