Утром когда начали готовить завтрак обнаружили , что не работает плита ,написали в WhatsApp отеля мастер пришла в течение 10 минут и починила ,спасибо за оперативность, лейка душа была надломана , поэтому пользовались верхним душем. В одном из прикроватных бра не было плафона- надо больше как констатация фактов так как мы именно пользовались

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026It is a very nice property. Compact, but comfortable with a lovely terrace that gets sun through to late afternoon (small balcony at opposite side of appartment also). The location is excellent.
Nothing to dislike. Some reviews talk about poor sound insulation between the four roof top appartments - this is true, but it did not cause us any problems at all and the owners make it clear that no parties are allowed, for example.

L'annuncio è fuorviante, ci aspettavamo una camera con balconcino o terrazzino invece abbiamo avuta una camera piano terra con sole finestre con inferriate. Abbiamo passato un lungo soggiorno con grandi problemi anche per asciugatura biancheria. Una camera aveva un letto ad una piazza e mezzo e l altra camera matromiale è ricavata da soggiorno con divano letto, molto scomodo per una villeggiatura superiore ad 1 giorno.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Közel a belvároshoz, nagyon jó éttermekkel a környéken. Egyszerű, kulcsnélküli bejutás. Nagyon jól felszerelt, tiszta konyha (néhány fűszer, olivaolaj is van). Kávéfőző (nespresso kompatibilis kapszulás, nálunk volt, de van pár kapszula is), mosógép (ehhez is van mosószer), vasaló. Parkoló közvetlenül a hotelben. A reggeli a CafeArtysana-ban egyszerűen csodálatos, mindenkinek ajánlom.
A földszinten laktunk, az utcára nézett az ablak, ahonnan éjszaka elég nagy zaj jött be (bár ez ugye elég forgalmas negyed, szóval számítottunk rá). A többi lakó mikor éjjel hazaért, elég hangosak voltak/nagyon behallatszott a folyosóról. A parkoló

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We loved our apartment, it was perfect for our first stop of the trip! We were located on the bottom floor which was great as we didn't have to take the bags upstairs. However, there is a lift for those who are on another floor. The apartment is situated close by to shops, the main train station, restaurants, and the market. All these locations were within a 10-minute walk from the apartment, making it very accessible. The pincode to get inside made it very easy to get in and out of the building / apartment. The kitchen area was large and had great amentities - fridge, stove, dishwasher and all cutlery / glassware which we appreciated. The bathroom also had ample room and was a great size. The check in process is simple, but we did have some issues. I emailed and texted the team and they were responsive and very helpful! The entirety of the apartment was clean and very liveable, we felt very comfortable there as a group of 3 girls. I would highly recommend Limehome to people visiting Valencia :)
We were on the bottom floor backing onto the street so sometimes it could be loud, but this wasn't an issue for us at all! We had some issues with the website to check in, repeatedly receiving errors. However, the team was responsive and helpful! There's also no bathroom fan, so the bathroom would fog up and get extremely steamy / hot.

La porte de secours qui est communicante avec l'autre appartement qui genere enormement de bruit. Le canape lit est horrible, impossible de dormir dedans inconfortable et bruyant. La salete du sol, du tapis, des coussins, des fauteuils. Les plaques chauffantes ne fonctionnaient pas. La television n'etait pas relié a l'antenne. Le bruit du bar et son odeur de shit. Le bruit des voisins qui semblent vivre avec vous, aucune isolation phonique. L'odeur d'egout dans la salle de bain. Le personnel (plateforme) malgré leur reponse immediate n'a pas regle le probleme de bruit a 1h du matin.

No reponen papel, no cambian toallas ni limpian en los días que estuvimos. Si necesitas algo tienes que pedirlo. El desayuno es vegetariano, abundante pero no un desayuno tradicional. Atado al horario de la cafetería, perdimos un día de desayuno pagado (4pax) porque necesitábamos salir pronto, sin opción a devolución. Todo lo relacionado con el desayuno deberían especificarlo con anterioridad a la reserva porque quizá no interese cogerlo.

