The location is great. Many restaurants around and near to Sun plaza.

The cleanliness is the worse part. Drinks left in the fridge from the previous customer. Many drain fly larvae in the room.

Good sized room, I ordered a double, for some unknown reason, in the room was two single beds, a mini fridge, large TV (that didn't work), the hotel is pretty much on the main road, but still quiet, I would recommend and use again. The wifi was good too.

Sound for the streets and hallway of the building could travel into the room easily.

It is well located. Near the attractions. Walking distance to the amphitheater, stone church, fansipan station, and to many restaurants and shops.

The location is superb. Walking distance to Sun Plaza, Moana, Restaurants and others :) It has elevator which is a plus for us.

I liked everything about May Casa.

Very well situated and apartment has everything you need.

Pros: great central location. Besides the ladies outside constantly harassing you to buy something every time you leave the hotel, it’s a convenient place near everything. The hotel manager was kind enough to let us leave our bags there for a few hours after check out. Cons: it always smelled like smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The drain in the shower was full of hair so it wasn’t draining properly. I had to clean the hair out of the drain myself to fix the problem. (Gross) I found a giant toenail clipping on the floor by the bed. Seems like they don’t sweep or mop the room or bathroom because the bathroom had dirt on the floor when we got there. There was also a hair in the bathroom sink. It would be a much more enjoyable place if they actually cleaned the rooms after every guest. Also had to get a new room right when we got there bc our bathroom was flooded and definitely not clean.

located at one of the main road side, near SaPa Station. on top of a cafe and many nearby restaurants, convenience & souvenirs shops, and even street foods. fresh room and bed, clean toilet completed with amenities. never turned on the AC because nature cooling. host was responsive with requests.

Nice rooms in the centre of Sa Pa, with comfortable beds and overall good value for money.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and better maintained. The top-floor rooms may experience noise from the water pump. After I mentioned this, my room was changed, and everything was fine. Additionally, the only downside of this place is that the doors have no soundproofing, meaning that if people in the corridor are loud, you’ll hear everything due to the echo.

Room itself is amazing! We were allowed to check in really early since it was freezing when we came and it was really really early. We stayed most of the time in our 4 day stay since it was really cold and we wouldnt have it any other way. The cafe below is 10/10 but our favorite part was the location. Its 2mins walk away from sunworld station, 5m from the lake and about 3mins from the stone church. 1000/10 for the room, it has an amazing view and the room was very cozy. We’ll stay here again the next time we visit Sa Pa!

The room was not clean at all. The towels were stained. Bed wasn’t confortable at all. We had a hard time reaching the host/receptionist.

Terrible service. Staff only spoke Vietnamese. There’s no one at reception despite informing in advance of our arrival time. Whatsapp and messages via platforms are replied after several hours. We had to make voice calls to the contact numbers and then they sent a lady with room keys. Our room - King Studio with 2 dbl beds- was allotted to someone else. The attendant spoke only Vietnamese and asked for my booking reservation on my phone. He then took a screenshot of my booking. Instead of the King Studio, we were then given 2 queen rooms. The attendant came later in the evening and I had to call the lady sitting somewhere else, to understand what he was saying. Eventually I understood he wanted the room rent. He had no clue how much it was. He kept asking for my phone to again take screenshots of my booking. I then paid him the amount. Next day he arrived in the morning and again I had to make a call to the lady on my phone because he kept talking in Vietnamese. Then she told me that I have to pay rent for the other room. Another long discussion followed on my phone which the attendant used to speak to the lady, who then spoke to me in English and then he again used it to speak to her. Again he asked for my booking and took screenshots with his phone. Then the lady called the one who had arrived with the room keys for confirmation that it was she who offered 2 rooms instead of the one booked. Finally the matter was resolved and I paid for only the King studio. This is a warning to everyone. You book the room in advance at a lower price; however they may give it to others probably at a higher price.And you are then left in the lurch. If something is available they may offer it to you, else you have to hunt other accommodations on your own. You cant hold anyone responsible as there’s no one at the reception -which is just a table and chair under a staircase inside a restaurant! It was a terrible experience wasting half hour on each of the 3 occasions. Never again!

I recently stayed at the May Casa Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment with a beautiful view. The amenities, including a lovely terrace, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. For the price, the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sapa Vietnam.

The location is at the center, you can find everything there. Only 200m to the Square, about 1km to Cat Cat Village

Nicely decorated and comfortable place to stay in Sapa. Facilities were generally good and in a very good location. Nice coffee shop just below.

Check in could have been smoother - some things that were on the listing were not in the room (toiletries and water) and no information given.

We had a comfortable stay at May Casa. We were greeted on arrival which was great as we got there late at night. Beds are comfy, bathroom is excellent (best shower we had in Vietnam), rooms were super clean, great WiFi & air con too. Location is also great for Sa Pa as so much is in walking distance, with this came a little bit of noise but nothing ear plugs couldn’t cover and is to be expected for such a central location.

Just a few things to note; upon arrival we spoke with the reception staff however it is good to note that the hotel is above a cafe so staff are not there all the time. Come with the money to pay for your stay, everywhere else we have stayed in Vietnam through Booking.com asked for payment on departure but they wanted paying when we got there which was fairly late at night. Communication with the reception staff member was quite difficult & we explained we could give part payment and pay the rest tomorrow but this took a long while to get to this conclusion through Google translate & I believe he was checking this with the host. However if you message the host through Booking.com their English is good and they are very responsive & seemed fine with us paying the following day. We stayed in room 404 & it is also good to note that there appears to be a water pump or something that you can hear constantly from this room, again ear plugs cover this up at night but it does get slightly annoying, depends how sensitive you are to sound. Unfortunately we didn’t have any chairs on our balcony like in the pictures which would have been nice & useful. We stayed 11 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned but we were provided with toilet paper & fresh towels regularly. It would also be great to have a water refill point for guests to save so many plastic bottles, just a little thing that would have been nice ☺️ Overall we had a pleasant & comfortable stay and would return again if staying in Sa Pa, the above are things to be aware of depending on your preferences 🙏🏻

The location is the best part. It is nearby The Sun Plaza and The Square. You can sight seeing by walking. The room is new and clean.

I arrived there at 6am and met the staff, he can’t speak english.

Hotel was in a good central location and not too noisy. Room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was not there when I arrived and no one answered the calls.
