We woke up with bed bug crawling next to our face in bed, caught 4 further more in and around the mattress. Host only wanted to refund one night initially and told us not to mention in our review, we reached out to Booking.com and got full refund in the end - but host declined further compensation. We had to go through literal he*ll in the next 24 hours, terminated our Zurich trip, sent all our belongings (clothes, car...) to professional cleaning, ALL AT OUR OWN COST. Not to mention the mental stress we suffered. Worst thing? Yup, we got bitten. Whole body. My face included. While this is going on, this property is still available for booking online. (Medical record from Charité Hospital is available to prove these are caused by bed bugs)

Ich war nun zum 2. Mal für jeweils eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Angela ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist gross, das Bett sehr bequem, die Wohnung gross, in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, die Terrasse ist ebenfalls gross und gemütlich. Alles topp!

1. Die Wegbeschreibung ist sehr kompliziert geschrieben! Es würde reichen wenn man sagt: Die Wohnung liegt direkt über der Migrol-Tankstelle an der Limmattalstrasse, fertig. Und Jedermann/-frau würde die Wohnung auf Anhieb finden! Wir hatten mit der bestehenden Beschreibung größte Mühe damit! 2. Die penetranten (mind. 3x) Aufforderungen uns ruhig zu verhalten, nervten uns sehr!!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, grosses Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, alles sehr sauber.

Das Gebäude ist etwas schwierig zu finden, die Wegbeschreibung etwas verwirrend.

Мені дуже сподобалось помешкання. Кімната дуже зручна і простора, приватна ванна кімната з душем поруч. Класна простора кухня з усім оздобленням і столова. Шикарна тераса з прекрасним видом на гори і річку. Господиня Андела дуже уважна до всіх деталей і попіклувалася, щоб ми поставили авто на безкоштовну парковку, а потім швидко і легко знайшли помешкання.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Angela et sa famille sont adorables et à l’écoute. Le logement est superbe et spacieux, le coin terrasse fut un vrai coup de cœur!

Seul soucis, le second lit (canapé lit) faisait mal au dos. C’était le seul point négatif

Der Unterkunftsbesitzer ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war hervorragend für eine angenehme Übernachtung. Besonders schön war es, am Schweizer Nationalfeiertag vom Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss die funkelnden Feuerwerke am Himmel zu beobachten – ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und friedlich gelegen, ideal zum Entspannen. Alle unsere Bedürfnisse wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Limpeza, espaço e a atenção que a Ângela e sua filha deram para a minha família.

2 dias antes de me hospedar, entraram em contato comigo informando que o quarto que eu havia alugado, comportava 4 pessoas, mas só tinha 1 cama de casal, então, para acomodar as outras 2 pessoas, em um sofá cama e em uma cama improvisada, eu teria que pagar uma taxa de 20 francos suíços, por pessoa, por dia. Achei um absurdo, então, pedi pra prepararem somente o sofá cama, enfim, paguei mais 40 francos suíços. Me informaram ainda da taxa de turismo, mais 3,50 francos por pessoa, por dia, incluindo o meu filho de 10 anos. Acho que essas informações tinham que ser melhor explicadas no momento da contratação do quarto. Quem estiver sozinho, ou em casal não passará por isso.

Majitelka byla velmi příjemná a vstřícná. Měli jsme k dispozici vlastní ložnici, vlastní koupelnu a jejich kuchyň, obývací pokoj, terasu i bazén sdílený mezi místní komunitu. Ubytování je hned naproti autobusové zastávce, ale dalo se i pěšky dojít na vlakové nádraží ve vedlejším městě, které bylo asi 3 kilometry daleko.

V ubytování jsme nebyli sami. Majitelka a její rodina v apartmánu zřejmě bydlí, což ničemu nevadilo, jelikož zde bylo mnoho pokojů a místa. Jen to zmiňuji, ať nejsou budoucí hosté překvapení. ;) Mimo to byly šuplíky v našem pokoji lehce špinavé, ale jinak není co vytknout.

