I liked the owner so much, he’s so kind and nice and helpful, always responding, always taking care, and he’s more like a guide for the place and what’s around

I didn’t liked the fact that nothing mentioned I will only be able to stay at last floor, 5th or something, and with stairs not even elevator, so maybe it was my fault for not asking for more details. Everything else was perfect

L’appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso con un’ampia camera da letto, zona giorno e angolo cottura. Bello anche il terrazzo da cui si può ammirare un magnifico tramonto. Ma il punto forte è l’host Moaz che si è dimostrato di una gentilezza estrema e molto premuroso. Sempre presente nonostante i nostri orari di check in e check out non particolarmente comodi 😅

Jó ár-érték arányú apartman, nyugodt, csendes környék. Közelben van bolt, étterem, kávézó. Az apartmanban volt tusfürdő és folyékony szappan, valamint a mosógèp nagyon hasznos volt, hiszen csak hátizsákkal utaztunk. 😀

This is just the best place to stay in Sharm. The host is a very cool guy, you can chat about anything with him. You have a complete apartment with everything you might need from a towel to kitchen utensils.

It has a good location, it‘s clean and has a nice view.

Allot of space and very comfortable beds and pillows! Very quiet, we had a good sleep. And the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und bietet viel Platz. Moaz, der Besitzer, war sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom berühmten Farsha Café entfernt, das man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir würden die Wohnung sehr gerne erneut mieten und können sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Замечательный хозяин. Готов всегда подсказать. Говорит на русском. Район спальный, тихий. Рядом магазины для местных ( пекарня, овощной, рыбный) Маркет Принт с хорошими ценами.

Для долгого проживания хотелось бы улучшить кухонные принадлежности, а так же качество чистоты ( окна, занавески, пыль на мебели).

La casa è accogliente, pulita e completa di ogni comfort. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa! Host gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Soggiorno davvero perfetto, torneremo sicuramente

床品一般，不是很干净；也许是位置和环境问题，周边都是工地，蚊子苍蝇非常多；空调制冷不好使晚上很热，热到睡不着，开窗睡觉后进来非常非常多的苍蝇和蚊子，第二天喜提嗓子发炎；chack out的时候发现多算了我三杯饮品钱在我的房间。第二天换了其他酒店

Very good location 10min walk from Farsha and beaches. The apartment is spacious. Moaz and Maz are very friendly and helpful.

Very valued for money. Near to farsha cafe (note that they require at least one female to enter the place, but the host told it’s not needed, info may need to be updated). They have all kind of facilities including washer, owner is very friendly and helpful. Very big and clean place. Near to restaurant and market too.

Great communication prior to arrival (on WhatsApp) and also after leaving when we needed to arrange for a phone charger we'd left to be brought to our next hotel. For us we loved the location too because we wanted to have a feel of Hadaba and where the Egyptians themselves live. Saying that, it was only a 10 minute walk to the famous Farsha Cafe anyway. Place looks exactly how it is in the photos and there are a few shops within about 50 m (fruit and veg, small cornershop kind of place). We rented bikes (got them from opposite McDonald's, about a 20 minute walk away) and had a brilliant time exploring the area. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The water for the bath was a light brown colour on our first evening. After that we just used the shower as the water was clearer.

The owner is very kind person. He arranged taxis from and to the airport. UBER or Careem are not available in Sharm, so his taxi arrangement is helpful for tourists. And also he always send me response quickly via WhatsApp. Morever, he gave me a cap of coffee in morning.

A pretty good accommodation option and a super host. We called in advance and arranged for a transfer from the airport. Upon arrival, we were met right at the airport door, helped with our luggage. We drove a comfortable and clean car right to the door of our apartment. A nice bonus in the car was water and juice.... The apartments themselves are not the first freshness, but they are quite spacious and comfortable. A large living room, an acceptable kitchen, a huge bedroom with wardrobes and hangers. Cafes FARSHA and SANTORINI are within walking distance.... There are also a couple of decent beaches. In the next house there is a store with everything you need (groceries, fruits, household chemicals and much more) with very pleasant prices. A 10-minute walk to a great Italian restaurant. I will definitely recommend these apartments to my friends.

Moaz and Maz were super kind and communicative the entire time giving us advice on where to go and what to do and even offering to organize it for us. Lovely people.

It was exactly as I saw it in the listing, with no surprises or unpleasant experiences. The host helped me with everything I asked for and gave me useful advice. The space was clean and pleasant.

Very convenient location and patient nice host.Very very close to the famous restaurant and beach,makes people feel free to walk aroud.Rooms also clean and AC works well.I've back to China for almost a month,I still can remember the beautiful time in there.

Such a sweet little apartment in the cutest neighborhood with a big wrap-around terrace and a view of the sea! Very clean, everything inside was working perfectly. The location was great - 500 meters from the famous Farsha Cafe. Moaz made our check in seamless took great care to ensure our comfort. 100% will come back again.

It is not about this property, but many tours are only accept guest with a hotel address and room number. If you want to attend those kinds of activities, you need to book a real hotel.

The hotel is in the form of a hostel with a terrace, very spacious, clean and as in the photo. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, gas stove, pots and pans inside. The interior is spotless, there is hot water, and we did not suffer from flies while sleeping at night. The location is central, you can walk 1km to El Fanar beach and 700 meters to Farsha cafe. There are cheap markets and greengrocers around. It is around 3km away from the old market. Hotel owner Moaz hosted us very nicely. He gave information about the hotel and activities to be done in the surrounding area. Moaz is truly a wonderful person. I thank him again for everything. Finally, it is a very suitable hostel for Turks, a place where you will know what you are eating, for example, we shopped outside for 160egp for breakfast and had a clean and large breakfast for two for ourselves inside. If we had done this outside, we would have paid 300-400egp and had a breakfast with flies on it. good location near beaches and shops. Cheaper accommodation option for independent people on a budget. you get what you pay for.

Water ran orangish in the morning first thing (may be common to the area). Cigarette smell in apartment. Towels quite old

The apartment was clean and spacious and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and spend the days out diving mostly. Around the neighborhood you find supermarkets, some restaurants and even a nice beach in walking distance. The neighborhood seemed safe to us and we felt comfortable at all times. The owner is really kind and helpful person. His english was good and he tried to assist us with everything we needed. Its even possible to arrange a fair priced airport pick up in the night. Many thanks again for the great experience in Sharm.

There're good locations, spacious apartments, anti mosquito nets on windows, nice value for the price and a great host!

There's some lack of kitchen stuff, but I hope the host will fix it.
