Rizk Pyramids View Hotel

The stay was just okay for the price. There was no hot water or WiFi. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the street noise. We were supposed to have a room with a view of the pyramids, and indeed we did, but you had to lean out of the balcony to the left because of the wall. Breakfast was a plus, with a nice view. The bathroom was also dirty, and the cleaning was average. At check-in, the guy only wanted a tip for walking us to our room, which shouldn't be the case. The only reason I have good reviews is because the owner begs for them (he texts me on WhatsApp a few days after my stay). He helped me book a taxi cheaper, but he figured it out himself, and it doesn't cover up the fact that the accommodation is simply average.

Good location

Room not cleaned, no towels had to ask numerous times and they never came. Women staff not friendly apart from mina and another lady I didn’t get her name. My partners wallet went missing so we complained and miraculously turned up in the bedroom but they stayed they don’t enter the rooms unless so one is in there. We turned the whole room upside down so it was definitely taken. Very loud eygpt doesn’t sleep so be warned, WiFi was rubbish, breakfast repeated. Best thing about it was the pyramid views.

I stayed at Rizq Pyramids View Hotel, and it was honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my trip to Egypt. The location is excellent, with an amazing view of the Pyramids, and the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The owner of the hotel, Mina, is extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. His father is also very kind. They treated me with great respect and warmth and made me feel like I was at home. Their hospitality truly made my stay special and unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza and looking for excellent service, kindness, and a wonderful experience. Thank you, Mina, for everything. I will definitely come back again.

The balcony.

Was put in an untidy room left by previous guests. Bed hadn't been made up,garbage left in.bin,dity damp towels, used soap & lotions,kettle supplied with no water ,cups etc pair of dirty slippers and a broken shower fitting.

We were very happy. The staff gave a lot of effort to our stay. We were allowed early check-in after a long bus ride in a separate room for free (although they had to clean the room again after us), together with a free breakfast! Furthermorethe place is in used but good condition. Outside noise can be heard but we didn't mind, as we're not sensitive to this. Location amazing, 10min walk from the great pyramids and with a nice roof area. We felt super comfortable and are very happy with money for value.

Beds were smaller than king size and one pillow was missing in the double bed. But I'm sure the staff would have gladly helped us out if we mentioned it.

Πολύ μεγάλο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Αρκετά φτηνό. Αρκετά όμορφο το δωμάτιο απλά Αρκετά παραμελημένο. Αρκετά χαμογελαστοί ανθρωποι, αλλά πιεστικοι να σου πουλήσουν τις δικές τους πανάκριβες υπηρεσίες.

Λοιπόν μέναμε στον τελευταίο όροφο, και δεν είχε ασανσέρ, ήταν αρκετά κουραστικό, Την πρώτη μέρα που φτάσαμε, μας παραλαβανε αυτοί απο το αεροδρόμιο (κόστος 20€) μετά απο συνεννόηση μαζί τους, και πήγαμε στην ταράτσα για να μας κεράσουν ένα ποτό καλωσόρισμα. Τους ρωτήσαμε αν έχουν κάτι για φαγητό και μας έφεραν κανονικά μενού, (αλλά πουθενά κουζίνα) Οι τιμές ήταν 3 με 4 φορές πάνω, ήταν ντελιβερι και μάλιστα κακό δεν σας το προτείνω. Αλλά ήταν η πρώτη νύχτα και δεν ασχολήθηκα γιατί ήμουν απο ταξίδι, Από εκεί και πέρα κάθε μέρα μας πρήξανε να μας πουλήσουν το οτιδήποτε, και εννοείται σε ακραίες τιμές, απο εκεί έχασε και τους πιο πολλούς πόντους για εμένα, ήθελε να μας πάρει τα λεφτά του είπα οτι έκλεισα Uber για το αεροδρόμιο με 6€ και έλεγε οτι δεν θα έρθει και άλλα τέτοια ψέμματα για να πάρω τον οδηγό του με 20€, γενικά μην αγοράσετε τίποτα απο αυτά που προσφέρει το ξενοδοχείο, γιατί είναι ψιλό απάτη, η έστω ρωτήστε τιμή και συγκρίνεται με κάποιον άλλο, Το δωμάτιο τώρα, Δεν είχε καθόλου σταθερό internet. Δεν είχε πετσέτες όταν ζητήσαμε μας έφεραν μια σκισμένη. Τα σεντόνια είχαν τρύπες απο τσιγάρο, Ήρθαν να καθαρίσουν μετά απο 4 μέρες, αλλά δεν δεχτήκαμε και έτσι δεν ξέρω πόσο καλοί είναι στην καθαριότητα. Το πρωινό δεν το δοκιμάσαμε γιατί δεν ξυπνουσαμε, και πάντα μας ρωτούσαν ευγενικά γιατί δεν πήραμε, άρα ούτε για αυτό δεν εχω γνώμη. Η περιοχή ήταν περίεργη, ήμασταν με κοπέλα και έτσι δεν κάναμε καθόλου βόλτες στην περιοχή. Αν ξανά πήγαινα θα εμένα η στο Καΐρο η σε ένα καλύτερο. Η θέα δεν είναι αυτήν που έχει στις φωτογραφίες αλλά αυτήν απο κάτω, που είναι οκ.