Da anfitriã Ângela, disponibilizou toda a casa e ainda ofereceu fruta e cafés. O terraço comum fantástico, onde pudemos desfrutar da vista e relaxar.

I like the location and Kitchen and living room are really nice. Only one thing may have some people is need to walk up to second floor. So this is to note for older people or some do not like to carry up the things. The rest are excellent. Cheer.

Needed to walk up with carrying the things as my wife and my sister bring along a lot the things. Otherwise, It's really good location and facilities, with this price. :)

잠자는 방은 크고 좋으나 큰집에 여러개의 방이 있고 거실, 부억, 화장실, 욕실 등은 대부분 공동으로 사용하게 되어 있어 매우 불편 하였으며 좋았던 것은 기억나지 않았음

여행을 출발 하기 전에 인터냇으로 예약하고 예약 당일 도착하여 집주소에 가서 집을 찾는데만 1시간 이상 소요되었고 결국에는 계약서에 있는 전화번호로 몇번을 한후에야 겨우 주인과 통화가 되어 2시간을 기다려서 방으로 안내가 될수 있었ㅇ습니다. 거의 3시간 가까이 집에서 기다리면서 취소하고 주변에 다른 호텔로 갈까 하고 준비도 할 정도로 어려웠습니다

Ci è stato comunicato che avremmo soggiornato la prima notte in una camera differente da quella prenotata senza specificare che non avremmo più avuto il bagno privato. Per la seconda notte, il bagno che precedentemente era quello in comune, è diventato il nostro bagno privato senza che però venisse prima pulito.

The owner was wonderful. Cheerful and helpful. To go to the center of Zurich, you take the 309 bus right in front of the house, get off at Dietikon and take the train to the center. We reached there easily with the owner's guidance. We liked that there was free parking in the house. The owner opens her kitchen to you and you can use everything. The fruit basket he prepared for the guests is wonderful.

Leider weder Briefkasten noch Eingang/Türe irgendwie beschriftet. Bin min. zwei mal daran vorbei gelaufen weil ich den Namen oder ein Bookingcom-Zeichen erwartet habe! Auch die Hausnummer 15 ist nirgens zu finden! Das wär zB mit der jährlichen Bewertung von Bookingcom oder dem Unterkunftsnamen locker zu lösen, ausdrucken, an der Tür ankleben und alle sind happy... Check-in Zeit 16.00-18.00 ist definitiv zu knapp, das geht bei vielen Reisenden nicht auf.

Angela is een geweldige gastvrouw. We mochten gebruik maken van haar keuken en ontbijttafel. Verderop in het dorpje zit een aardige pizzeria. Parkeren kon in de buurt van de accomodatie. De fietsen konden in een berging. Je kunt direct vanuit het dorpje een leuke wandeling maken.

Die Gastgeberin war gut telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Ihre Tochter haben wir persönlich getroffen. Sie war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage und ist nur mit telefonischer 'Lotsung' durch die Gastgeberin zu finden. Aus dem Inserat war für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass sich das angebotene Zimmer in der Wohnung der Gastgeberin befindet. Das Bad war zwar separat, aber die 'Gemeinschaftsräume', Küche und Wohnzimmer, sind die privaten Räume der Gastgeberin. Im Bad hingen benutzte Handtücher, im Waschbecken und auf dem Boden lagen Haare. Eine Situation, die für uns sehr unangenehm war. Als wäre man zu Besuch, kennt sich aber gar nicht. Für eine Übernachtung und den Preis war es okay.

Angie is a great host. I really enjoyed staying with her family. The apartment is nice roomie and very clean.

Struttura molto accogliente che dispone di tutti i confort nella casa! Ottima posizione per uscire a piedi a fare passeggiate picnic in riva al fiume e relax in generale! Madame Angela e la figlia Ornella persone molto gentili e disponibili ! Si arriva al centro della città anche a piedi facendo la passeggiata in mezz’ora dunque 5 minuti in macchina, c’è anche la fermata del bus vicina alla casa!
