Good value, employee was very nice and accommodating, never ending hot water in the shower, quite location..

Beds were not very comfortable, room needed a bit more ventilation from the ac and heater, air flow for me wasnt quite enough, everyone is different though..

Very kind and professional staff/front desk. Appreciated the little coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room, and the small box of facial tissues so I wouldn’t have to blow my nose with toilet paper.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, a/c was loud and kept turning on and off. The room was hot and cold. I slept a total of 3 hours. There were barely any towel bars and no hooks. Had nowhere to hang our hand towels. TV was not working. Had to get manager to fix it.

Two flights of stairs and no elevator and no offer of help to get bags up to the room.

The management was excellent, my mom and I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the assistance we were giving in helping to carry our bags and pleasant attitude of Rico. We left feeling refreshed and happy and would stay again.

Booked 7/31. Get a phone call 8/27 for my stay on 8/28. They're overbooked and had me switch to another location. The new location doesn't have a fridge, microwave, or breakfast included, which is why I choose Star Inn in the 1st place. I was told this happened to others this week as well.

The room was sort of inside so we had to keep the curtains closed. Not sure if the air con was dusty but we were very stuffed up and our eyes were a bit sore.

1. The stairs to the second floor were uneven and created a severe fall hazard. 2. We indicated that we were traveling with pets on our Booking.com reservation. We were given a "no pets" room. We were then moved next door to a pet-friendly room. About 45 minutes later, we were moved back to the first room. It was a fiasco!!

We were on the ground floor, the folks in the room above use were quit noisy. It was 10pm before they settled down but again at 2am it sounded like they were arranging the furniture or moving a lot of things around.

The front desk employee was fabulous! He went above and beyond and was the ONLY saving grace for this hotel!

Room was filthy! There was a sink in the kitchenette but not one in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. There was a major remodel in process and workers taping & textering the hallway outside my door. The pet friendly rooms are upstairs, which is totally ridiculous to me!! I am an older person and trying to manage a dog while bringing in my travel belongings was extremely difficult! (Navigating the stairs was actually unsafe.) I wasn't told about an elevator and because of the clutter throughout the hallways, because of the remodel going on (plastic & paper on floors along with the crew's tools - ladders etc.) I didn't look for one. It has been my experience with hotel property remodels that when done properly, the area under construction is NOT where guest stay!! The "dog area" did not have a trash can or any pet supplies that are usually available. It wasn't cleaned up and navigating around the dog left-overs from irresponsible pet owners was impossible! I gave up and walked around the perimeter of the parking lot - of course, picking up after my pet. I would NEVER stay at this property again!

The front guy was very nice

No elevator he wanted to give us a room on the second floor. He made it work and we ended up on the first floor. The bed was well used and broke down.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location. Remodeling is ongoing. The staff did their best to find a good room for us.

Although the hotel is being remodeled, it is still an old building. Walls are thin, so downstairs rooms are quite noisy when guests walk around upstairs. The hotel is located near a trailer park so there can be barking dogs heard in some of the rooms, and you can hear the TVs in adjacent rooms.

This hotel is in need of major refurbishment.

The overall appearance was dismal.

The “breakfast”.

This place was simple but clean and comfortable. There were plenty of electrical outlets in the room, which I really appreciate. There was cable TV and lots of choices as to what to watch. It looks like a plain roadside motel and i was a little afraid I would not feel secure or that it would be noisy. Both were NOT true. Had a large dog with me. I brought her cushion in and she seemed comfortable. Pet fee was $20. There was a little dog park in the front. I left early so did not wait for breakfast but there were a few things you could grab from the breakfast room (packaged rolls) and in-room coffee. There was an ice machine and one vending machine. mini-fridge and microwave in room. Plenty adequate and the price was right. Provided bar soap and shampoo.

Only thing I can think of is that i had to move the coffee maker to plug it in. I was a one-cupper. A small carafe would have been perfect but this was adequate.

We reserved a king bed but the room only had one queen bed. They said it was their last room when I complained, take it or leave it. We didn't sleep well. Toilet paper was full of holes and flimsy.

Outside of building looks a little iffy. Lobby nice, room clean and comfortable.

I have been staying at this property since it first open. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, and a person comes in daily to clean. Plus, it is affordable. Other hotels in the area want $200 a night.

They are constantly making improvements on the property. I am afraid it may become an expensive place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet - just what I needed after a full day of driving !

Traveling with 2 small dogs, liked the layout. Quick access to outside. Beds and bath were clean, but tile had a weird oil or wax.

A little weathered, but the oil/wax on the tile was bizarre. We checked in LATE so didn’t ask for a switch, but whatever was on the tile was off putting.

Motel is old but things were clean and well maintained. Room was very quiet. Didn't stay for breakfast but coffee was good.

This is a plug for overnight EV charging. If you had that it would give you a good competitive advantage and pull in lots of EV drivers since central Nevada is a charging desert.

My stay was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was just a little continental spread with a waffle maker, which I didn't expect much, but my biggest complaint was that thete was no unsweetened creamer for the coffee and coffee was ALL I wanted.

Room were clean nice and I would say all in all I would stay there on my next trip.

The room was very acceptable.

The bed in the room was HORRIBLE. There was zero support and I felt like I was sleeping on a slope. I was a commercial pilot during my career and I’ve stayed in literally hundreds of hotels. I wasn’t expecting Hilton level accommodations, but I think it’s reasonable to expect a good mattress.

Prima hotel, aardige medewerkers. Ze zijn er aan het opknappen, kamer is comfortabel met grote koelkast en magnetron!! Ontbijt was Prima, zelf Wafels maken, echt heel lekker!

Het is echt een motel langs de weg, maar niks viel ons tegen!!
