Brilliant location and free public carpark directly opposite the property. Standard of decor throughout was excellent and room was immaculate. Breakfast was very good with good range of options.

Only fault was that the mattress was a little firm for me, but thats just a personal thing!

Great location for the stopover we needed. Easy check in and good breakfast.

Apparently Eyemouth seagulls are being trialled for the national alert service. They started practising at 2:22.... (IYKYK)... If you are a light sleeper, take a snoozeband or similar. Also the emergency light green was a little much at night.

Just about everything: the super-convenient location on the seafront of Eyemouth, with a lovely view from our room, the large and comfortable beds, the efficiently working shower, and the hearty buffet breakfast.

Really, we have no recommendations for significant improvements! Perhaps a more varied selection of fruits and cereals at breakfast.

Communication and self check in very easy although I wasn't there long enough to meet the team in the morning. Location beautiful and free parking opposite, room very comfortable and great shower, bonus a bottle of water in the room ! Sad I couldn't stay for breakfast as it was included in the price

Lovely location overlooking the sea, good size room with a large very comfortable bed.Tea and coffee making facilities provided and iron and ironing board on request.Very quiet so had a good sleep despite the pillows being very flat. Shower was good although could do with another shelf for your toiletries.

Pillows had no protectors on and were very flat - time to renew. Shower had black mould all round the edge, not ideal ! No full length mirror , just a rather small one on dressing table.Not enough space for toiletries in bathroom.

Very convenient location with parking and self check in. I didn't know about the early registration online because I was on a roadtrip however they soon helped me to check in and the process was smooth. Very helpful staff

Struttura in centro al piccolo paese, comoda ai vari ristoranti. Abbastanza pulita anche se c'è sempre la moquettes per terra ovunque e questo purtroppo è una cosa non molto positiva. Comunque camera abbastanza spaziosa, bagno pulito. Colazione preparata al momento. Nel complesso positivo.

Sehr schöne Lage am Hafen einer kleinen schottischen Küstenstadt. Sehr schöner Ausblick aus unserem Familienzimmer, das auch sehr viel Platz bietet. Praktisch: der kostenlose Parkplatz und Co-op direkt gegenüber. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit kleinem Büffet (Toast, Cereal, Obst) und frisch zubereitetem Fried Breakfast. Zimmer neu renoviert, sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten, Wasserkocher/Tee/ Kaffee/ Kekse auf dem Zimmer.

Colazione continentale completa, ottima la posizione della struttura, al centro del paese. Buona la pulizia della camera e ottime le indicazioni per l'accesso autonomo.

Sorry but cooked breakfast wasn’t great which was disappointing. I had a veggie sausage and it wasn’t cooked, we opted for toast and cereal on the second morning which was fine.

The bathroom shower had mould in it, the double bed was two single beds strapped together, so when sleeping you tend to roll to the middle so uncomfortable and at different heights, breakfast I feel was undercooked but good choice of food, breakfast could have been a bigger selection of food ie continental, pastries.

It was okay for what we needed.

One of the beds in our room was broken. A few issues in the bathroom too. The Wi-Fi was not working so don't rely on it. There's no phone signal either.

When we arrived the first I noticed was a foist smell in entering the Property ? The room was comfortable enough and facilities good and clean .however the is dated as in bathroom shower.lacks a personal touch no staff upon arrival I had to contact them to get the code to enter ok for an overnight stay.

Location absolutely perfect, bus stop outside, coop across the road looking on to the shore walking distance to lovely pubs and eateries. Perfect

GREAT value for money! London / Heathrow accommodation is generally eye wateringly expensive, for dirty places with no staff. Home Arms is very clean. I selected one of the smallest rooms (en suite) but found it very comfortable. I had phone and email exchange with a REAL person, not a bot. He was helpful and polite, answering questions about early checkouts, reliable taxis etc. And a fresh cooked breakfast is an option! It felt very safe, even as a single female travelling solo.

All good- ideal for Heathrow (taxi about £20 if you have too much luggage for bus or train)

Old property lots of creaking floors and sloping floors.

Easy to find, convenient location.

The name suggests it’s a pub, however it is similar to apartments with no reception or bar area. Lacking in welcoming and personal touch.

Cleanliness and the room.

Parking was on a public car park. Although it was very convenient and right outside the property, (free for 48hrs) I would be reluctant to leave an expensive car as the car park is very busy and could easily get the odd dint.

Mooie ligging , alleen geen kamer met zeezicht . Heel nette ruime kamer. Goed geslapen. Zeker een aanrader. En om nog is terug te komen .

Excellent breakfast - both continental and cooked options. The room was very clean with lovely crisp sheets on a very large comfy bed. The location is wonderful - right on the seafront with easy parking.

The bathroom was rather tight, and the showerhead had to be handheld. A shelf in the shower and a towel rail would really help!

Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op zee, dat maakte het verblijf aangenaam. Het bed was heerlijk en de badkamer schoon en netjes. Het is fijn dat er een supermarkt tegenover zit en dat je zo het strand op kunt lopen.

Het ontbijt was minder, weinig keuze bij het buffet. Onze kamer aan de straatzijde was gehorig voor geluid van buitenaf.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frisch zubereiteten Speisen.

The room was fine. It was a lovely comfortable bed along with a beautiful en suite bathroom. Unfortunately, the heat was stifling even with the window fully opened. A fan would have been appreciated.

The noise from the gulls, drunken revellers when the pubs shut and deliveries to the Co-op in the early hours, tv reception so poor as to make it unwatchable.

The Home Arms was in an excellent location.

We booked through booking. Com and according to them our checkout time was 11. Then we were informed by The Home Arms that we we had to check out by 10.30. We were disappointed at this as the times on both should be the same and we booked because we wanted the later 11 am checkout. I do prefer someone to be there for the personal check in too. It feels more welcoming to me. However there was no problem accessing our room.

La posizione.

La ventola di estrazione del bagno era rotta e faceva un rumore fortissimo e fastidiosissimo quindi di non notte per non dare fastidio ero costretto ad andare al bagno con la luce del cellulare. Mi chiedo e' possibile che il personale della struttura non si sia accorta del guasto?

L'alloggio è bello, spazioso, curato, pulito e con vista mare. Il bagno molto semplice ma completo di tutto. La colazione scozzese completa. Poca la scelta tra i prodotti a buffet.

Un pò scomode le scale di accesso al primo piano. Nessuna interazione con i proprietari/gestori, visto l'accesso con self check-in e check-out. Forse un pò caro il prezzo.
