everything is marvellous the view the house the bed the pillow the breakfast and everything !! lovely host!!

a bit cold in the queen bed room need some minute to warm the bed and then realise there is two heater in the other room which should be in the have one each!! not a big deal because the blanket is fantastically warm!

The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. We were really grateful to Matt for getting everything sorted so quickly, especially since our booking hadn’t been communicated properly beforehand. The breakfast options were exceptional—such a generous and thoughtful touch. Thanks also to Matt for sorting out the TV issue promptly. Really appreciated the responsive and helpful hosting.

What a hidden gem. The most comfortable, clean ( Jo even irons the sheets! bless her) affordable Accomadation you will ever find in Auckland! The unit had everything you could ever need. It was a home away from home even netflix for the kids! The biggest bonus was the amazing breakfast you help yourself from the Fridge/Pantry shelves etc Jo you have everything covered for your customers :) Thanks so much! we will be back

Jo's unit is perfect for a comfortable, peaceful stay. The beds are all really good quality, the location is quiet, the house equipped with everything you need, with a generous breakfast offering of cereals, breads, jams, yogurts, tea and coffee. The bathroom also offers basic toiletries. The view across to Rangitoto was lovely to wake up to and the area is so lovely with lots of beaches to explore. Jo and her family are very welcoming and attentive. We would gladly stay again.

Great value for money. Clean and spacious, easy check-in, with breakfast, free parking and wi-fi. A convenient base to explore the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park.

The only blemish is the need to rely on bottled water.

I just liked everything.

Jo was lovely and allowed us to change our date because we were sick. Because the front place was already booked on the date I asked for, she made another one at the back available. It was quiet and comfortable, and the shower had awesome pressure. Breakfast was continental and plenty available.

Amazing location for exploring easy of Auckland. It is more like a home and than an accomodation. The owner was really friendly, gave us many tips and also gave us anything we needed.

Well catered breakfast. A great location away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would gladly stay again if we were in Auckland. Great views out towards the city in the morning! Very close (a few minutes drive) to the Swanson railway station if you plan on using the Western Line trains.

The host Jo is so nice and super friendly. The view from the property is stunning. The unit is very clean and they have thought of everything that you may need.

Unfortunately the whole unit smelt strongly of I think moth balls which was overwhelming and made me feel unwell. Beds were very soft.. some people would love this but I prefer a bit firmer. Just to note this when booking.

We only needed a place to stay overnight. Very spacious and would be perfect if you were a family of 4 since it had two bedrooms as well as a living room. It's a short drive to both Muriwai Beach and Bethells Beach so it's a convenient location to stay to explore the area. The hosts were very nice. The provided quite a variety of breakfast items. Very quiet.

Easy after hour check-in, the owner left lights turned on for us to find the correct door. The owner was very quick at responding and informed us about everything we needed. Inside the house we found everything even the articles for breakfast in the fridge. We felt almost at home, despite the fact that we were more than 17 thousand kilometers from the real one :)

Close to the western coast which was our purpose for staying here. Hosts were very friendly and provided more breakfast goodies than we could handle. Even supplied lactose free milk. Great view of Auckland City from the property grounds.

The choice of food for breakfast was very good. We were left to ourselves and didn't actually meet the owners. It was close to our destination, a gathering with colleagues, so that was very useful. Quite spacious.

The furniture was big and old in style, not quite our taste.

I found it by chance as a stopover from Kerikeri to Rotorua and I only regret not having more time to stay. Charming, comfortable, quiet and very close to Bethells Beach.

Location was good. 20 min walk from Swanson where we could buy nice food. best things were: the lookout terrace with the view of Auckland CBD. Little treat with a bucket of fresh plum straight from the garden.
