An amazing experience at Heaven Surf! 🌊☀️ Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the creativity behind the whole experience. ❤️ And the surfing was incredible! 🏄‍♂️🔥 Great instructors, good vibes, and an unforgettable time in the water. Definitely a place I would love to come back to! 🤙🌴

Un immense merci pour nous avoir facilité : la chambre,le taxi, les transports et les excursions. Tu as été un hôte aux petits soins et un professionnel de surf impressionnant. L’accueil et les renseignements du personnel et l’emplacement la terrasse où on est face à la mer et qu’on a une vue globale sur toute la ville et les villes voisines la mer elle est à 5 min à pied

La chambre n’était pas confortable mais ça va l’essentiel est la elle est juste encore en rénovation

Tout à déjà été dit, nous sommes partis au bout de 2 jours au lieu de 14 et l'établissement nous à remboursé et pour ça je les remercie

the hostel was soooo good, the position and the breakfast were great and the rooftop was amazing, the best view in Tamraght!! But the past part were the staff, Farid and Yunes are two amazing people that helped us during our stay. Farid took us to the sand dunes and the skate park and it was awesome, he also is a surf instructor and he’s soooooo good, they made us fall in love with marocco and also we felt so comfortable with them as a group of four girls. what more can i say… i can’t wait to come back honestly!!

The hostel was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to help us or show us around. The terrace was very dirty and poorly maintained. Sleeping at night was extremely difficult. We could not sleep until around 4 a.m. because of loud music, people constantly going up and down the stairs to the terrace, and noise from the person staying opposite. There was no atmosphere at all and unfortunately nothing enjoyable about the stay 🥴 The only person we would like to thank is the cleaning lady, who was always kind and did her job properly 👍

Everyone was so kind, it was a pleasure to spend a few days there<33 The room was big and clean.

The room got hot and there was no air conditioning. Sometimes the fan just couldn't cope.

La vue du rooftop est sympa mais tous les logements aux alentours en ont une similaire

Propreté déplorable ; insectes et moisissure au sol, cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans le lit, poussière.... Cuisine non fonctionnelle, télévision non fonctionnelle, ventilateur non fonctionnel ce qui est dommage puisqu'il n'y a QU'UNE petite fenêtre sur 50m2 et pas de climatisation (odeur et chaleur qui vont avec). Pas de serviettes, pas d'articles de douche et la salle de bain est extrêmement petite et la douche peu agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct bien que très limité. Il vaut mieux se lever tôt si vous souhaitez manger. Rien ne vous seras expliqué à l'arrivée mais à force de question posée à un personnel tout de même agréable (notemment kelly) vous finirez par comprendre le fonctionnement. Nous avions réservé pour 2j mais ne sommes resté qu'un jour au vu de ce qui a été énoncé précédemment. En bref cette cellule n'a rien à voir avec les photos et évidement la description. A fuir

Staff was great. Kind very professional. Very kind humble. Nest clean hygieneic place. Break fast great. Pure food product made with love care Served with respect. Healthy breakfast was included. I stayed with family. It was an awesome experience. Sitting is nice. Nice ocean views. Sun set sun rise and sitting right in front of ocean. Great feels overall. Definitely 110% recommended. I will stay again InshAllallh

The stag were very responsive and super friendly

The room would feel very hot ever with curtains closed all day and with the fan on. The bathroom felt quite small so was very wet to go to the toilet after a shower.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, nicht ganz sauber. Frühstück langweilig und täglich gleich. Beschreibung bei Booking entsprach nicht der Realität.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage war sehr gut. Restaurants und Läden war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Weg zum schöne Strand war gut zu Fuß machbar. Haben die drei Tage das Auto nicht gebraucht. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Preisleistung Verhältnis ist super , alles hat gestimmt. Der Gastgeber war super nett. Der Blick beim dem Frühstück auf dem Dach ist genial

Bin Wiederholungstäterin und liebe dieses Hostel. Top Atmosphäre, mega Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wer tolle Menschen, beste Sonnenuntergänge und sehr chillige Abende mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Le contact avec le personnel : Imad est au top très gentil et très à l'écoute de ses clients et l'emplacement de gite est pratique et agréable, très calme

la pente pour aller au logement, c'est un peu physique mais rien de méchant mais il reste proche de tout commerce et de bons restos

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée. Draps non changés donc lit non fait. Salle de bain non nettoyée et reste des anciens vacanciers encore présents. Une chambre avec deux lits simples nous a été proposée.Pour un voyage avec réalisé avec mon conjoint je trouve cela déplorable. Cette seconde chambre n’avait également pas été nettoyée et pour cause : « nous avons eu un problème avec la femme de ménage. » Nous avons fait part de notre déception et rien ne nous a été proposé. Nous avons effectué une nuitée sur trois. Là encore rien ne nous a été proposée malgré l’annonce de notre départ précipité. Nous avons été très déçu de ce logement pourtant si bien noté.

I only planned to stay one night at Heaven Surf Camp, but honestly it made me want to stay longer. The atmosphere is super relaxing, everything is clean and well organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Such a beautiful experience — I definitely recommend it. This place looks nothing like the photos online and the positive reviews are confounding. First off, the road to the place was full of potholes. The room was not clean and there were no towels. When we asked for them we were given wet towels which the manager insisted were just cold. However, we would not have taken a shower in that bathroom under any circumstances. Even though there was a sign saying “no smoking” there were 2 cigarette butts in the trash can. We forfeited our 2nd night and got out of there as soon as possible. Hopefully, the photos are enough to explain what we saw.

