Het appartement bevindt zich aan de boulevard, die best levendig is. Voor ons prima, maar als je van stilte houdt in de avond kan je beter een andere plek kiezen.

Sehr zentral und ruhig, extrem freundliches Personal welches keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Ein wunderschönes Deluxe-Apartment! Alles war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und problemlos. Die Lage ist hervorragend – alles Wichtige befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Terrasse und der Ausblick aufs Meer.

Dreckige Spüllappen und Schwämme in der Küche, Ameisen in der Küche, fleckige Bettwäsche, fehlende Ausstattung in der Küche. Als wir den Vermieter auf die Ameisen in der Küche ansprachen, erwiderte er, dass er es wüsste und wir ihm doch bitte eine gute Bewertung geben sollten.

Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Schlafzimmer auf das Meer. Große Wohnung mit Platz und Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Toaster etc. (haben wir aber alles nicht genutzt). Vor dem Haus konnte man überall gut parken, Surfschulen / Verleih unten. Mehrere Cafes unten mit gutem und sehr günstigen Frühstück. Mit Auto kommt man gut nach Agadir oder Tahgazout (jeweils 15min). Schlüsselübergabe etc. super einfach.

Ausstattung ist nicht die hochwertigste, Dusche / WC etwas dunkel und abgenutzt - aber bei dem Preis völlig ok. Strand und Viertel ist im Vergleich zu den Touristen-Ecken eher zweitklassig, das ist aber klar gewesen bei der Buchung.

The property is right in front of the ocean. The noise of the waves isn't to be underestimated if you wanted a quiet night sleep.

Super Lage, toller Meerblick von Terrasse und Schlafzimmer, leicht zu erreichen und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke.

Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie z niesamowitym widokiem na ocean. Sercem mieszkania jest balkon ze szklaną balustradą chroniąca przed wiatrem i wygodną sofą i fotelami. Można pić poranną kawę z szumem fal. Łóżka w sypialniach też są wygodne, pościel i duże koce spełniły nasze oczekiwania. W kuchni można gotować, ale bogata oferta ryb, owoców morza, śniadań i przekąsek w odległości 2 kroków była zbyt kusząca 😉. Ceny są też niższe niż w bardziej turystycznych miejscach, a do Agadiru można szybko dojechać autobusami (rozkłady są w google).

Jedyny minus to okna, które nie chronią przed hałasem i w nocy słychać życie okolicy i szum oceanu.

Hamza was a really friendly host. He even received us at 1 in the night, because our plane arrived that late. The apartment is right next to the ocean, the terrace is a dream. We liked it a lot.

Die Lage ist sauber,Panoramablick ist perfekt. Man kann finden gutes Essen, Restaurants sind in der Nähe .Wir haben nur 2 Tage Urlaub gebucht hier. Der Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank!

Ļoti laba atrašānās vieta. Pāri ielai okeāns. Ēkas pirmajā stāvā ēstuve, cenas ļoti pieņemamas. Var norēķināties arī ar eiro. Naktsmītnes saimnieks ļoti izpalīdzīgs un komunikabls. Ieteica veikalu, naudas maiņas vietu. Šeit bijām jau otro reizi, labprāt atgriezīsimies vēl.

Nav tā, ka nepatika, bet drīzāk ieteikums. Garšvielu trauciņus uzpildīt ar garšvielām, papildināt mazliet trauku kolekciju, bet tie tikai ieteikumi. Mums ļoti patika.

The Host is very nice person , open always to help you in WhatsApp. Let us check in earlier, exchange the money and recommend the places to visit. Great Host ! Apartament is fabulous, everything what You need is there. You have 2 big bedroom, bathroom , kitchen and terrace. The terrace is absolutely the best as afternoon the sunshine is straight there so you can sunbathing without going out even or wait for sunset in the evening. The sea view from terrace is brilliant. At the bottom there is Cafe and restaurant with brilliant food and very good coffee or Moroccan tea 🍵 . The places is absolutely nice to have a good time in Anza and visit Agadir. Highly recommend Deluxe Apartament at Amouage Anza !

The apartment has a wonderful view of the ocean and when the sun is shining, you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The staff is kind, responds immediately if we need help. Good cleanliness and lots of space, plus a large balcony with a beautiful view. On the ground floor of the house there is a restaurant with delicious food. If you want to go for a walk on the Agadir promenade in the evening and get to know the night life there, a taxi costs only 10€, so. I recommend.

I'm sorry, but I have to say this just as a note to the staff - if you would add some soap and shower gel in the bathroom and dishwashing liquid and towels in the kitchen and bathroom, everything would be SUPER. We missed them. .....and a nice sofa on the terrace. :) :) But otherwise everything was great. We thank you very much.

Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse bzw. dem Wohnzimmer über den Strand. Appartement ist sehr geräumig und funktional. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Parken war nie ein Problem.

Me encantó la ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento, su terraza y las vistas. La familia del anfitron vive en el mismo edificio y estaba a nuestra disposción para cualquier cosa. Además se puede pedir comida en el bar de abajo y te lo suben al apartamento. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca.. Volveremos seguro.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique. Le restaurant en bas. Personnel au petit soin. Hamza est accueillant et arrangeant.

La literie est un peu ferme. Le manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner.

We stayed in these apartments for three nights and were very satisfied. The apartment was spacious, with a beautiful ocean view — it’s truly on the first line. Inside, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even for a longer period. When we arrived, we were really tired, and it was such a relief to have the option to order food directly to the room. It was very convenient and allowed us to relax on the first evening. A special mention goes to the café on the ground floor, run by the same owners. It was so convenient to go downstairs for breakfast and enjoy the sea view. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They assisted us with all sorts of questions — how to call a taxi, where to buy things in Agadir, and suggested interesting places to visit in Morocco. Overall, this place left us with very warm memories. We definitely recommend it and would happily return!

