Kao prvo kad smo dosli docekao nas je namrsteno osoble, cekali smo za sobu da nam spreme do 15h a zamolili smo dali moze da nas prime oko 13h. Odma posle toga dali su nam sobu (prcvara) a ne Deluks Sobu od 35 m2 ,kad sam pitao sta je ovo oni su mi rekli sobu jas sam pita imam uplateno Deluks Sobi i rekli su mi sa ironiom sta je to Deluks.jas sam rekao platio sam za Deluks sobu a ne za nisko budzetnu sobi on mi rekli samo to je Soba koja je bila maksimun 15m2 i bila cela katastrofa u sebi su bili prjavi carsavi se odokolo je bilo prljavo u sobi sa kuhinjom nemali smo ni casu da popiemo vodu. Ova soba izdaje se na lici mesta i istom hotelu za 7 noci za 150 eura . Na slici kad sam gleda Deluks sobi bila je syvarno velika i lepa ali na licu mesta dobili smo PRCVARU. Sve u svemu bilo je Katastrofa. Mnogo sam razocaran od BOKINGA sta dozvoljivaju ovakve Hotele da prave vakve problemr.

I was not a proper accomodation with three star. It lacks the basic facility for comfortable stay.

موقع الفندق جيد وقريب من الأسواق ولاكن يوجد شوارع مرتفعة يحتاج القليل من الجهد للوصول إلى المكان

Dobre śniadania na tarasie, piękny widok na miasto, czysto, zamykany parking, możliwość prania, aneks kuchenny, dobry kontakt z obsługą.

Łazienka mogłaby być w lepszym stanie, pokój w suterenie ale jeśli ktoś przyjechał zwiedzac i potrzebuje tylko spać to zupełnie wystarczy.

Все было великолепно. Завтрак хороший. Душ и кухня все отлично. Тесноват проход на кухню. Самое главное чисто и уютно. Приветливый персонал. Супер, что можно постираться. Район тихий. Советую булгур Палас к посещению и фантастические виды с него на весь Стамбул. Отдельное спасибо за апгрейд комнаты.

Podobała nam sie lokalizacja ,taras na dachu z pięknym widokiem i dobrymi śniadaniami,dostepem calodobowym do kawy i przepysznej herbaty.Prywatny parking pod zamknięciem,bliskość do metra.

Pokój nr 108 mieszczący się przy recepcji ,,standard '' na suficie bilgoć po zalaniu I śmierdzący stęchlizną . Pokój nie zdatny do użytku jedyne okno ze światłem dziennym w dużej łazience . Okienka w salonie i w kuchni wychodzą na szyb windy każdy ruch jej słychać było o każdej porze dnia i nocy . Prosząc o zmianę pokoju słyszeliśmy ze nie ma miejsc . W ostatni wieczór po kolejnej interwencji oparła sie o właściciela który dał nam pokoj nr 105 w podziemiach z oknem ale z dyskoteka światła które nie dało spać podkreślam pokoj Standard. Hay que mejorar un poco las instalaciones porque son antiguas pero en cuanto a calidad precio está bien.

L'hôtel ne pas ce que on voit à l'internat ils devaient le rénover. Quand je suis arrivé on ma présenté la chambre à -1 c'était horrible ça sente mauvais epuis on ma montré la deuxième était un peu mieux que la 1ere mais un côté de plafond pourri et sa sente la cigarette tans disque moi j'avais choisi la chambre non fumé mais je dormir 2 jours après on ma changé en 2ème niveau là c'était mieux mais la climatisation n'est fonctionne pas du tout.

Були тут із дружиною на автомобілі 5 діб. Нам дуже сподобалося. Співвідношення ціни та якості тут однозначно на користь якості й кількості послуг. Тепер про основні переваги. По-перше, готель має власну закриту парковку, що для цього району за таку ціну проживання є великою рідкістю. По-друге, у номері є власна мінікухня. По-третє, гостям пропонують безкоштовні сніданки, які проходять на терасі з чудовим видом на море та Стамбул. Окремо приємно здивувало те, що Google Maps дуже точно привів нас прямо до готелю, де нас одразу зустрів власник і відчинив ворота на парковку. Це було несподівано й дуже приємно після дороги. Також у готелі є ліфт, і він справно працює. Постільна білизна якісна, чиста та без неприємного запаху. Так, хтось може сказати, що ремонт у готелі не найновіший, але таку кількість переваг і послуг за таку ціну ви навряд чи знайдете в цьому районі Стамбула. Моя оцінка – відмінно. Із задоволенням зупинився б тут ще раз.

