Struttura semplice ed economica ma valorizzata da varie cose. Prima di tutto la calorosa e simpatica accoglienza del gerente, nonchè cuoco; la gentilezza e professionalità della cameriera e per finire; la ciliegina sulla torta, piatti veramente squisiti al palato e opere d'arte per gli occhi. Consiglio vivamente 😄

Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et aimable.

Top! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir haben das Hotel bei einer längeren Wandertour für eine Übernachtung genutzt. Frühstück sehr gut. Generell ist das Essen im Restaurant empfehlenswert.

The Hotel is located on the main road at Dombresson, so it is very easy to find and there are parking spots right next to the hotel. There are also two ATMs right in front, so taking Swiss money is also very easy. Animals are allowed. The owner is very friendly and made us feel like at home. He even asked our favorite coffee style in the morning (expresso, cappuccino...). The breakfast is amazing, many fruits, bread and even home-made crème brûlée. The room is great, spacious, working wifi and the beds are not stiff. We are very pleased to have found this hotel and we surely plan to return in the future!

Wir, 2 weibliche Geschwisterpaar im goldigen Alter, erwandern den trans swiss trail, und da am Etappenziel Chezard St. Martin, keine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit besteht sind wir auf dieses Hotel gestossen. Es war so eine tolle Überraschung im Jura-Dorf so eine tolles Restaurant mit wunderbarem Gastgeber und Koch zu stossen. Das Abendessen war kulinarisch vom Feinsten, und der Zmorge legte noch eine Schippe drauf, was für ein Highlight. Es fehlte an nichts, sogar Creme brulee und Kuchen war dabei neben Käse, Fleisch, Müesli, frischen Früchten, alles schön in kleinen Schälchen zubereitet, einfach fast mehr als das Herz begehrt. Solche Gasthäuser sollte es mehr geben.

persönlich war mir die Matratze zu hart, aber die andern drei hatten kein Problem damit

We come here each other year to enjoy hiking in Jura and hospitality of the owner, and never went back unsatisfied. Location allows quick access to plentiful hiking trails, especially with a car. Restaurant is a gem. Breakfast is great and well surpasses the average Swiss hotel breakfast. Rooms are basic, but sufficient and fully meet the description. We'll come again!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant im Hotel war exzellent. Die Speise am Abend hervorragend, die Zutaten war sehr gut und haben geschmeckt. Für uns war das Restaurant eine Entdeckung. Das Morgenessen sehr vielfältig, frische Früchte, Müesli, ein Ei, verschiedene Brotarten, Käse und Fleisch und zu unserer Überraschung auch noch eine kleine Portion créme brülé und Kuchen. Und alles sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Ein absoluter Geheimtip mit einem Chefkoch, der nicht nur sein Handwerk perfekt verstand, sondern auch Zeit für einen Schwartz hatte. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Der Chef (Michel) ist extraordinaire und seine Equipe ist auch super!!! Essen+Service+Ambiente : einfach spitze!!! Ich komme wieder! Schade, dass der Kanton NE es nicht wirklich valorisiert was für eine rare Perle in Dombresson ist (Ausschilderung) Merci infiniment à l'équipe pour tout!

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast and dinner were outstandingly good, with a great menu. I had no trouble parking at the side of the hotel and using public transport for local journeys was both easy and reliable. I would love to stay here again.

Extraordinary food. Delicious dinner. Super owner who also is a chief. Clean place. A bit old fasion rooms but very clean and all in order.

We stayed here whilst walking some of the Trans Swiss Trail and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The room was ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, the food was excellent. lovely breakfast appreciated by us all, and great coffee!

We stayed here the second time, and were even more pleased with our stay than before. The hotel is located in the heart of the big Jura hiking region, and - especially if you travel by car - you have unlimited possibility for all sorts of hiking. Perfectly clean. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Michel, the owner and the chef, speaks nearly any language you can imagine, and makes you really feel at home. Michel's restaurant is a gem, and it was a big part of our decision to come again. Breakfast is wonderful and well above the usual standards for this level of a hotel. Rooms are simple, but they fully fit to the description and have all necessary, especially if you stay just for a couple of days.

This is a hidden gem located in a quaint town in the Swiss Alps. The hotel looks unassuming from the outside but the rooms were newly remodeled. The owner was amazing. He even offered us an extra room for free so all four of us didn’t need to be together in one room. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. The restaurant located on the main floor of the hotel was exceptional with a Michelin recognition. Very traditional French cuisine. The included breakfast had some of everything: pear tart, croissants, mini crème brûlée, fruits, meats, several cheeses and breads, oatmeal etc. if I could give them more than a 10 I would. we would definitely stay here again.

The dinner menu is a bit pricey but the food quality and room rates make up for it.

Lovely host - chef, hotel reception and waiter - all in one person, very forthcoming. Besides very good dinner and breakfast, loved it.
