Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Excellent location: Very convenient to reach from the airport, with a metro station and other public transport options nearby. Amenities: Great water pressure in the shower.
Inaccurate description: The listing didn't clearly state that this is a basement apartment. Carrying heavy luggage down the steep staircase by yourself is also quite difficult. Cleanliness issues: The cleaning quality upon arrival was terrible — I had to sweep the floors myself on the first day. They only properly cleaned the next day after I contacted the host. Even then, the cleaning was careless: they left a half-empty water bottle behind and didn't throw out the accumulated trash. Noise and lack of privacy: It’s quite noisy (earplugs are a must); you can clearly hear neighbors slamming doors. If you open the windows, there is zero privacy — people on the first-floor veranda and passing children were constantly looking inside. Other inconveniences: Mosquitoes kept us awake at night, and both mobile signal and Wi-Fi were spotty due to the basement setting.

It was a huge disappointment to book an apartment only to find an open-plan layout upon check-in! The sleeping areas were in the basement! An open space meant to accommodate 5 people! To make matters worse, we couldn't take our suitcases down to the basement; they had to be left in a storage area on the property. We arrived at 10 PM but only managed to check in when another guest, who was facing the same situation, came along. We didn't get access to the apartment until 1 AM the following day. The worst part is that they charge for the booking upfront because they know it's a scam! What is shown on the website does not reflect reality.

Pulizia non impeccabile, ci hanno messi sotto il livello stradale e non era indicato nell'annuncio, dopo aver fatto la prenotazione non era chiaro che avrei dovuto fare un checkin sul loro sito con troppe domande e solo arrivato li ed aver chiamato. Era un unico ambiente senza privacy

1. Check in process has to be simplified. It was hassle to fill up everyone's complete id including a 3 yr old and full address check for each n every person in the family sounded annoying, my 8 yr old n 3 year old will share parents address dude ! 2. There was Only 2-3 spoons were there, more cutlery to be provided, like that more coffee, sugar etc. it was enough to make 2 coffees only for the 4 days and 3 nights for a family of 4 ! No dishwashing liquid, no hand wash, no cleaning sprays in the kitchen desk , 3. No reception desk- all messages were replied by AI assistant and few very important queries, AI said that come back with checking, never came back. I found few things in the room asked about it, AI said they dint provided and will comeback about what it is, never came back ! AI asked pictures and I sent them too. I was awaiting reply and asked again, no answers !! 4. I can understand it's a new build cellar, but renovations are ot completed, painting has been done, it's just cemented and polished. And kindly mention , steps, and no elevator. 5. No grocery shop nearby when I wanted some milk for kids, had to go vasco da Gama shopping mall, just for milk n bread 6. There was 2 cellar, one was us, the other cellar neighbor came to me and asked to my kids to be quiet, while they were not noisy, they were just talking !!! No screaming, no crying. The cellar was so so sound sensitivive as we started whispering each other even inside... Too much echo 🤪 furniture were creaking n kind of broken in the garden and I asked my kids not to use garden, I was scared of neighbor,😔

Para ter acesso as informações para entrar no apartamento é preciso preencher um formulário, que me foi enviado assim que cheguei, pelas 21:30h. Tive que preencher com informações de todos, no caso, eu e meus 4 filhos, do lado de fora, tarde da noite, cansados da viagem. E é um formulário imenso, que estava dando erro. Por fim, desisti e liguei pro proprietário e entrei na acomodação. Essa situação se repetiu com outras pessoas enquanto estive hospedada. Sugiro um formulário mais simples e que seja enviado com dias de antecedência ao check in.

