All the rubbish on the way into the complex ie dumped sofa not there fault but still not good Had to ask for pool clean on arrival was not a nice start

We stayed at this villa for the first 3 days of our trip to Bali, and it could not have been better. Everything was simply flawless. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and available 24/7 for anything you need. The rooms are spotless, beautifully air-conditioned, and feature an extremely comfortable bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The pool is absolutely stunning, the vibe is quiet and peaceful with respectful fellow guests, and we especially loved the adorable cats hanging around the lobby area! Location-wise, it’s ideally situated—close to everything yet calm and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely return!

Quite noisy although not the property’s fault!

Centre to everything important, everything was clean, looked like paradise.

Amazing Villa, we couldn’t have asked for more. A nice location for easy access to lots of food places.

There was a bit of noise coming from presumably building works so we are aware this is probably difficult to prevent. This did not disturb us much more than late morning, early afternoon.

Location was perfect! The pool got lots of sun.

When we arrived our first night the bed sheets were covered in makeup! I simply requested they were changed the next day and it was done not a problem. The room is crawling with ants, mosquitoes, spiders, geckos etc. (especially in the bathroom area) I know they can’t help this as it’s right beside greenery and a pool but just something to note if you hate insects!! 😊

El personal fue amable y atento. La villa era cómoda y estaba limpia. Hay bonitas cafeterías y restaurantes a poca distancia a pie de la villa y también fue fácil pedir un Grab. Había unos cuantos gatos que merodeaban por la villa y que eran muy simpáticos; si te gustan los gatos, disfrutarás de su compañía, y si no, no te molestarán. Además, nos sentimos muy seguros en la villa gracias a su servicio de seguridad las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. En general, una estancia agradable.

Aunque la puerta principal de la villa tiene una cerradura muy buena, las puertas interiores solo tienen cerrojos de gancho. Cambiarlos supondría añadir otra medida más para mejorar la seguridad.

The location of this villa was very central! Room was spacious and the pool was the perfect size for two people. I would definitely stay here again.

Can't be helped but there were ao many mosquitoes and bugs at this villa. But naturally this is expected with the large amounts of plants at the villa. There is a mosquito net provided which helps.

Perfect for a stay in Canggu. Location was perfect. Even though we were in a busy area, the villa felt private and quiet. Also very spacious, clean and modern. It had everything you needed. They also have a family of cats who hangs out a lot in the reception-area, and were such a cute welcoming for us every time we got home. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly.

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything you need or a quick scooter ride. The actual compound was clean and very quiet; we barely sore another guest even though they were fully booked. The villa was spacious and clean, the pool was a good size for a quick dip to cool off, but it didn't get sun all day (some may like that) The kitchen had everything you needed. Around the compound there were quite a few cats (about 7) that lay around most of the day, they were harmless and didn't enter the private villas. Staff were friendly and the villa was easily found by gojek.

We were in villa 10 and along the back of our villa is a cut through road for bikes and cars, it was extremely loud of a night time, all throughout the night you'd hear loud bikes and voices of people coming back from being out, it made it difficult to have a full night sleep. If you are a light sleeper then it will bother you. During the day it didn't matter but a fair bit of noise from about 11pm to 2am.

Alle communicatie via booking en Whatsapp waren zeer zakelijk. Op alle vragen was het antwoord kort nee. We voelde ons niet welkom.

We loved everything about our stay here! The room was lovely and clean and the property is perfectly located. The staff were very attentive and were happy to accommodate all of my requests. We were celebrating my partners birthday during our stay for which they decorated the bed. They were also happy to help me when it came to getting an outside company to also come in and decorate the pool area. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The location was easy to find

They were such amazing staff overall, two to four bad eggs in their midst. The cats defecate in places the staffs dont see I guess so it made the compound smell a lot because it rained a couple of times during my stay. Cats are all around the building as well.

Absolutely everything! Space itself was so clean and fresh, a lot of room, and pool was incredible. Staff were so lovely and willing to help if need be. Location was fantastic too. Walking distance to so many cafes and shops.

