This hotel is a good 3 star. Helpful and friendly staff, room was deccent and had aircon which I didnt expect. It was clean and everything worked as expected. The Location is great as 10-15 mins walk to furthest points and we attended an event 15 minutes along the lake front. Recommended.

Breakfast was good.

Very clean, friendly staff that make you confortable, and ready to help and satisfy your requests. We realy enjoy had the breakfat on the area outside.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo una notte. Cercavo un punto a metà strada per il mio viaggio in Alsazia. L'abbiamo scelta sia in andata che al ritorno per via del rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura è semplice, curata e pulita. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salato. Vicino al lago (circa 5-10 min. a piedi). Grande parcheggio.

Sicuramente il posto, bellissimo, vicino al lago, molto bello. Siamo andati a mangiare una pizza, e la titolare nonostante avesse la sala tutta prenotata, ci ha fatto mangiare ricavando un tavolo per noi 3. Il Ristorante Ca Brocc, qualcosa del genere non mi ricordo bene.stava a 500 m dall'hotel.

-Hotel per la mia esperienza, è un po' datato, chiusura porte con la chiave ( non con il Badge) ho carta magnetica sarebbe stata più accettabile e minimo di modernità, WiFi benino., bagno accettabile, meriterebbe un po' di ammodernamento.. +Devo dire però che abbiamo dormito benissimo senza il via vai di macchine treni, ne tantomeno i clienti che entravano e uscivano dalle stanze. +Buono anche il parcheggio per la macchina ( Gratuito ) la vedevo da una piccola finestra. -La colazione era un po' misera, e poi si mangiava un po' tardi, io volevo ripartire presto ( in altri Hotel si mangia intorno alle 7 fino alle 9 ).Qui abbiamo fatto colazione dalle 8 fino alle 9. +Appena finito siamo ripartiti alle 9.30. Comunque diciamo che per quel che mi riguarda per una notte può andare anche bene. +Comunque per finire l'hotel era molto pulito, anche se noi avevamo la stanza sotto il sottotetto, con l'aria condizionata siamo stati bene, e siamo riusciti anche a dormire meravigliosamente.. ho detto per una notte Top , +la signora alla Reception bravissima e gentilissima, Grazie ancora e vi lascio una buona giornata, e per chi è in ferie come me buone ferie. Den beste servicen, for noen nydelig folk! Man føler seg så hjemme der, og blir så godt tatt på vare på. Vi gikk fra og skulle være der 3 netter til å forlenge det til en uke! Det er fint og rent, og det er også en kort gåtur til innsjøen.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil, l’établissement et le calme qui règne avec un petit déjeuner buffet à volonté qui est parfait. Le patron nous a expliqué gentiment comment prendre le train pour se rendre au lac de Côme, qui est bien plus pratique que de prendre la voiture ou la moto pour s’y rendre Nous avons aimé le lieu avec commerce à proximité et surtout le calme qui règne dans cette ville

Bah là ça va être compliqué, je dirais qu’un seule chose qui peut être gênant, c’est le bruit de la clim pour la nuit

Porto Ceresio is a nice little lakeside town.

The hotel is quite far from the lake. Because of the railway line, we had to walk a fair distance to get to the lake each day. The breakfast was very limited. Too many sweet things. Sweet croissants, cakes, panna cotta, etc. The air-conditioner was very noisy. The towels were weird. More like sheets than towels

Location is great, under 10 minutes on foot to the lake. Staff is wonderful. They helped with everything. Excellent breakfast with fruit, pastries and charcuterie. A/C in the room as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir schätzen besonders die Lage dieses kleinen, adretten Hotels am Südzipfel des Lugano See. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gepflegte Aussenanlage, die auch zum verweilen einlädt und der hübsche Ort wirkt ebenso einladend. Von hier gibt es jede Menge Ausflugsmöglichkeiten per Schiff, per Bahn und Bus.

Great value for money, super clean, staff are very helpful, ideal location, free parking outside the hotel and walking distance to the charming town centre.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für unseren kleinen Enkel stand ein Kinderbett bereit und am Frühstückstisch ein Hochstuhl, das hat alles super geklappt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich für Italien, es gab Wurst und Käse sowie die üblichen Süßspeisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Personeel altijd heel vriendelijk. Hotel is niet chique maar wel comfortabel. En het is er rustig.

Airco was fijn want het was heel heet maar maakte wel héél veel geluid….

Die lage des Hotel ist sehr gut, nur wenige Meter vom Lago entfernt. Das Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind gut, die Möbel allerdings etwas im die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sehr gut. So ein/zwei deutsche Sender im Fernseher wären ganz gut. Sehr gut die Klimanlage im Zimmer

Hotel mě příjemně překvapil svou útulnou atmosférou a klidným prostředím, které je ideální pro pohodový pobyt. Pokoje jsou čisté, dobře udržované a nabízejí vše, co člověk potřebuje pro komfortní nocleh. Personál je milý, ochotný a působí přirozeně přátelsky, což celkový dojem ještě umocňuje.Skvělým zážitkem byla bohatá a chutná snídaně, která nabídla široký výběr sladkých i slaných možností. Čerstvé pečivo, ovoce, kvalitní káva a pestrý bufet vytvořily perfektní start do dne. Je vidět, že si zde na snídaních dávají opravdu záležet. Je možné snídat i na terase.

Frühstück war nicht wie erwartet. Aber in Italien darf man nicht soviel vom Frühstück erwarten.

Das Zimmer um ersten Stock mit einem kleinen Balkon ist eher klein. aber für eine Übernachtung ausreichend.Einfache Möblierung, genügend Stauraum für Gepack. Das Doppelbett ist breit, die Matrazen gut. Das Bad ist gross und voll ausgestattet ,warmes Wasser fliesst sofort, der Duschkopf funktioniert zwar, ich selbst würde ihn gegen ein moderneres Modell austauschen. Zimmer , Bad und das Hotel insgesamt sind gut gepflegt. Grosser Parkplatz -von der Strasse nicht einsehbar-vor dem Hotel. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist ausgeschildert, könnte noch etwas auffälliger sein. Hervoragendes Frühstück - alles reichlich da. Personal an der Rezeption spricht englisch, freundlicher kompetenter Empfang. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp uneingeschränkt empfehlen, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt kann die Zimmergrösse atören

Superbe établissement près du lac. On peut y aller à pied la chambre était superbe dans son jus mais alors parfaite ! Pour nous aucun problème avec les serviettes qui étaient en grandes quantités d’une et de deux effectivement ce sont des serviettes très fines mais qui essuient très bien. 👍🏻 Notre petit chien a été très bien accepté Le petit déjeuné était excellent copieux, des fruits, de la charcuterie, une multitude de gâteaux. Vraiment parfait. Le parking est très grand et très pratique

La propreté, le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement de l’établissement dans les montagnes est très sympathique. La vue est génial. Nous avions la Clim, la télé ainsi que des produits d’hygiène.

Uns hat alles rundum gefallen. Zusätzlich hat sich das Haus um zusätzliche Wärme in meinem Zimmer gekümmert, da ich extrem verfroren bin. Das war echt super

The staff is very helping and friendly (helping with late arrival). Clean and spacious rooms with character. Calm and safe position (also for your car). Nice garden. Lake, ice-cream bars and train station nearby.
