Zimmer war sehr klein für zwei Peronen

tout nous a plus dans cet hôtel . L'accueil, l'emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, les repas. Et un bon rapport qualité:prix.

rien ne nous a dérangé dans cet hôtel .

Petit déjeuner plus rien pas de plateaux pas de couverts à 9 heures du matin. Nous n avons pas pris le petit déjeuner et sommes partis . Par contre emplacements super .chambre trop escaliers à monter avec les valises et bien sur à descendre.

No tenía ascensor hasta la habitación en la que me aloje

Walking distance to town. Beautiful surrounding. Restaurant right at the entrance of the hotel and that makes it convenient.

The window doesn’t have screen. So when it’s hot and you want to open the window. Then the mosquitoes fly in. Private parking is a little far but it doesn’t bother because we were told to park right in front of the hotel driveway in order to unload and load.

Habitación pequeña, claustrofóbica, mobiliario en mal estado, cama muy deficiente, atención del personal muy seca, rozando la antipatía.

Hôtel très bien situé au début du centre ville historique. Possibilité de parking gratuit à 300 m, ce qui est rare dans ce secteur de la ville. Restaurant avec des propositions culinaires régionales originales. L'ensemble du personnel est agréable et professionnel. Nous reviendrons et je recommande vivement cet hôtel restaurant

Lors de ma réservation j'ai cru payer un certain prix pour une chambre atypique sur la tour, entourée de remparts. Ne fut pas ma surprise lorsqu'à mon arrivée j'ai eu une chambre tout autre des photos que j'ai vu. Manque de transparence à ce sujet qui a complètement changé l'engouement de mon voyage. Très déçue

Établissement idéalement placé et bâtisse de caractère. Tout le personnel était absolument adorable ! De plus nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était vraiment très bon.

Nous avons tout aimé et lorsque nous reviendrons à Sarlat, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel car de plus, excellent rapport qualité prix.

Ascenseur trop petit. Manque miroir salle de bain Pas de frigo Un peu bruyant le matin Parking peu pratique, obligation de marcher, donc dépose bagages en premier sans pouvoir se garer, après 6 h de route , cela était très pénible.

Accueil au top et personnel professionnel. Le repas du soir fut excellent. Chambre et salle de bain très propre.

Le service du soir un peu long , mais l'attente était oublié a la vus des assiettes.

This is a charming hotel. They provide a nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Although the room was very small, it was comfortable we enjoyed our stay.

The sink in the bathroom was ridiculously small.

No hi havia aire acondicionat i aquet any ha fet moltíssima calor, pero la direcció de l'hotel ens van facilitar un ventilador i un pingüí per lo que va facilita i molt el descans nocturn.

La Ubicación.

Nos dieron una habitación separada del edificio principal, donde la cocina nos quedaba debajo, i subían olores a la terraza.

Muy bien ubicado. El personal muy amable. La habitación, aunque pequeñita, bien y con aire acondicionado, que en verano se agradece. Destaca sobre todo la ubicación. El desayuno muy completo y rico.

Nos alojaron en la torre de la derecha. Era HORROROSO como se oía a la gente subir y bajar las escaleras y el piso de encima nuestro. Las paredes y el suelo son finísimos y los dos días oímos todos los pisotones de los de encima a las 8 am que nos despertaron. Hay que trabajar esto mucho porque a un hotel se viene a descansar….

Nos encantó la ubicación muy práctica, cerca del centro pero no con la multitud. El edificio era muy bonito y bien conservado, estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno era muy rico. La habitación era estupenda, éramos tres y era espaciosa.

Beautiful 13th century castle in the center of this historic town that was converted into a hotel. We had supper and breakfast there as well. The food and service were very good. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The wifi worked well. The staff was available and responsive.

We were there in August 2026. It was HOT, very hot. The hotel has no air conditioning. It was unbearably hot in the rooms. There was a window that one could open but there were mosquitos. Our room had a nice balcony and I tried to sleep on the outside balcony on the stone floor to go somewhere a bit cooler. It was miserable. My wife and I had a terrible night's sleep due to the sauna temperature inside the well insulated 13th century stone walls. I'm sure it's nice any time other than the summer.

