Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Το κατάλυμα ήταν φανταστικό! Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, στην είσοδο υπήρχαν καλούδια για όλους τους επισκέπτες, οι χώροι ήταν καθαρισμένοι καθημερινά. Ο ανθρωπος που μας καλωσόρισε ήταν άψογος καθώς δεν θα μπορούσαμε να παραλείψουμε και την απίστευτη γυναίκα που μας καθάριζε το διαμέρισμα , η οποία ήταν χαμογελαστή , ευχάριστη και κάποιες μέρες μας άφηνε διακοσμημένες τις πετσέτες σε σχήμα καρδιάς ή λουλουδιών! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε και ήταν μια φιλοξενία που δεν θα ξεχάσουμε ποτέ σε αυτό το όμορφο νησί!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026È una struttura moderna e molto elegante. Ti mette a disposizione tutti i comfort (cucina, lavatrice, ferro da stiro). Tutto super pulito in maniera impeccabile. Ma la cosa più bella ed importante è stata la gentilezza con il quale la signora presente, ci ha accolto ogni singolo giorno della nostra permanenza. La struttura merita un 10/10 solo per il sorriso della signora che c’è ogni mattina e sistema le camere.

La piscina un vero gioiello per potersi rilassare dopo una lunga giornata di mare e prima di poter ripartire per il viaggio di ritorno. Pulizia delle camere perfetta. Letto spaziosissimo e comodissimo. Ci siamo veramente sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo presto. Fate parte dei nostri bellissimi ricordi di Creta.🫶🏼 A presto!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Appartement exceptionnel, tout est neuf et décoré avec goût. Les lieux sont spacieux, très propres et entretenus à la perfection. La gentillesse du personnel et leur accueil est un vrai plus, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous le temps de notre séjour. Les espaces communs (piscine et couloirs) sont également très propres et agréable. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter l’Ouest de l’île. C’était un séjour exceptionnel, merci infiniment !
Tout était parfait, nous n’avons rien de négatif à relever. Nos attentes ont été parfaitement comblées et même dépassées.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Bardzo pięknie urządzony apartament, kamienne ściany nadają super klimat. W kuchni znajdziemy wszystko co niezbędne, łącznie z przyprawami i oliwą. Wygodna duża łazienka. Duże łóżko. Parking prywatny. Wszyscy bardzo mili. Dla chętnych również basen. Do plaży około 5 minut spacerkiem. W odległości 100 metrów najbliższy sklep, drugi pewnie około 200 metrów w przeciwną stronę. Położony nieco dalej od „centrum” ale w pobliżu wszystko co niezbędne.
Niestety lokalizacja przy samej ulicy. Jest dość ruchliwa, a to był dopiero maj. Więc trochę psuje atmosferę siedzenia wieczorkiem na balkonie czy rano przy śniadaniu. Ale jeśli ktoś nie spędza wakacji tylko w apartamencie to nie robi to problemu :)

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026I wanted a comfortable, stylish place with a pool for a couple of days and this property did not disappoint! Although the pool isn't heated (not many are) it was lovely to be able to spend time sunbathing by the pool and hear the water lapping. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and everywhere was spotless. The place is only 3 years old but everything feels like new. The location is great if you have a car - Veuves Ancient Olive tree less than 15 mins (and a BEAUTIFUL drive) and Falassarna within 40 mins. There's a shop directly opposite and cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A great spot for everything you need!
It's a shame that this place is on a main road, but it wouldn't put me off staying again! As soon as I got used to it and put music on when I needed to, the sound stopped bothering me. A worthwhile trade off for the quality of the property, cleanliness and location.

Staff were so helpful and waited for us for a late check in, I was travelling alone with 2 children and felt very safe. Pool was beautiful, albeit a little cold, but perfectly presentable. Supermarket right opposite which was great.
It is located right on the road but double gazing so not too noisy at all.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026For the price we paid, the accommodation was excellent, clean, felt brand new. It was a lovely and comfortable bed, and we even had a small kitchen. Exactly what we needed on our last night together in Crete.
It's a bit of a shame that it lies right on the main street, and I would have preferred a more direct contact with the hotel owners/managers than through a third party property manager.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Il posto è molto bello e soprattutto tattico se ti devi muovere per le varie spiaggie di creta ovest, il personale è gentilissimo. Avevo chiesto anche un servizio per fare una sorpresa alla mia ragazza con delle rose, mi hanno fatto il bouquet e in più il biglietto, è stato meraviglioso. Tutto perfetto.
Unica pecca se vogliamo propio il pelo nell' uovo, il soffitto era cementato, nulla di ché ma sarebbe stato più bello se l' avessero dipinto, del resto tutto fantastico.

Die Lage des Pools direkt an der Straße ist nicht optimal. Wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, fahren viele Autos vorbei. Trotzdem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Achatis è una struttura moderna, con appartamenti dotati di ogni comfort e la cui realizzazione è curata in ogni particolare. La struttura è estremamente pulita, dotata di una splendida piscina, nella quale godersi un rilassante bagno a fine giornata, così come gli appartamenti che vengono puliti quotidianamente. Lefteris è un ottimo host, estremamente disponibile e in grado di fornirti utili suggerimenti per visitare le località vicine. La posizione è strategica ed ottima per visitare la parte ovest di Creta in auto: le sue spiagge iconiche come Balos, Falassarna, Elafonissi e Kedrodasos e località come Chania e Kissamos. A Kolymvari, nelle vicinanze della struttura sono presenti anche supermercati e una serie di ristoranti caratteristici sul mare. Una bellissima esperienza e sicuramente un ottimo posto per soggiornare e godersi le bellezze di quest'isola.

