Everything was really great, the location 2 min walk from the beautiful beach, lots of cafes and restaurants close by, the room was very clean and very comfortable to sleep with very good air condition. The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. We would have loved to stay longer and would definitely come again!

We truly felt very welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The location is absolutely exceptional — in our opinion, the most beautiful area of An Bang Beach. The beach is just a short walk away, while restaurants, cafés and shops are all conveniently close by. At the same time, the area is peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for the wonderful hospitality. De locatie is super. De bedden comfortabel.

Vergeleken met een andere plek 1 km verder van het strand waar we ook sliepen, was dit duurder en een pak minder interessant. Vrij onhygiënische douches, geen ontbijt, soms een vieze geur van beerput.

Great size room, comfy bed nice double shower. 50m to the sea and 50m to main st. Nice and quiet of a night. lots of restaurants, etc. within 1 minute, Nice staff let us have the room for an extra hr when leaving , would recommend.

Property was in an ideal location, so close to the beach with plenty around. The staff were so helpful and let us stay another night which we really appreciated. Would stay again if I ever came back to the area

Excellent location, very close to the beach, and there's also a pool. The hosts provide amazing service and hospitality. Worth the price.

Regarding the layout, there are 2 rooms right next to the pool and another 2 upstairs. I stayed in one of the rooms right by the pool; since the soundproofing isn't completely sufficient, you can potentially hear people talking if they are out by the pool

The property is beautifully clean and was perfect for our group booking out the whole villa. Perfect location short walk to beach to shops and restaurants. Our host was amazing and happy to help with anything we needed when requested.

Perfekte Lage nah am Strand, sehr zentral, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Managerin Qui ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich hoffe, dass ich in der Zukunft wieder hier übernachten kann.

It was my family’s third stay at Lama. The location is perfect and the rooms are very nice. Great value for money.

What an excellent location. It is literally at the beach and alongside are lots of cafes and restaurants! And Qui is sooo kind..she would bring Mangos for the kids. Thank you very very much!!!

The location was ideal, being just a few minutes to the beach, restaurants, a coffee shop/roastery , convenience stores and taxis. In fact just about anything required but still retaining a delightful beachside village atmosphere. Our accommodation was on the first floor, so got the sea breeze to the great balcony at the rear with table and chairs. The room and bathroom was very comfortable for a couple and was well serviced including drinking water. Excellent value. We will definitely stay again. Vietnam is the best!

Sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen, gute Lage zu Restaurants und Supermärkten. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Die Zimmer waren sehr kreativ und gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin hat ein Essen vorbereitet, eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Frau, da ich schon früher wie geplant zum einchecken da war, durfte ich schon auf meinen Zimmer.

Nichts, leider hat es die Tage stärker geregnet.

Alles, angefangen bei der Lage, unserer Vermieterin, die einfach wunderbar ist. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier und haben jedes mal x mal verlängert, das ging immer sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden aug alle fälle immer wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft samt allem drum und dran einfach nur jedem empfehlen!!!! Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal, dass wir auch diesmal wieder hier einen unvergesslichen, wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen durften <3

A great little place with a plunge pool, and close to the beach and away from the noise of the main street - also close by! Definitely worth a revisit!

The owner and her staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. We were given water and toilet paper and clean towels everyday, the owner brought us coffee and tea. The accommodation was excellent, really clean and comfortable with air-conditioning and hot shower. The pool was always clean and refreshing after a hot day. The accommodation is in easy reach to the beach and shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely amazing place and staff

해빌에서 5분 거리에 있고 찾아가기도 너무 쉬웠습니다. 수영장이 있어서 수영장도 즐길 수 있었고 시설은 깔끔하고 분위기 위기는 베트남 분위기의 컨셉을 가지고 있어서 잘 아 이용할 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 바닷가 분위기와 잘 어울리는 숙소여서 어1박하기엔 너무 좋았던 것 같습니다

Perfect location, Huong is outstandingly friendly and supportive. She booked us trips and transportation for a cheaper price as she knows many locals. 1 minute walk to the beach. Mini market 30 seconds away, tons of restaurants and beach bars within 3 3-minute walk.

It could have a little more outdoor furniture, as we used to eat with our family there. We were fortunate that a few other families used it during our stay.

Location is great. 1 min and you’re in the sea. Very affordable accommodation that would be great for a family group to stay in all 4 rooms. We only stayed for one night on the ground floor. The room was clean & neat with a very comfy bed.

We didn’t use the pool. The outdoor kitchen area and surrounds would look great with a freshen up. There’s nowhere to leave your motorbike inside the villa area.

Lama beach villa, located around a 3 minute walk from the nicest beach in the area of hoi an. I could not recommend this place enough. The bed was the comfiest I’ve experienced in Asia after travelling for a fair while. The room was clean, the staff were so friendly and helped us with our transfer to da nang. Can I say they gave us the cheapest rates after looking for around a day and contacting a few companies for transfers. No complaints at all, for the price the convenience, the location, the staff and most of all how well kept the property is. Book it up when in the area. Well done guys!

Small, only four villas with a lovely plunge pool, 100 metres from the beach. Lovely large room, comfortable bed and warmly welcomed by Rose. Although it was fully booked we always had pool to ourselves and rarely saw other guests. Excellent family run restaurant next door. Better than the photos.

Nice clean room, extremely comfortable bed , Room cleaned everyday, and 2 bottles of water. Plenty of hot water in shower and a hairdryer. Rose was so helpful and kind, she arranged trips and cars for us and was always happy to answer any questions, a really lovely lady. Great location close to beach and restaurants. The location is perfect by the beach. The host Rose is amazing and truly helped make our stay, she was able to give us the best tips and spots to go to. She was so friendly aswell. The room is great value for what we paid and is kept clean ect.

The Host was very friendly and flexible. Beds are very comfortable. It has some Fungus in the corner.

Staying at this home stay was a great option for accommodation, a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and a super friendly host who helped us navigate many local experiences while on holidays. The host booked us tickets for events and drivers when needed. She is amazing!!

Location was perfect, right on the beach, less than a minutes walk. Room was perfect for the few days I was there- to have as a base. Very basic but exactly what I needed.

Very nice room and the bed was very comfortable. 2 minute walk from the beach and about 50 meters from a street with restaurants and bars. Rose the owner was also incredible. Very nice and easily to contact.

Rose is a great host, ready to help. The rooms are very confortable and luminous (with good curtains against the lights). Far away from the active street of An Bang it was perfect quiteness to chill for me!

So close to the beach you're almost beside the sea within a minute's walk. Located to at the best western end of An Bang. Twin room was fairly large and comfortable for sleeping. Rose is a nice host.

The room is quite old and not very clean. Mouldy smell. Bathroom door is not able to close.

The location is great for the beach and the restaurants. We loved that the pool was mostly shaded during the hot part of the day. We had two rooms and it was perfect for our kids to be upstairs from us. Rose was also very helpful. We would stay again.

Everything was perfect lovely host nice little swimming pool at my doorstep .She even upgraded my room .Great location I’ll be back !!

Location was excellent and on the doorstep to bars, resturants, massage parlour and beach. Room is spacious, very comfortable and the pool was fantastic! We left an item behind and Rose arranged to get it delivered back to us which we were very grateful for. Staff are super friendly, i would stay again!

- Good value accommodation, it's very new and clean with a small private pool, few steps away from the beach. - Supportive owner, help to book renting bike and taxi to airport with standard price.

- No private parking, even though it's quite safe to leave the bike outside