This accommodation was absolutely incredible! The villa was lovely and clean, with a huge and comfortable bed. The private pool was amazing, well maintained and clean. There was fresh drinking water provided which you could refill a drink bottle from which was a great touch. The staff were happy to help with anything needed and really lovely but otherwise it felt very private. Bonus addition of some very friendly and well looked after cats too! It is down a street off the main round so felt nice and private. You can hear motorbikes and cars along the main road but this didn’t bother us at all as that’s what you get staying in central Canggu!The location itself within Canggu was great with lots of places to eat and drink just outside. Absolutely the best place we’ve staying in Canggu and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here, the room and bathroom were lovely and pool was very private. We had to stay until mid evening as we had a late flight and the staff were great in arranging this

The villa itself was beautiful, very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Having our own pool was definitely a highlight as well - so nice to jump straight in after a hot day exploring Canggu! We loved it! The location was fantastic as well - easy to get to cafe's/restaurants/spas by foot and short scooter or taxi rides to venture out a bit further.

There was a fair bit of noise despite it being a little further from the main road (some of the bikes are ridiculously loud!), however that is not uncommon when staying in Canggu as it is a very busy part of Bali! Another suggestion might be to install proper locks on the sliding doors inside the villa. If I was travelling with girlfriends I know this would make me feel extra safe, though please note the sliding entrance door to the villa is lockable and the walls surrounding are really high. Would just be useful in case you forgot to lock the entrance door as you can open all the other doors from the outside (they have these little hook locks but they literally just slide right off with a light push even from the outside).

Perfect Location and the place was very clean

The hoster could have been more welcome and any reasonable requests asked it sounded as problem. For the money you pay there are many options in Cangguu. I was expecting more

The place was extremely nice, and clean. Expecting to have better maintenance of the place…lot of the walls had mold due to humidity. Another point was related to hospitality. We did the check out one hour earlier asking to keep our luggages in a storage as we were running some errands. At the moment of collection they were in rush to take our luggages out of the storage. We informed them we will take them as soon the taxi arrives but they looked in a rush and they took the luggages out half hour before the taxi arrived

It was a great experience to stay there for 9nights. The villa is big enough and cute as well. Had a pleasant stay. Will stay again in the future.

A lovely property so much space and really felt like a home for us! Brilliant location, we walked around to most places and easily got grabs for further destinations! Pool was absolutely amazing and everything was very chill! We didn’t see the staff much but are sure that if we needed something they would be there!

숙소에서 지내는동안 정말 너무 친절한 직원들이였어요 14일동안 지낸 숙소중에 최고의 직원들이엿고 2틀만 머문게 아쉬웟던 숙소에요 마지막에 체크아웃 이후인데도 가방도 맡겨주시고 아기가 바다에 몸을 담궈서 씻어야하는 상황이엿는데 샤워실도 쓰게해주셔서 정말다행으로 아기 옷도 갈아입히고 씻기고 공항갈수 잇엇어요 그리고 실내에있다 바로 문열고나와서 수영가능한점도 너무 좋앗고 숙소도 깨끗하게 유지시켜쥬고 매일 새로운 수건으로도 교체해주엇어요

Our experience at this villa was unfortunately marked by a ROBBERY that occurred inside the property. Several personal belongings were taken, including an Apple Watch, AirPods, and jewelry with a total value of around 800€. The situation was reported immediately. The worker and villas security did review the camera footage, but nothing conclusive was visible. We also contacted the police straight away, but their involvement and follow-up were minimal, and no meaningful investigation took place. And it was our last night in villa during our 7days stay there. While we acknowledge that the host cannot control the actions of others, the overall support provided after the incident was very limited. This left us feeling insecure for the remainder of our stay. This experience significantly affected our overall impression of the property. Future guests should carefully consider security measures and how issues are handled when choosing this accommodation. We’ve been traveling Asia for 3 months, staying in many different places and nothing like this has ever happened. The belongings weren’t in a safe-yes, but the villa is private and we never thought something like this could happen in place like this. And no - we did not ask for a cleaning or anything else.