We had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation due to misleading information and poor service. We specifically booked and paid for the entire house, which was advertised as a 6-bedroom property suitable for our group of seven adults. However, upon arrival, we were only given access to two bedrooms, with all seven of us expected to stay within those rooms. The rest of the house was not accessible to us at all, despite us having booked the entire property. This was completely different from what was advertised and what we paid for. Additionally, the condition of the beds and mattresses was poor. The mattresses were uncomfortable and not in proper condition, and the rooms were not very clean. We had clearly informed the host of our arrival time in advance, yet when we arrived, there were still people inside the property. We were asked to wait outside for nearly an hour while the place was being cleaned after our arrival. Even after waiting, we were still not given full access to the house as booked. Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone expecting the listing details to be accurate.

I did not like the property because the location was in a poor environment, the listing information was misleading, the apartment was not tidy, and the host lacked professionalism.

Beaucoup d'hébergements proposent la même offre de service avec un rapport qualité-prix meilleur. Le côté décontracté et l'ambiance surf apportent un côté un peu léger sur la qualité des services. Petit déj en baisse par rapport aux anciens commentaires, wifi peu fonctionnelle,...

A wonderful stay overall. I really enjoyed the breakfast it was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was amazing, especially since I happened to experience a local music night which made it even more special. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the morning. The surfing experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I just wish I had come earlier in my trip, as I arrived at the end of my vacation and had a flight to catch. I would definitely come back again.

Poloha ubytování je pro turisty ideální. Můžete si vyjít jak kopce, tak sejít k moři. Spousta malých obchůdků i restaurací. Pro turisty, kteří chtějí poznat okolí, je to ideální volba. Vřele doporučuji.

Jsem nenáročný typ člověka. V mém případě nemám žádné negativní připomínky.

The staff were pleasant, the multiple roof terraces were wonderful, the kitchen and the cooks were great, the location was decent but hard to find.

The bathrooms lacked proper locks, and at the time I checked in, also lacking basic toiletries like soap and TP, the beds were awful, I tried both the 4 bed dormitory where they were mediocre but the one's in the 8 bed dormitory felt like they were made of cardboard.

+ very nice rooftop, breakfast, staff nice especially the breakfast staff, location ok, hostel was quiet.

- not so clean, room not suitable during cold/rainy weather as water was falling on my friend’s bed, bathroom outside the room so not much privacy and not so comfortable. The door of our room was hard to close (not so much privacy again).

The location was fantastic, less than 10 min walk to many brunch and cafe spots, and less than 15 min to the beach, extremely safe and friendly neighbourhood. All staff (kitchen included) were as helpful, respectful and welcoming as it gets! Younes had even reached out ahead of our arrival to confirm timings, helped with various taxi bookings, and was extremely responsive to any of our needs and requests. Had some incredible evenings on the rooftop playing games with them, eating dinner whilst watching the sunset and enjoying the view of the Atlantic. We were well taken care of.

Estuvimos encantadas con el apartamento, la ubicacion excelente y los chicos que nos recibieron fueron encantadores. Quisimos quedarnos una noche extra y sin problema. Ademas desayunamos todos los dias alli y era riquisimo! Por otro lado, la terraza con vistas al mar son espectaculares para poder disfrutar de las puestas de sol de Marruecos

Ez gintuzten zegokigun gelan sartu. Iritsitakoan guk alokatutako gela okupatua zegoela eta zulo batean sartu nahi izan gintuzten. Jabea telefonoan eta langilearekin hitz egin ondoren, bertan behera utzi behar izan genuen erreserba. Edifizioa bera obretan dago, bukatu gabe. Herri bukaeran dago... Auto txukun bat behar da gorantz igotzeko, aldapa baitago eta karretera asfaltaturik ez.

We booked a room with private bathroom though it was outside of our room and other people staying there kept on using it. Our room was on top floor so it was very loud, we could hear everything from the rooftop. Unfortunately other people staying there at the same time as us were partying and because of that our roof was literally shaking and we were not expecting this place to be a party hostel. Though when i contacted the owner about the noise he reacted immediately which is a great plus! Breakfast was very tasty, however it was supposed to be served from 9 and on our second day they were very late so unfortunately we didn’t get to eat as we had to catch a bus.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Younes se encargó de que todo estuviera perfecto en todo momento; siempre estuvo atento, preocupándose por cada detalle y asegurándose de que nos sintiéramos cómodos. Además, nos organizó muchas actividades que hicieron nuestra estancia mucho más divertida y completa. El hostel estaba muy limpio, lo cual se agradece muchísimo, y las instalaciones eran muy buenas, cómodas y bien cuidadas. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que volveríamos

W apartamencie nie było zbyt czysto, a kontakt z gospodarzem nie zawsze był dobry. Śniadanie dobre, jednak nie było możliwości wcześniejszego zjedzenia. Z łazienki wydobywały sie brzydkie zapachy. Apartamenty pod gorka to ważna informacja jeśli jesteś bez auta.

Private bathroom facilities and breakfast was nice. Host was friendly and welcoming.

The water went freezing cold in the shower a few times and the location was a far walk to the Marina. We also booked sea view but didn’t get that room so was really disappointed.

The property was very clean and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was a calm, easy place to stay, and I appreciated how well‑kept everything was. Also the communal roof terrace was such a beautiful pleasant setting to meet other people on holiday fantastic views of the sunset and not to mention such a beautiful breakfast.

The only small challenge for me was the staircase up to the roof terrace. It was a bit difficult to manage, but that was due to my own mobility limitations rather than the property itself.
