The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. The washer and dryer is a bonus. The host kept in touch was very kind and responds where very fast to messages My two year old loved the unit 2. A home away from home.

The accommodation was neat, clean, and well-equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience, and the holiday flat offered excellent value for money.

The area, flat and owners are very welcoming. It was my sanctuary while performing my mother's last rites on the south coast.

Air-conditioning would be amazing. There were quiet a few fans but AC in the bedrooms would put a cherry on the cake

The beach break holiday flat was a perfect home away from home. We are definitely returning for another holiday

The place is very neat, one of the most affordable, great service. The host is a very humble, considerate etc even though we didn't even meet in person. I would rate my experience a 11 out of 10,

Cleanliness was unsatisfactory and noise generated from the hall across the flat by the beach

Homey space with everything we needed. Loved the back yard. Kitchen had lots that we needed to prepare family meals. Host was friendly and welcoming. Place had a person touch as well which we really enjoyed, instead of just a bunch of ikea.

Beach was a bit further then I imagined. Short drive instead of a walk. No big though :-)

Jaco is a great host. He immediately made contact upon my booking being confirmed. Communication was clear and checking in and out was a breeze. We attended a wedding on the South Coast and just needed a place to sleep. We only made use of the bedrooms and bathroom but I can say that the unit has absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The unit was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. Safe parking. Very close to the beach,restaurants and shops. Thanks to Jaco for his incredible hospitality.

Nothing major but two of bins were not completely emptied out. Wifi did not work. We didn't mind as we did not need the wifi.Nothing that will prevent me from booking again 🙂

It was hard to climb to the top bunk because the steps are straight

The excellent references by the landlord to local activities and places to eat and/or enjoy, highlighted our trip to the area. The accommodation also had everything and more to make a short or long stay very comfortable. Fantasties location! Close to beach and local small shopping center with pharmacy and great restaurant. Would've loved to stay longer.

The size was perfect. Nice that it has a washing machine and tumble dryer, has all amenities close by.

There were dusty surfaces. The apartment had a mouldy smell. The microwave needed a food cover. Cigarette buts found in the flower pot left a bad smell.

Staying at Beach Break Holiday Flats was really a great stay with everything you need and want, making it a genuine home away from home! The unit that we had was on the ground floor and had fibre internet and access to streaming services. The area is nice and quiet and we could hear the ocean at night. The owner, Jaco was super friendly and added a personal touch to our stay when he came to greet us. The shared amenities were a nice bonus, fully equipped kitchen, extra towels on the beds, fans for those hot nights really helped a lot. We're already planning our next visit. A big thank you for the wonderful experience!

The place was very accommodative for people travelling as a family, even if individual it's so much accommodative. The staff was friendly, and maintained professional communication, I would stay again at Beach Break Holiday Flat on my next visit to Port Shepstone.

The house feels homely with all you need, just like you home away from home! Loved the quit area and you can hear the ocean at night. Friendly owner, shared anemities and lovely places to visit which made our trip even more unforgettable. Port Shepstone is a lovely little town which is a must on your bucket list. Will definitely return. Thank you

The apartment could definitely use an aircorn, it tends to get quite humid in the summer months however there is Fans available 💐