L’hotel è molto carino all’esterno e spazi comuni specialmente. La nostra stanza era all’ultimo piano raggiungibile con l’ascensore e ultima rampa a piedi, piccolina ma accogliente e dotata di aria condizionata

Bon emplacement.

Le bruit, réveillé à 5h45 puis à 6h00 par des camions de livraison qui laissent tourner leurs moteurs pendant 1/4 d'heure.... Pas de wifi dans la chambre.

The staff. - there is very little staff. But the two people to watch out for is the man with grey hair in his 50s/60s and the lady with brown hair with circular glasses. They are both incredibly rude. When we were inquiring about our room that we were promised to have been fixed, he would continue to speak over you. This was before he burst into a fit of rage and shouted at my partner and I. He then sat back in his chair sulking and said ‘what would you like us to do about it?’. After inquiring if there was another room suitable he kept exclaiming that there were no other rooms available. We had to ask him three times to double check as we had already prepaid and we were worried we’d be stranded in Sarlat. He then put us into a tiny room with no air conditioning. His female partner had also an attitude. On arrival the door to our room was broken and it was without air con so we requested a new room. She simply said ‘no, and there is nothing I can do about it’. There was no apology. There was no effort to make up for the inconvenience. When we requested a new room, once again they kept saying ‘there were no more’ as I am in inferring that because we booked via a third party they reserve the worse rooms for those bookings. If you wish to speak to any staff during breakfast lunch or dinner, you will not be spoken to. Both the female and male concierge are also Maître d’ to the restaurant. They will accommodate their restaurant guests as they seem to prioritize the cash flow rather than any guests they have staying in the hotel. The lack of air conditioning. The lack of cleanliness.

Les parties communes (couloirs etages) ont vraiment besoin d'être rénovées. Ascenseur très bruyant (notre chambre était à proximité)

Отель расположен в нескольких соединенных исторических зданиях. Неподалеку от центра, но можно беспрепятственно подъехать на машине. Семейный номер просторный, с отдельной спальней для ребенка. В комнатах тихо (если не открывать окна). Хороший завтрак.

В некоторые номера не так легко занести багаж: подняться на второй этаж, пройти по коридору с отдельными лестницами, затем спустится на первый этаж. На лестнице в нашей части отеля стоял затхлый запах, как будто канализации (в комнаты он не проникал).

L’emplacement était parfait, la propreté rien à redire, le personnel est adorable ! La chambre était mimi et très bien décoré. La clim et le ventilateur mis à disposition était très utile et apprécié.

La chambre était légèrement petite et le lit un peu trop dure et on captait mal dans la chambre. MAIS C’ÉTAIT LARGEMENT SUPPORTABLE.

The room was very difficult to access with luggage, made by difficult steps. Had I known the room position and layout I would have chosen a different hotel. Breakfast was very poor for the price and cold meats/cheese were left uncovered and many flies were on the food.

Location, location, and location! It is located in the center of the old town, but it is calm and quiet. Very friendly staff and historic building turned into a hotel.

Not much ventilation and very heavy air in the common areas (mostly hallways) of the hotel. But I guess it comes with the territory of older buildings.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El calor era insoportable en la habitación y en todas las instalaciones. Además de ser carísimo.

Wir haben im Turmzimmer übernachtet. Das war besonders. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Innenstadt war schnell zu erreichen.

Die Dusche hat leider eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad verursacht.

The amazing Staff each and everyone were excellent. The food was brilliant and good value for money. The position of the Hotel was perfect.

I had to climb a spiral stairs with a large suitcase at 76 I found it challenging.

The staff were all warm and welcoming, knew me by name on day 2. They helped with parking and bags and sugggestions of things to do. My room was adorable and comfortable and the bathroom was modern and perfect. Hotel location is perfect. We loved the restaurant and had a fabulous meal there on a Saturday night. Veggie options available :) I have been living and traveling in France for 18 years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had!!