În primul rând personalul foarte amabil.Micul dejun l-am servit pe terasă,de unde ai panorama excelentă a Bosforului. Parcarea foarte importantă este chiar lângă hotel și gratuită. Aproape de metrou,autobuz .

La posizione buona , vicino alla fermata della metropolitana marmaray si metropolitana M1 e M2. Lo staff molto gentile, stanza grande . La colazione buona . Zona molto buona, con ristoranti, negozi, cambio valuta.

Il bagno non aveva cabina doccia, mancava il shampoo e gel per la doccia.

Close to metro public transport lots of cafes restaurants around hotel good value for money we were upgraded to a bigger room that was great..

Hotel położony ok. 2 km od centrum i większości zabytków. Stacja metra położona ok 700 m , przystanek tramwajowy równie blisko . Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Śniadania bardzo dobre : świeże bagietki, ichniejsza wędlina, podstawowe warzywa , twaróg , tosty francuskie, jajka i omlet na życzenie, sałatka warzywna w dwóch wersjach, ciasto i locum . Zawsze dostępna woda ,sok , herbata i prawdziwa turecka kawa na tarasie z widokiem na Bosfor. Pokoje czyste , kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe rzeczy . Polecam !!!

The property is an apartment-style accommodation, so don't expect daily housekeeping or fresh towels every morning — it's more like having your own place in Istanbul. That said, the trade-off is absolutely worth it: breakfasts on the rooftop terrace are a genuine highlight, with lovely views to start the day. Staff are friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. One honest note: sound insulation between rooms is on the thin side, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. Overall — excellent value, great location, and a warm welcome. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable base in Fatih.

L'hôtel est situé tout près de la station de métro yanikapi qui donne accès rapide à tous les quartiers d'Istanbul. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la terrasse qui donne une vue magnifique sur la ville.

Pour ceux qui aiment manger chez soi, la cuisine n'est pas bien équipée.

Pleasant, spacious apartment. Breakfast is fine and plentiful, and there’s a fresh Marmara sea view from the terrace. The location is good, in the Yenikapi district, less than 10 mins walk to a major train station and to the nearest tram stops. The hotel offers good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, there’s a pleasant vibe to the place. They even have a washing machine for guests to use, up on the roof.

Un loc care mi-a rămas în suflet 🤍 Am avut o experiență minunată la Best Apart Hotel! De la primul moment, totul a fost exact cum îți dorești când ești departe de casă. Camera curată, confortabilă, liniștea perfectă pentru odihnă, iar micul dejun… simplu, dar delicios și pregătit cu grijă. Un mare plus pentru locație – foarte aproape de metroul Yenikapı, ceea ce face deplasarea extrem de ușoară în orice direcție. Dar ceea ce face cu adevărat diferența sunt oamenii. Managerul Mehmet este un om deosebit, atent și implicat, iar întreg personalul a fost incredibil de amabil și prietenos. Am fost primiți mai devreme la check-in, iar la plecare ne-au ajutat fără nicio problemă să lăsăm bagajele până mai târziu – gesturi mici care contează enorm. Este genul de loc unde revii cu drag și fără să stai pe gânduri. Cu siguranță voi reveni! 🌸

Хорошое расположение, отличный персонал, есть небольшая кухня, можно приготовить еду.

Душа как токового нет, стоит стульчик, на который ты содишься и моешься, вода сливается под уклоном в слив.

Das Frühstück war okay. Alles was man braucht war im Zimmer, auch wenn es schon älter war. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Das Hotel ist zwischen der Tram- und einer Metrostation. Die Terrasse ist toll. Alles in allem stimmt die Preisleitung.

Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht ist Bewegung im Haus, so dass man schon einen tiefen Schlaf braucht um nicht geweckt zu werden. Sauna kostet 20 Euro extra. Fitnessstudio kaum/ nicht nutzbar. Unsere Küche war komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Das war für uns aber irrelevant. Bad war okay. Mit dem warmen Wasser muss man aber sparsam sein. Wir konnten am letzten Tag nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen. Auf die Frage, ob wir vielleicht 2 kleine Nougatcremes mitnehmen können, wurde dies verneint.

Obsługa przyjemna, jak to w Turcji. Śniadania obfite, choć nie był to szwedzki stół. Nie da się zjeść całego. Codziennie jakiś dodatkowy punkt śniadania. Pokój czysty, widać , że niedawno odświeżany. Prawdziwa turecką kawa. Stosunek jakości do ceny wręcz rewelacyjny Położenie hotelu niedaleko do centrum

Minusy znalazlam 2. 1. Ściany nie wygluszaja pomieszczeń i przez płaczące dziecko ciężko było zasnąć, a i 3 w nocy rodzice się z nim bawili. Na szczęście tylko 1 doba była uciążliwa. Położenie hotelu jest fajne, ale w którą stronę nie pójdziesz, to stromo strasznie, żeby wyjść w miasto i wrócić. Można robić kondycję.

كانت الإقامة جيدا و كان تعامل الاشخاص المكلفين بالفندق رائعين خصوصا طايفون والأخ كوتشير وكان الفطور طيبا

Nos metieron en un zulo, donde los secuestradores retienen a sus rehenes, reconvertido en habitación: un cubículo en la planta -1, con una "ventana" de 20x20 cm que daba a ras de suelo en la calle. Al lado había un comercio de comestibles, que por la noche daba cenas y todo el pestazo a fritanga se nos metía en el zulo, perdón, en la habitación. Luego, cuando cerraba este comercio, a las 12:00 de la madrugada, hacía un ruido infernal. Una cosa más: el desayuno es infame, un par de cachos de tomate, un par de cachos de pepino, 4 aceitunas, dos cachos de queso, pan, dos rodajas de una especie de salami, te, leche y café soluble.

i like the hotel with balcony very nice view on morning and at evening when i comeback i sit on balcony and drink cofee , additionally, the room has kitchen so i could bring some food and cook my favorite plate. hotel was near of most places and tramway and metro . room was very clean and the stuff were very polite and respectful. thank you for everything, next time will repeat the stay in same hotel

Not much. We only stayed one night. The kitchen was pokey with few utensils. The beds were hard. Only one of our two rooms was supplied with towels. One of the toilet seats was broken. The ‘shower’ was a wet room where the floor always had water. The locks were loose and there was no hot water.

The owner wanted us to pay cash in Euros. As it turned out this was a blessing in disguise as we could just pay for the one night and check out. We found another hotel not far away that was modest but clean with a very helpful staff.

Nice staff and cheap

Bedsheets were dirty with stains on them. We had a hole in the kitchen. There was a wire going through the entire bathroom. We could hear other visitors from everywhere, and the location seemed to be very dodgy. All in all, we booked a hotel for 3 days and left after one night. Only stayed for the night because it was too late to look for something else. Also, my car was blocked by another visitor's car, at the car park. Staff handed me the car key to the other car and asked me to move it as he didn't have a driving license himself. I would be furious if someone else used my car. This not professional and not acceptable. I do not recommend that hotel. Avoid.

Hotel je smješten na odličnoj lokaciji. Metro stanica je udaljena 7 do 10 minuta hodanja. Osoblje je ljubazno. Doručak je dobar i obiman. Boravak ugodan.

U kupatilu na tušu nije bilo tople vode, pa je tuširanje bilo izazov. Soba je bila ok, u skladu sa cijenom. Čistoća ok, ali inventar je star i istrošen. Hodnici, stubiste, lift i trpezarija su minijaturni, ali nam to nije pokvarilo ugođaj putovanja.

Parking on-site made things easy, and the location is ideal if you’re driving while still being fairly close to the city center. Breakfast was solid, and the terrace views were a nice bonus in the morning. It’s also close to public transportation, which made getting around simple. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it.