Las ventanas están a pie de calle y hay bares , la gente que esta fuera se escucha como si estuvieran dentro de la casa. La cama supletoria( sofa) es incomodaría, el colchón muy fino y hundido, tocas la armadura del sofá. Íbamos con dos niños y llegamos tarde de viaje y tuve que buscar las sábanas y hacer la cama yo , no estaba preparado.

They check out system, was very rigid. Understand that it is managed from overseas, and might be not as complicated for a small reservation or a couple or small group. We were 8 people, and it was just too much paperwork to be done. They claim that it is the rules in Spain, but, did not have that problem in previous stays in Spain or in other hotels we stayed this time.

Le parking pratique il est vrai, mais qui m'a donné des sueurs froides. Le couloir de notre appartement séparant notre chambre du salon est l'emplacement d'une sortie de secours de chaque côté. De l'autre côté, on entendait des gens comme si on était chez eux. C'était assez particulier.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026We found urine contamination on the sofa, sofa bed mattress, bedroom mattress, and pillow (as shown in the photos). We only realised what had happened after sitting on the sofa long enough for our clothes to become soaked. When we lifted the sofa cushions and checked the bedding, the large yellow urine stains were impossible to miss. It was already late at night, so we were moved to another room. However, it was not the room type we had booked and was noticeably smaller. We were told via WhatsApp that someone would contact us the following day to help resolve the situation, but no one ever did. Despite repeatedly asking, Limehome has never explained how a room in this condition was handed over to guests, whether the incident was investigated, or how it managed to pass housekeeping inspection. They also refused to provide the official Spanish Hoja de Reclamaciones, stating that they only accept complaints by email. Looking at the size of the urine stains and the amount of liquid that came out of the sofa, I simply find it impossible to believe that this could have gone unnoticed during housekeeping. If this room was considered ready for guests, that is deeply concerning. If it wasn't, then I still deserve an explanation as to how it was assigned to us.

Hay una puerta de emergencia dentro del apartamento pero que da a otra unidad, no a una escalera o salida de emergencia. Se escucharon muchos ruidos mientras unos jóvenes se bañaban del otro lado. Genera un poco de inseguridad esa puerta.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Stanze grandi e ben arredate, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Il phone era guasto e dopo aver contattato il responsabile della struttura hanno sostituito il phone in giornata.
Il lavabo del bagno era davvero piccolissimo, non troppo comodo. Le cialde per il caffè, nonostante noi fossimo 4 per due giorni erano solo 4…

El sofá cama es absolutamente horrible, el colchón es de juguete, fino, se clavan los hierros del sofá cama, la estructura se queda inclinada y no puede dormir en plano.

I booked the parking spot and it was very difficult to get in and out of. If you have a very small car then probably ok. Getting out without damaging the rental car was pretty stressful.

The apartment was clean, but the building itself could be better - the lobby was pretty grubby. Also, the vents in the apartments seem to be connected, so if someone is cooking or smoking next door you will be able to smell it in the living area. We could smell cigarette smoke for 1-2 days during our stay. It's explicitly forbidden to smoke in the apartments, so I contacted the owner but they weren't able to do anything about it. Overall, our experience was good but I wouldn't stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Be aware that you need a phone to enter the property because the code they gave us was not working. On top of that I needed to extend my stay for 1 night but could not do it on their intranet. They WhatsApp me to call instead which cost me $80 by the way and the person on the phone told me to make another booking but as they could not assure me it will be the same room I had to leave at 11am and check-in back at 3pm… what BS!

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026La ubicación cerca del centro , el apartamento estaba muy limpio , con todo tipo de detalles , no se escuchaba ningún ruido por la noche , la climatización funcionaba perfectamente , mis hijos durmieron muy bien en el sofá cama .
No me gustó el garaje , las rampas son súper inclinadas y además las curvas súper estrechas, lo que dificulta el maniobrar con la inclinación , la bajada se puede controlar mejor pero la subida fue complicada .

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Los apartamentos son preciosos, muy luminosos y tienen de todo para tener una estancia agradable. La cama es súper cómoda y el sofá cama no está mal. El proceso de llegada, aunque no había personal físico, muy fácil y cómodo.
No tiene persianas, importante llevarse antifaz!
