Kamer was door het warme weer zeer warm, ventilator die er staat is niet voldoende Raam zit erg hoog waardoor het door kleinere mensen niet te openen valt.

Isolated accommodation only accessible by car. External high staircases to get to the room. Hot room in summer; there is an auxiliary air conditioning but it is not sufficient. On the one hand, one cannot get to the roof window (even standing on the bed), so that the room door must be kept open to let air in. On the other hand there is no window or motorized ventilation in the sanitary (only static air extraction in the toilet and shower); accumulated humidity and heat inevitably invade the bedroom. Lack of hooks and additional surfaces in the sanitary area. The toilet is separated by a poorly calibrated and noisy accordion door. Very small sitting area next door to the toilet! Soft (memory foam) mattresses. Bad (long) coffee.

Sehr nettes modernes helles Zimmer, Blick durch die Glas-Apartmenttür sogar weit über die Ardennen möglich. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, auch etwas Besteck. bequemes Bett, alles top sauber. komplett ruhige, sichere Umgebung. In den Ort gehts tüchtig bergab. Super unkomplizierter Checkin und out. Immer wieder gerne!

Eigentlich alles top. Einzig ein paar Haken mehr wäre nett. Und wir waren zu einer ungewöhnlich kühlen Zeit im Mai dort, und die Heizung ließ sich etwas bitten...

The staff came to the room quickly when I checked-in and couldn't open the key box. It was a very beautiful and new house with a clean up room and a very quiet location on the hill.

There is no the trash can in the room. It is better to send earlier 4 digits number to open the key box as my mobile connection was no good on the arrival.

Rustig en dichtbij de locatie waar mijn fietstocht begon.

Bij binnenkomst was de ruimte erg warm. Het hielp goed om het bovenraam open te zetten. Dat is een veluxraam dat nauwelijks bereikbaar is. Suggestie: zet een stok neer waarmee het raam open (en dicht) kan.

Pas d'insonorisation. On entend tous les bruits des occupants de l'autre location et des propriétaires. Logement se situe dans le grenier avec Velux. Réveillé plusieurs fois par la pluie.

Niet genoeg plaats voor waterkoker en koffiezet

Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Schone, ruime kamer, stijlvol ingericht, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker aanwezig, snelle communicatie met eigenaar, gratis parkeren, 20 minuten lopen van Durbuy of 4 minuten met de auto

Je moet vroeg uitchecken, tussen 9-10 uur.

Het ziet er precies uit als op de foto’s! Het is erg schoon en het bed ligt lekker. De locatie was niet ver van het centrum en lag ook dicht bij andere plekken zoals Adventure Valley en Barvaux, wat allemaal dus ook te voet was te doen. We hebben alleen de auto gepakt voor de supermarkt (4 min rijden). Het was fijn dat er glazen, borden en bestek aanwezig waren om ‘s ochtends zelf te kunnen ontbijten. Er was ook een ventilator aanwezig. Ook de mogelijkheid tot parkeren is ontzettend fijn. De host nam goed contact op en reageerde ook snel bij vragen!

Doordat het erg zonnig was werd het redelijk warm in de kamer, er was wel een ventilator aanwezig maar verhielp dit niet. De afstand van het centrum naar de accommodatie is niet ver maar door het hoogteverschil is de terugweg naar de accommodatie wel een flinke tocht. Aangezien er wel glazen, borden en bestek aanwezig waren misten we iets om mee af te wassen, en eventueel een koelkast zou handig zijn voor drinken/etenswaren. Maar dit zou een extra luxe zijn, geen must.

Een rustige, hooggelegen locatie. Een stuk lopen naar het stadje (klimmen).

Het was heel warm op de kamer. Er stond wel een airco, maar 's nachts is dit zeer luid.

Wat mij het meest beviel aan de kamer was de ruime en schone uitstraling. Bij binnenkomst voelde de kamer meteen fris en netjes aan. Ook de rustige omgeving droeg bij aan een ontspannen verblijf. Daarnaast verliep de communicatie prettig en duidelijk, wat alles extra soepel liet verlopen. Alles bij elkaar maakte dit de kamer een prettige plek om te verblijven.

Cozy studio in a quiet spot.

We were expecting 2 single beds with 2 mattresses but ended up sharing a bed. But maybe I just didn't communicate well. Otherwise, all good.

Geen informatie tot eventueel aankoop frisdranken/water mogelijkheden in de accommodatie zelf? Zag wel een automaat met chips etc maar het toestel leek mij niet in werking?

房间很干净，酒店周围环境很安静，房东能及时沟通回复，院子里有停车位，入住流程很简单，尤其是小圆窗户前的两把椅子和小桌子设计很温馨。

房屋外面没有酒店名称的标识，如果能提前告知房间是从房屋右侧的金属楼梯上去就更好了；如果有洗发水和沐浴露就更好了，现有的肥皂液太少了。

Zeer mooi appartement, rustig gelegen, zeer dichtbij het centrum van Durbuy (met de auto) ietjes langere wandeling te voet, Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, we konden 's ochtends koffie drinken, er was een koffiezetapparaat , koffie en suiker in het appartement. Het appartement was schoon, uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, we raden het van harte aan.

Quiet location. Clean and comfortable. Well-equipped. Nice restaurant nearby at Hotel Tropical.

The room had thin walls and was connected to another room, you could nearly understand the words the neighbors were saying.

Functional and comfy room, easy check-in and -out with the keybox, reactive and friendly hosts, good location within (a bit more than a short) walking distance from the Durbuy center.

The duvet was very thick and warm - a lighter one would have been appreciated.
