The boys were extremely kind and answered every question that we had. The view there was exceptional.

We didn’t like that we had to leave because our trip was over

The breakfast has a good portion and room was big enough for two people.

The bathroom just needs a little touch up and it needs some cleaning rags. Also, more dining chairs are needed , as oneof the chairs had to used to support the water dispenser. Also, if guests wants to eat beachfront, hopefully they can prep the table for them.

Breakfast was repetitive-not much choices. No TV. No housekeeping to clean during our stay at least every other day. Water have a strong chlorine.

Excellent customer service. Room was huge and complete with amenities and kitchen appliances. Excellent beach front access and sunrise view was amazing! We celebrated my wife's birthday with an amazing sunrise breakfast by the beach. Breakfast was complimentary. Ms. Flower arranged a special flower bouquet with a nice breakfast set-up for two by the beach. Thanks Ms. Glydel, Ms. Flower and Mr. Jestrel. I highly recommend Helminas Villas.

There's no swimming pool but who needs one when surfing and beach are the best attractions in the island of Siargao

Lo stile delle ville è locale e affascina con parcheggio privato per scooter e piccola spiaggia privata senza ombrellone ma con gazebo. Confinante troverete una scuola surf che vi permetterà di imparare davanti alla struttura senza bisogno di spostarsi. La nostra villa era con soppalco per la zona notte mentre zona giorno con cucina al piano terra. Nei dintorni troverete mini market, ARM, ristoranti, lavanderia.

Not close to the action without scooter, and the top floor gets super hot its a bit tricky to balance the airco

- Decent location - Staff were extremely nice and accommodating

- We rented 4 villas and one of them had a major cockroach problem. Luckily the other rooms did not have this issue. The staff were accommodating and gave us another room which was nice of them. - Water was not available for an entire day. They did not have a backup supply until the evening. - Ongoing construction the entire time which made it hard to sleep in - General maintenance issues and each villa had different levels of being renovated. In one of the condos, the toilet would not work repeatedly and every time we were told it was fixed we found out that the maintenance guy had never came and then he abruptly quit

La ubicación es buena y tiene una playa al lado, aunque no es cómoda para bañarse

El primer día no había casi agua para ducharnos. Y pensaba que la playa sería más accesible.

Posizione, camere e vista top. Consigliato anche per più notti. Personale molto gentile e ci ha organizzato più attività in modo eccellente. La vicinanza al mare è stupenda sia di giorno che di sera con vista surf.

A volte mancava l’acqua ma hanno trovato soluzioni ad ogni cosa. A volte non hanno compreso bene ciò che volevamo (colazione). Avrei preferito una veloce pulizia della stanza a dopo qualche giorno vista la vicinanza alla spiaggia (sabbia).

After having to leave our original Airbnb due to serious issues with the property, we needed a last-minute place to stay. The staff at Helminas Villa were incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding. A special thank you to the two receptionists, who went above and beyond to help us. Because of room availability, we ended up moving rooms four different times during our stay, and they made each move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Despite the last-minute booking and multiple room changes, they always greeted us with a smile and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Their hospitality truly turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you for your excellent customer service and genuine care. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Helminas Villa to anyone visiting Siargao.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber und es gab mehrere Kakerlaken. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr reichhaltig und wurde kalt serviert.

The place was spacious and each room had a parking space. They had a beachfront as well so there was a nice view if you walk from your room. There was free breakfast included and it was simple yet really good.

Housekeeping isn't done daily since you have to surrender the key to the concierge.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom, a lot of it + the toilet was not flushing during our stay.

Close to beach and cloud 9. Room was awesome. Staff were fabulous.

Timing for arranging tuk-tuk and bfast off... no outside shower to wash off sand... internet was spotty... lost water a few times... but not for long. Overall, great value and great space. I'd stay here again. Beach was very rocky. And waves were HUGE - so you needed to be careful when going into water. Bring water shoes... but you can't go too deep.. and during low tide - don't even bother... Wish there were less rocks on the beach for a more enjoyable swimming experience. I got cut up on rocks when a wave came through. But all beaches around here are same - including cloud 9.