Can't fault that apartment was clean and spacious

The location was really bad Anza beach is very dirty with lots of rubbish lying around and overflowing bins so there's a pretty nasty smell most of the time and lots of flies it still what I would say a run down area with lots of people just hanging around especially teenage gangs who even fighting when we stayed there which was pretty scary

Clean and spacious modern apartment with amazing view to the surf spot. Good kitchen and hot shower. Host was very helpful in all our questions over watsapp.

Dogs tend to bark at night everywhere when you sleep right next to the beach and buildings here are not sound insulsulated so bring your ear plugs.

This is a really lovely modern apartment. The balcony is gorgeous,l!!! Amazing for watching the beautiful sunset or watching all the fishing boats coming into the harbour mid-morning. The balcony has a lovely set of tables and chairs. The apartment itself is quite roomy, ample space for four adults or a family of 4/5. Beds comfortable. A very warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating owner, our flight was late getting in. Therefore, our arrival time was later than expected. This was no problem whatsoever. the owner waited and was there to meet us in person with a friendly and warm welcome, late at night. Offered Whatapps communication throughout our stay if we needed to ask anything. Hamza is a really a. nice and genuine guy, thank you!!! 😊 Very close to the beach, especially nice for a morning swim. Nice atmosphere on the beach, lots of surfing, and also a lovely local feel to it. An extremely good cafe downstairs, Cafe Amouage; food really good, very reasonably priced, and the staff are so nice, so friendly and so good at their job, thank you!! Highly recommend!!! We had our breakfast there, all mornings apart from one, just pop down the stairs from the apartment. Great start to the day, sitting out looking out at the ocean, and especially nice again for dinner in the evenings after returning from day trips. We did try another cafe for breakfast one morning, but Amouge easily came out on top. And, if you like a really good coffee, Amouge's coffee is the best!!!! There is a lovely promenade close by, lovely for a stroll, or a run. The apartment is conveniently located, not far off the main road, making it a great base for exploring up along the coast. If you hire a car, you will come across some amazing beaches, the Village of Colours is well worth a visit.and of course, beautiful Paradise Valley (all easily accessible from the apartment). We also drove to Essaouira during our stay, such a beautiful town, Medina is really great!!!

We like everything about the apartment. The following are.merely some suggestions to get a 10/10 rating. A coffee machine would be a nice addition. The apartment is pristine. However, it would be nice to give the kitchen presses and the contents a bit of a polish up, put a bit of sparkle back in it, maybe include some cleaning items. It is easy to see that Anza is an up and coming in terms of tourism, being developed in a lovely way. It would be great to see the people of Anza, the community, come together to improve the surroundings in terms of improving the appearance of the streets and removing debris, items from the beach that could be recycled. That said, we would return and stay in Anza again. It's has so much to offer, the people and the warm welcome being the best attribute of all!!! Far more personable and appreciated more so than in the bigger cities A lovely feeling and experience to support snaller family run business, and tourism in the more.remoye areas 😊 please do keep this in mind when. choosing to holiday in Morroco's beautiful coastline. It's amazing!!! 😊

This property is everything you could ask for. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony and living room. Everything is freshly new refurbished.

I did like everything but be careful on the stairs to get to the apartment if you are travelling with toddlers or children as there is no handrail on the stairs and it can be dangerous for children without an adult supervision

Great location close to the beach with a view of the ocean from the terrace and the room. Close to the bus to the center. Easy to take a TAXI to the center. Breakfast was not included in the price, but the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and a fridge, stove and washing machine. Several shops nearby and nearby a market with fresh fruit. There is a hotel restaurant on site with tasty and inexpensive food. There are several other restaurants and pubs nearby. Very friendly and cordial service. The apartment is wonderful and clean.

By nature, I am a positive thinking person and I try to look for the positive sides of life. There are practically no reservations about the rented apartment. Of course, if someone expects luxury, they can always rent a five-star hotel. I prefer this standard of apartment and I like to have direct contact with people and get to know the real atmosphere. given place. For this price, the apartment is great, it matches the photos on the offer.

We really liked the location, my son made friends quickly and enjoyed the beach. We loved the beach dogs & their puppies, it's part of life on a local beach. The family were welcoming and helpful & the apartment is great. All the people who worked in the cafe downstairs were lovely. We can't wait to go back.

Staff was amazing, friendly, and very accomadating. Sunsets every night were breathtaking and romantic. Those exquisite mornings with a coffee and ocean breeze from the terrace. Nice good omlete downstairs at Amouge cafe after a good surfing. Besides, that apartment is in a very good location, and the bus to Agadir is nearby.

The apartment was comfortable, with good energy and nice view, very close to the ocean, great tarrace, downstairs you have a bar with breakfasts, meals, drinks (quite good and cheap with nice personel) , so in general it was a good choice.

We are more than happy with our stay at Amouage in Anza :) The apartment is brand new, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot water, 2 bedrooms, spacious, and soooo clean. Everything looks like in the pictures. Special thanks goes to Noah and his brother that made our stay amazing. If you want to you can order breakfast or food from the Café Amouage downstairs ( so delicious) and enjoy it on your balcony overlooking Anzas surfspot. Its infront of your house! You can rent surfboards next door. And If you have any questions the guys are there to help you. We are coming back!