Como única pega, les pedi que me limpiaran la habitación o que al menos me dieran las herramientas para ello. Al final estuvimos 8 dias acumulando basura porque ninguna de las 4 personas a las que se lo pedí "me hicieron el favor". Realmente pienso que fue una confusión, les volvería a dar mi confianza en otro viaje a Giza.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable — waking up to a breathtaking view of the pyramids is something truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop area is a highlight — perfect for enjoying breakfast or a coffee while taking in the stunning scenery.

The room was good.The breakfast was ok. The best part is chilling on the rooftop and enjoying the view of the Pyramids. The lady who makes the breakfast is very kind I forgot her name but she is very pleasant and made my stay very nice.

They also have a way of keeping tabs on you. There's always someone watching you or following you which is very weird . The manager is kind and helpful when needed but they will hustle you. They want you to do everything through them and book tours only to realise they are very expensive and1 they will scam you . Its not nice being looked at as a price tag it's nice to be taken as a genuine human being . The area the hotel is located in is very loud, especially at night and if you want a peaceful sleep this street is very busy. If you are a sensitive sleeper you won't have a good stay. if you don't ask for housekeeping your room will not be cleaned. I started asking the lady and she cleaned for me which was good. There's no elevators so if you are older or have kids that need to be carried all the time it's quite difficult. Other than that when they see they won't be getting any money from you the vibe changes completely and that's why I will not recommend this establishment.

Staff is helpful, and always offering services. Rooms are clean, and they offer soap, shower gel, and loofah. I also liked that’s in an area with a lot of small shops - juice shop, food places, and convenience stores. Relatively close to the pyramids too! Roof has an amazing view of the pyramids.

Just a heads up that this hotel does not have an elevator, so maybe not ideal for older people.

فندق غير جيد بالتعامل مع العملاء ... تأخير في اي شيء تطلبه...طلبت قهوه شربتها بعد ساعه ... نزلت ف غرفة الدش فيها مش شغال...معرفتش اخد دش غير بعد تغير الغرفة..طلبنا فاتورة من الفندق او اي ايصال دفع لكان رد الموظف سيء جدا ولم يتم اعطاءنا شيء ورد الموظف مفيش عندنا لافواتير ولا إيصالات بطريقة قمة قلة الذوق.. بلغت بعطل في الدش ل يتم الاستجابة الا بعد ثاني ليله من الاقامه وقمنا بتغير الغرفة بعدها بفترة كبيرة... الخلاصة تجربة لن اقوم بها مرة أخرى ولن اقوم بزيارة الفندق مرة أخرى ابدا

The hotel was great and beautiful. The whole hotel is new and its decorations are very wonderful. The rooms are new and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff are good. In the end, everything was great.

Very awful place the food was very bad and the reception gave us another room not the one that I have reserved and then after 4 four hours gave us the room that I suppose to check in at first And there was no WiFi at all The food wasn't good at all I Don't recommend it to any one

The man who worked on the terass (Ahmed) and the view.

It was dirty, when we arrived the pillows and the cover was full with hair (non of ours) we asked them to change and when we came back an hour later it wasn’t changed, we had to beg them once again. We asked 2 times for a blanket. Two night after when we just had fallen asleep,they knocked on the door (11pm) and asked if they can get the blanket back and switch it with another one. The shower was dirty, almost looked like mold, dark and not very fresh. The balcony door/ frame had gaps and it was very cold in our room. We asked them to do something with the AC since we couldn’t get it to work, and/ or to do something with the gap. They once again said they will fix it, they didn’t. If you gonna book be mindful it’s very loud outside, you can hear everything. Also the hotel played loud music some evenings ( not talking about on new years). The hotel staff tried to hassle us on money- like book tours with them and pay a lot extra than it would be if we booked ourselves, if we didn’t they got irritated. They were very on us all the time. When we did book, they said a time and we showed up in time, they promised food/ breakfast to take with. The transportation was late and no breakfast. This didn’t only happen once put 3 times, we’re not talking about 10 minutes but 30- 90 minutes. And we still had to pay full price (they were very on us to pay in advance and if we didn’t they wouldn’t book) We stayed for a week, not once did they offer to clean, we asked them once but they never did. There were also an open shampoo that was half full. We did not feel very safe and annoyed that they said they would do stuff and they didn’t. The only good thing was one personal- on the rooftop (Ahmed) and the view.