El lugar está al final de la calle principal, pero hay algun restaurante cerca que muy bien, puedes ir andando a varios sitios. Cloud9 esta muy cerca tambien. Las casitas son enormes y muy top, osea flipamos bastante cuando entramos porque era muy bonita y la cama enorme. Al final de las casitas hay la playa y es espectacular... Nuestra habitación tenia split (no queriamos el tipico de filipinas q hace un ruido del demonio), pero creo que es bastante caro comparado con otros sitios...

No se como pero entraban mosquitos y nos encontramos 3 cucarachas... quizá del techo se colaban o no se como entraban pero vaya susto nos metieron... La luz iba y venia y a veces el aire no funcionaba. Nosotros somos bastante chill y eso nos daba igual, pero había momentos en que hacia muchisimo calor.

It was close to the beach which was nice!

The room was filled with all kinds of bugs I have ants and little bugs on the bed as well when I got there at night I also found huge cockroach in the bathroom and mouse poop on my clothes, needless to say I didn’t stay for the night and no stuff was around to give me a new room or to talk to you at this point because it was 3am but the next day they moved me to a different room, which had no bugs or anything of that sort. Overall I didn’t have a good experience but they did apologize and moved me rooms. On the second room I didn’t have WiFi at all I didn’t really mind but if you need a strong WiFi maybe it is but the place for you!

Sehr gute zentrale Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöner privater Zugang zum Strand mit ein paar Liegestühlen zum entspannen.

Die Sanitären Anlagen liessen zu Beginn zu wünschen übrig, die Abflüsse waren verstopft und das Waschbecken sowie die Toilette hatten Lecks, sodass der Boden immer nass war. Nachdem wir das rückgemolden haben wurde es aber schnell und gut repariert. Wir waren in den etwas günstigeren Villa, dort war die „Küchenausstattung“ mit einer Tasse und zwei Becher und einem Löfel etwas dürftig.

So close to cloud 9 and it's a beach front hotel! :)

El wifi iba bastante mal y habían hormigas y la calidad de las toallas fatal, te dejaban pelusilla

Zona tranquila y a 5 min de general luna

Al llegar, nos dieron una villa que estaba algo sucia, las sabanas tenian alguna mancha.. la puerta del baño no abria. Nos cambiaron enseguida a la villa mas grande solo durante esa noche, al dia siguiente nos cambiaron a otra villa como la que habiamos reservado. Estaba limpia y era bonita, tiene una pequeña cocina y el dormitorio esta en el piso de arriba. La puerta se cierra con un candado por fuera, el cierre de dentro no funcionaba, no se podia cerrar la puerta. Nos entraron a robar esa noche, se llevaron el dinero que teniamos en efectivo. Nos dimos cuenta por la mañana y fuimos a reportarlo al manager. Nos devolvieron el importe que nos habian robado y miraron las camaras. Parece que era alguien del personal. Nos volvieron a cambiar de villa a una que cerrara bien por dentro. El resto de los dias bien, el personal era amable y resolutivo. Hay motos para alquilar alli. las vistas son muy bonitas. no es una playa facil para bañarse, hay muchas piedras.

. Pero la experiencia en general no fue buena. Demasiados contratiempos aunque se solucionaron, no estuvimos a gusto ni tranquilos la mayoría del tiempo. y no es un alojamiento barato

The location near general luna beside a private beach, friendly staff.

Mosquitos every night, upon arrival the window was left open and we had a large quantity. Not clean (floors filthy and black dust around premises, flies under the sheets, as a result we left one night early. Disappointing overall experience, the rooms in the photos are not near the same in reality. Staff very friendly however but didn’t make up for the rest.

i like the location itself, we used quiet place and go next door to Harana for party... that is good combo

well I was expecting from the picture we are in the beach house but probably should have studied the pictures more... I was looking mainly or clear sky to be able to use my starlink properly which was at the beach front vila but not at ours..