כשיוצאים למרפסת אין הפרדה בין הדירות ואפשר לעבור מדירה לדירה. הבן שלי הרגיש ממש לא נח ואפילו קצת פחד מזה שאין פרטיות. הסקוטש לכלים היה משומש (חבל).

Het uitzicht op zee was werkelijk prachtig, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang. De locatie is rustig maar toch goed bereikbaar, en er zijn fijne restaurants in de buurt. Wat ons het meest beviel, was de vriendelijke communicatie en gastvrijheid van het personeel. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en we voelden ons echt welkom. De zwembadfaciliteiten waren een fijne extra, vooral op hele warme dagen. Zeker een aanrader!!

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Struttura nuova e molto bella, pulizia impeccabile e i proprietari ospitali e di rara gentilezza. Disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza e anche simpatici, ci hanno fatto addirittura trovare un dolcetto tipico in camera come omaggio. Camere ampie e ben arredate, dotate di tutti i confort, bagno splendido, anche se manca il bidet. L'appartamento è comodissimo e con tutto il necessario anche per la cucina. Piscina piccola ma curata. Posizione della struttura in zona abbastanza tranquilla e a 2 passi dal mare, la spiaggia di fronte è letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi e se ne gode la vista dal balcone. Dall'altra parte della strada vi è un piccolo supermarket molto comodo e ben fornito, aperto fino a tardi. Sempre a 5 minuti a piedi c'è una taverna con cibo locale molto buono ed economica. Ottima posizione per spostarsi ad ovest dell'isola, dove si trovano le spiagge migliori. È letteralmente a 30 minuti da Falassarna e a poco più di un'ora da Elafonissi. In sostanza ci sentiamo di consigliare fortemente il soggiorno in questa struttura in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati e quasi come a casa.
Se proprio devo trovare difetti, si può dire che i cuscini sono un po' scomodi perché molto alti e soprattutto nelle stanze laterali (noi eravamo nell'ultima in fondo) entra molta luce anche chiudendo tutte le tende. Anche la piscina, che comunque è bella, pulita e tranquilla effettivamente non gode di grande privacy rispetto allo stradone a fianco.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Titolare e sua famiglia disponibile alle varie richieste, gentili, attenti alle esigenze. Appartamento pulito, curato, con tutto il necessario per iniziare la vacanza. Cucina pulita e utilizzabile, con anche accessori nuovi e puliti. Piscina disponibile durante il giorno, pulita e curata. Anche la zona esterna sempre in ordine. Parcheggio gratuito.
Unica cosa, senza nulla togliere al resto, la vicinanza alla strada per il rumore. Con finestre chiuse ok.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Struttura molto pulita, camera e bagno ristrutturati, spaziosi e comodi. È presente un parcheggio per gli ospiti. La struttura dista 15 minuti a piedi ( 5 in macchina) dal centro abitato in cui sono presenti bar e ristoranti e la spiaggia cittadina.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025La struttura è moderna e ben curata, situata in una posizione tranquilla e strategica. Dispone di parcheggio privato, una bella piscina e un giardino mantenuto quotidianamente da Lefteris. Nelle vicinanze si trovano due supermercati, mentre il centro cittadino è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un’auto, utile sia per muoversi comodamente dalla struttura sia per visitare al meglio l’isola. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: un grande lavoratore che ha scelto di investire con passione in questo settore. Consigliatissimo.

Lit une place trop petit et inconfortable « Bug informatique réservation » qui m’a contrainte à dormir sur un petit lit d’appoint la première nuit :-/ Principal point noir pour moi: LE BRUIT! Route principale très passante, on entend bien les véhicules passer et mauvaise insonorisation dans le couloir cela résonne, les portes qui claquent, la machine à laver qui tourne, vibrations de la porte d’entrée(obligé de mettre un torchon) vmc salle de bain qui s’enclenche non stop , encore du bruit avec nettoyage à l’eau du toit terrasse au dernier à 21h30 passé des grands bruits métalliques et des objets lourds traînés 🤦🏻♀️bref, prévoyez les boules quies… Brises vue propriété pas assez haut pour garantir l’intimité des clients à la piscine qui donne sur la route Salle de bain beaucoup trop petite et piscine assurée à chaque douche Les plages et commerces aux alentours ont le mérite d’être là mais ce n’est pas la folie prévoyez une location de voiture surtout.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment! We were warmly welcomed by the host with a lovely treat, which made us feel truly appreciated. The apartment was clean, well-maintained with daily housekeeping, and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. It's well connected and a great base for exploring the western part of Crete. Despite being located next to a road, it didn't disturb our rest at all – the area is very peaceful and perfect for relaxation. What we especially liked: 1. Access to a washing machine 2. A pool to relax in after a full day of sightseeing 3. Shops nearby 4. Good communication with the host 5. Fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials 6. Daily room service Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would gladly come back!

Reviewed Jun 14, 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartments and pool are made to an exceptionally high standard. It is situated on a main road but that didn't bother us. Cleaned every day by a lovely lady who obviously takes pride in her work. Very friendly owner who is often on site and is open to other ideas on improvements which would make the holiday more enjoyable. I would totally recommend this place.
It wasn't nice to see the dogs that live outside in a pen next door. But I will say this, they look healthy and are fed and watered daily but they do bark during the night sometimes.
