Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The cozy, family-run feeling of the common areas is comforting, and the breakfast had everything my wife (who is a gluten free omnivor) and I (a vegetarian) needed to have a nutritious and tasty meal. To go cups and aluminum foil to wrap extra food were appreciated.
really, nothing. rooms were a bit spartan, but comfortable. nothing much interesting in the area, but this was just a stopover point for us.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2024Very nice typical and historical danish hotel. inside you can feel the story behind thi splace. amazing see all the original stuff comes from the past, still there in a very amazing condition. if you like to enjoy the place and the culture is the right place.
i will make in renovation the music instruments cause they will add more value at that place and will provide opportunity to have someone that sometimes can play during some special dinner or some special festival. let's think about it.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2024On arrival we given a lecture about if we had booked direct instead of through booking.com, breakfast would have been included in the price. Furthermore, when my daughter was concerned that we couldn’t lock our room, she asked for help from the same receptionist - a man. He came but was very rude to her. Although I had booked for 2 nights we left the following morning and forfeited the second night -and we had already paid up front. I would not return there under any circumstances.
The establishment need to train their staff how to treat their guests.
