Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Great location, within walking distance of the city centre and close to a metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The room also included a nice basket with snacks and refreshments. The kitchen was small but very well equipped, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, with adjustable temperature and fan speed. Online check-in was easy and the door code system was very convenient, with no need for a key or card. Communication via WhatsApp and phone was quick and helpful. When the main entrance door handle broke during our stay, it was fixed promptly. Luggage lockers are available on the ground floor for use before check-in or after check-out, which we found very useful after our departure.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were quite thin. Better indirect or ambient lighting would also improve the room. Sound insulation was very poor, and noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway was clearly audible, especially when some guests did not respect the quiet hours at night. A toilet on the ground floor for guests using the luggage lockers after check-out would also be a useful addition.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026We had a wonderful stay and couldn't be happier with our experience! A huge thank you for everything. Every time we needed anything, the hosts responded immediately and went above and beyond to help us. They were always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, with bus stops and a metro station just a short walk away. There are also supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of places for food and drinks nearby, making everything very convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and should not be advertised as a second bed until it's fixed. It dipped in the middle so the two people just rolled towards each other all night.
