Hermosa la casa!! Muy cómoda y lindo el barrio!

La ducha no se podía regular, salía muy caliente o muy fría, se nos cortó la luz varias veces porq saltaba el diyunyor

The house looked beautiful in the photos, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the actual stay did not live up to the expectations set by the listing.

We stayed here during weather that was around 32°F (0°C), yet the property only provided small, thin blankets, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Other issues included: No shampoo provided. Dirty drinking glasses upon arrival. Only one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. A 6% surcharge for paying by credit card. An additional USD 26 cleaning fee, which felt excessive given the overall condition of the property. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Lo mejor es que tenes todas las comodidades de una casa, patio con parrilla incluida, no lo últilizamos pero esta todo muy lindo

El garage no entró mi vehículo que es un sedan, y el colchón de la cama de la habitación principal puede mejorarse,

Las camas muy blandas al igual que las almohadas se podrían mejorar. El bidé perdía agua no funcionaban bien las canillas.

Si tiene un auto muy grande ( camioneta) no entra en el garaje debe dejarlo afuera ( pero es muy tranquilo).

Todo muy cómodo muy agradable era como estar en casa pero en otro país nos encantó lo recomiendo 100%

No entró nuestro vehículo en el garaje, quedó afuera, igualmente no faltó nada, barrio tranquilo.

Es un apartamento totalmente equipado, muy cómodo. El dueño es siempre atento ante cualquier necesidad.

La ubicación de la casa está cerca de todo, el barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. La sala de estar es muy cómoda, y la cocina esta equipada con lo necesario. Muy acogedora. Muy recomendable.

The furnitures and facilities were old and nothing like advertised on their pictures. The shower water never reached the desired temperature easily. Guess what. Federick, the property manager, is going to charge you extra for that! Instead of being charged the agreed price automatically on booking.com, you will need to go through all the trouble by coordinating time with him and pay the extra fee in person. The labeled price on Booking.com is nothing like the price you will end up paying(see attached pictures, I paid 20USD extra) If you want to use card at all, you either need to cover the extra credit card fee for the owner (or the currency conversion fee for them as long as you don’t make Argentine pesos). Federick tends to blame the extra fee on the government system or banks and let you cover everything. If that’s the case,I should have this issue on every single accommodation I booked. But the FACT is, out of all my 20days of stay in Argentina, I only have this problem with him. What annoyed me even more was that after I reported this unfair charge to Booking.com, he ridiculously accused me of wanting a free stay by wanting the refund(What I did was simply reporting the incident). I have been the highest status member on Booking.com with hundreds of booking records and never asked for a refund ever before. After telling him I would be giving him a bad review based on his dishonesty and bad attitude, instead of thinking of his own mistake, he accused me of threatening him and saying it is because I wanted the free stay. That’s simply hilarious. He also told the Booking platform I didn’t check in order to stop me from making this review…. He even intimidated me by saying how he has a big operation and how this review would not affect him. Oh well Federick, just reflect on yourself. This is really ugly behavior. Don’t let your future customers down. I really don’t care about the20bucks to be honest, but I just cannot tolerate the way you operate.

The house is beautiful, I highlight the cleanliness, comfort and location. I will recommend it to my group of travelers.

Location was convenient. Safe. Quiet. Spacious. Easy to check-in /out. Good communication.

Although the house has been painted and furnished with nice new modern furniture, think IKEA style, the actual house is old, kitchen and bathroom are very dated and need upgrading.

The host is just amazing. Communication was easy in English or Spanish. The location is great and we had a wonderful stay with our family (two babies).

We missed some green in the house (real plants). Even though there was some fake green ones ;-)
