عند الوصول للفندق 10 مساءا تم إبلاغي من قبل الاداره ان الغرفه تم استلامها من قبل شخص آخر وان الغرف المتوفره الآن ضعف السعر الذي قمت بالحجز به رغم وصول رسايل تاكيد الحجز اليا عبر الإيميل والتطبيق واضطررت للبحث عن فندق آخر بالجوار

المكان ليس فندق بل بيت عادي والغرفة علي سطح البيت والحمام مشترك مع غرف أخري علي نفس السطح والفرش غير نظيف والتلفزيون مفيهوش غير قناة واحدة

Le personnel très serviable, ils nous ont bien dépanné, car l'hotel que nous avions réservé, juste à côté, était en fait complet ! Donc très difficile de trouver un hotel en pleine nuit en arrivant de l'aeroport . Le must, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur les pyramides. Et on est vraiment à 10 min à pied de l'entrée côté sphinx.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une bouilloire à disposition, on a toujours des sachets de thé ou de café avec nous et on aime bien qu'en on rentre de balade boire un petit truc. D'autant que sur la terrasse le personnel n'est là que le matin pour le petit déjeuner.

The owner is very nice and polite, our stay was great, I will stay there again when I come back.

They are friendly and help as they can . All facilities are perfect I recommend the hotel for families and singles

The place is clean, comfy. All amends are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The place is also very safe. Shops are everywhere.

There is a good view of the pyramid of Khafre from the rooftop terrace so we can watch the pyramid during sunset. Hotel is right beside police station.

We didn't get room I booked originally. The bathroom was so small that you have to stand with one foot on the toilet if you want to take a shower.

Stuff doesn't speak in English. The location of the apartment on the booking is not exactly. I left my key in the apartment when I checked out. They wanted to cheat me because they said they didn't have a second key to the apartment. The apartment was cold and dirty.