Also has an iron and ironing table. Shower nice and comfortable. Ac works perfectly. Beds are nice and comfortable. Easy to get key code access and there’s also space for luggage’s.
Just for safety, I felt the outside key code being the same as the code to access the flat was a little concerning. Having different codes would provide an extra layer of security and privacy. I know the code was specifically for us, but I’d feel more comfortable if the outside and inside codes were different. Otherwise, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026O apartamento é muito confortável e completo, com uma grande TV, ar condicionado, máquina de lavar, cozinha compacta, incluindo cafeteira, fogão de indução, micro-ondas, geladeira e todos os utensílios de que precisamos. Tem também uma lava-louças. O apartamento no subsolo tem uma varanda. Destaque para o atendimento da Olala Homes que é excelente. Alem de ser possível fazer todas as interações através do website, inclusive a negociação do early check-in, que funcionou perfeitamente, o atendimento através do WhatsApp também foi ágil e prestativo. Outro ponto positivo é a facilidade de acessar a rede do Metro através da Estação Cabo Ruivo, que fica bem próxima.
Um detalhe que pode ser relevante, especialmente para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade ou transportando muitas bagagens é o fato de o acesso ser por escadas. Neste caso, pode ser recomendável verificar se existe a disponibilidade de reservar um dos apartamentos no piso térreo.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026O "Apartamento com Jardim (4 adultos)" tem a área ideal para uma estadia curta (2 noites) de 3 adultos e 2 crianças. Fica no rés-do-chão, numa rua com possibilidade de estacionamento (pago mas gratuito ao fim de semana). O apartamento tem um pé-direito alto e grandes janelas que abrem o espaço. A possibilidade de usar o jardim foi um grande bónus, muito útil para as crianças pequenas que precisam de se movimentar. Apesar da Gare do Oriente ser perto, só do jardim se ouve algum barulho. A zona é calma e a localização é perfeita, fica apenas a 10min a pé do Pavilhão do Conhecimento ou do Oceanário.
O secador de cabelo é ensurdecedor. A Netflix é um bónus também, mas os desenhos animados mais vistos são dobrados em espanhol e língua original (inglês). Não consegui encontrar canais portugueses com programas infantis. Talvez a TV seja demasiado smart para mim. Não consigo recomendar o restaurante do início da rua, é preferível andar mais um pouco e ir ao Parque das Nações.

If you can’t do technology, don’t use it! Very bad value for money. Very disrespectful staff. We had a 10 day stay over 2 bookings and they moved us from room to room in the middle of our stay!

Minor issues, coffee machine did not work properly but was promptly replaced the day after. It was not clearly stated during the reservation that the apartment was below ground level. This was not an issue during our stay, actually the place stayed cooler because of that.

وصلنا مبكراً لان موعد وصول رحلتنا الثامنة صباحاً ودفعنا مبلغ اضافي 35 يوروللدخول مبكراً قبل الساعة الثالثة وكانت الشقة فاضية في هذا اليوم وجاهزة ولكن لم نستطع الدخول الا الساعة الواحدة وكنا متعبين جداً ولكن لم يتعاون معنا بحجة انه مبرمج مسبقاً

Si tuviera que ponerle alguna pega en detalles ( que en las fotos sale terraza ,mucha luz etc y mi sorpresa cuando llegue me metieron en un sotano y para nada era como en fotos la terraza,no me gustó eso nada ,luego una de las puertas correderas por seguridad no cerraba muy bien. Lo k me dejaba un poco intranquila a la hora de dormir la verdad ,se escucha muchísimo ruido de puertas ,golpes etc de los demas vecinos) luego dijimos eramos 5 y habia 2 camas matrimonio y la otra era el sofa cama (pues no nos dejaron las sabanas para el sofa cama ,tuvimos que dormir 3 en una de las camas ) Pero por lo demás bien. Cómodo, limpio, con toallas ,muy atentos ,y resolviendo dudas ......a mi si me gustó y solo volvería en caso de no estar en el sotano .Por lo demas bien

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The location was good, close to the station. The property was clean and modern, with all of the things you would want. The communication was really good, in terms of door codes, access etc. I couldn't work out how to use the sofa bed, and was sent a video instruction almost immediately I got in touch.
All good from my perspective.

A única questão que tenho a dizer é que eu não conseguir ligar o fogão. Fogão de indução é um charme mas para quem não tem muito contato vira um probleminha, mas tirando essa questão amei a hospedagem.

Da sonorização dos quartos, eram péssimos. Dava para ouvir tudo no quarto ao lado. A limpeza, não foi das melhores. Tinha loiça que não estavam bem limpos e por baixo da cama e dos sofá, estavam sujos.

No dia da saída fomos incomodados pela empregada que foi bater no quarto ainda não era hora de saída. Pareceu-nos de mau tom e inconveniente.