The staff were super helpful. The room has been modern and new and provided everything I needed during the trip. I would recommend it to my friends.

stay in the same hotel after the trip of white desert. Pleasant experience as usual and staffs are very thoughtful. Let us stay in a free lux room to rest after we check out at 2 in the afternoon. Because our train to Aswan is leaving Giza at 11 o'clock in the evening. Again, highly recommended this hotel. Good services and super helpful.

The worst place I once lived.

Dirty! Extremely dirty! Full of noise all night!!! The pictures and descriptions online are different from the real place! It is a fraud. We ordered a bigger room with one bed. But when we arrived and went to the room, we found the place is a much smaller room with two separate beds. Also, we were told there is no way to change since they had no other rooms. If you see four or five flies inside the room, disgusting stains on towels, sheets, and bedding, lip prints on the glass, a noisy market and lambs awaiting slaughter outside the bathroom exhaust fan, you will understand that all this is a nightmare! Moreover, outside the window, people are playing very loud music all night, shouting, singing, talking, laughing, and buying things!

Great location for the pyramids. The hotel had a very modern feel to it and the room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very nice experience staying here.

The room wasn't available at our arrive and they send us to another hotel. The most of the staff doesn't speak english which makes the communication difficult.

Upon checking into this hotel for a 25-day stay, I had high hopes, particularly considering the promising room accommodations. However, any anticipation quickly dissipated as I encountered a series of disappointments throughout my stay. Let's start with the WiFi situation, or lack thereof. Despite being advertised as a facility, the WiFi was practically unusable. I couldn't even load basic web pages like Google, let alone stream videos or attend virtual meetings. This was a significant inconvenience, especially for someone who relies on a stable internet connection for work or leisure. Next, the behavior of the receptionists left much to be desired. Their communication skills were subpar, and their demeanor was consistently unwelcoming. It seemed as though their primary objective was to extract as much money as possible from guests, rather than providing a hospitable environment. This became particularly evident when I declined certain services or purchases, leading to a sudden shift in their attitude towards me. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially in a service-oriented industry. Moving on to the issue of outside food, it's baffling how the hotel staff reacted. Given the lack of lunch or dinner options available onsite, I opted to bring in food from external sources. However, instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the staff became visibly agitated. It's worth noting that they don't even prepare their own meals; they simply purchase them from the same outside restaurant that I sourced my food from. The audacity to mark up the prices by fivefold is nothing short of egregious. In summary, while the room itself may have been satisfactory, the overall experience at this hotel fell far below expectations. From the abysmal WiFi to the disrespectful treatment from staff and the blatant money-grabbing tactics, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to fellow travelers.

New hotel, very close to the pyramids of Giza 3 minutes walk, correct breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pyramids, new and comfortable room, excellent value for money I would repeat.

My stay was more than nice and I really enjoyed it. The hotel is very much new and still they are building another part. The location amazing, less then 10 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the pyramids. The rooms are large and new, so comfortable beds and a big bathroom. A small balcony is a plus from where you can see the pyramids. The roof top bar is beautiful with all the view. A common simple breakfast included. The best of the hotel though is the staff. Every single one of them always with a big smile and working effortlessly to satisfy everyone. Big thanks to the manager, Mr.Sameh who is managing absolutely everything. He provides great service and makes everything possible. Even for small issues he provides immediate solution to make the guest feel home. I wish you all well and thank you for the wonderful days!!!

We 2 friendss stayed at the hotel for 2 night 3 days. The room is so clean and comfortable. The rules such as how to use wi-fi or ac are needed to ask staff, cuz it's still new when we have stayed, but the staff is so nice and kind to help us about everything. I also helped when I have to take a taxi but can't explain well in Arabic. And they're also friendly. When I took the breakfast on the rooftop (great view of pyramids!), they tought me some Arabic basic phrase which I could use in the travel. And they were also open to flexible check in and out if we inform them. Highly recommended to everyone who visit around Giza and other Cairo.

Nothing I didn't like, but you have to aware of this, From here Giza to old Cairo is, not so far or expensive, but about 30 min by car. Instead great location to visit pyramids, like 10min walk from to.