I had hoped for a quiet location near the beach, a bit more out of the way than staying in the city itself. The setting was generally okay and the staff was fairly friendly.

The little cabin I stayed in was very close to the front of the property so road noise was quite a problem, starting early in the morning. There was a bit of a ant problem inside and out. The sliding glass door didn't lock from the inside, which wasn't a problem for me, but you'd think would be for some guests. I stayed Friday through Sunday night and on Saturday night, the restaurant at the Harana Surf Resort was playing extremely loud clubbing music until nearly 4 in the morning. So much for my quiet beach stay.

It were amazing holidays due to hospitality Helmina 's villas ❤️ Before our journey I heard about Phillipines hospitality but here we felt it for 1000%. Every day, every time, every minute guys tried to do our holidays the best ever. We asked for cleaning,we asked for bikes,we asked for massage,we asked for service - DONE. Every morning we can go to see how is ocean going with waves. Our beach was about 50 metres away from our villa with palms and coconuts.

We tried to recognise but we couldn't.

The staff so friendly. The location so good. It’s quiet at the same it’s near Cloud 9. I like that you can cook. The room is spacious and clean.

The iron wherein you can iron your clothes. It’s already damage when I used it and it damaged more because there’s no place you can iron properly the clothes! I have to pay like 🥴

La ubicación es muy buena. El personal (excepto el de limpieza) genial. Incluso me devolvieron el dinero de los 7 días que estuve hospedado debido a que me desaparecieron 800€ de mi maleta.

Cleaning wasn't done properly, dead cockroaches some places. Doors had big gaps so mosquitoes came in.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, da man nichts von der Straße hört, nahe an General Luna und auch nahe am Cloud 9 aber in einer ruhigen Ecke mit schönen Restaurants verortet ist. Der großzügige Bungalow hatte viel Platz inkl. Küche usw. Die kleine Terrasse ist super für den Kaffee am Morgen und die liegen am Felsenstrand sind super zum Entspannen.

Helmina's Villas is a good property with a great location, just steps from a beach! Waking up and being able to see the ocean and feel the water and breeze is amazing. This spot is also not far from both General Luna and Cloud 9. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are a good size. I appreciate that the showers are hot and have good water pressure.

They are still under going some construction so some parts of the property are a bit messy. Also, it would be appreciated if either some filtered or bottled water were provided.

This is a perfect place to stay. Room is clean and staffs are accomodating.

Zero! Nadal! Zilch! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

EVERYTHING!!! The worst place I've ever stayed at. Talk about bait-and-switch. Don't be fooled by their website photos. We only ended up staying one night here. We decided to leave the place the very next day. My daughter ended up naming this place HELL-holeMina"s. This place felt unsafe with all the construction workers drinking by the front gate. The staff blamed everything on the owner for how poorly this place was presented. We were all bitten by bugs, fleas, mites by morning. Oh dogs and dog poop everywhere. STAY AWAY!!! This place ain't worth a single red cent. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

I like that the accommodation is close to cloud 9 and it has its own private beach entrance. You could go surfing from the accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own food. It is spacious. The bathroom is clean. The workers are nice. I requested for a microwave and they were kind to give me one for the duration of our stay. It is farther from General Luna but it’s perfect if you want quiet nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del centro de General Luna pero a la vez un poco apartado que se agradece. Cerca también del Cloud9. Tenía secador y un detalle que te pongan cepillo de dientes, además aire acondicionado y agua filtrada. Ducha y baño bastante bien y separados. Todo bastante limpio.

No hay playa como tal en el hotel, son piedras, aunque las vistas no están mal. No tenían motos disponibles, aunque nos ayudaron a ir a la tienda de al lado.
