I really liked the location. It is very convenient, being close to the bus stand, railway station, and just a few minutes from the temple. The place is very clean and tidy, and the hospitality is excellent. Everything is well organized and managed, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was just worth for money... No fancy amenities.. just what a normal family needs.. To rest, to spend, to be safe and basic requirements (AC and chilled water dispenser) and mainly, mukesh's and kaushik's polite behaviour will be unforgettable..

First and foremost, this property is genuinely pet-friendly, which was a huge plus! The owner is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about the local area. They even went above and beyond by helping us arrange a special darshan. As for the accommodation itself, the rooms are spacious, perfectly clean, and well-stocked with all the essential amenities. Highly recommended!

The host was very friendly, suggested places to visit and even borrowed his bike to go around. Made us felt like a family member. Definitely will book again

We arrived so early like 4 am and they gave us a key to a different room so we can sleep there until our check-in. This was the most kind thing I've seen from any booking I've made. The host really was the nicest person and they took very good care of us. The rooms are very nice and the property is modern and well maintained.

The neighborhood streets are more like alleyways that a tuk tuk is too big for. Finding it was not easy.

The place is really nice and pleasant to stay .We can even see the RAJAGOPURAM from the terrace ,it is really a nice view there. The owner Mukesh is very friendly with us .These is a good place to stay with reasonable price .I suggest you to stay there .

Appart from everything the location is somewhat far (approx 1.2km) from the temple .But it is walkable .

The owner welcomed us with a big smile. Convenient stay and well accommodated. Stayed 2 night over there and felt safe and sound.

Should have included the cleaning service fees together. Disappointed when requested Rs50 during the checkout. Fan at the hall wasn’t working. However, the owner provided us a table fan as a replacement and that’s so kind of him.

It was spacious and all the amenities are very well and in very good condition everything was perfect and washrooms are also very well maintained overall it was worth the every penny you spent And the owner was so polite and very friendly he was ready to help us at anytime even midnyt also and the good thing is he provided his own scooty to was for small needs Very good owner friendly nature

The room has a little issue with Fan, which is not working and TV too. Sometimes water problems might occur due to the airlock which happened for us during our stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Nivas villa Home Stay recently, and I must say the experience was truly delightful. The stay was very well organized, and everything was managed with care and professionalism. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Mukesh, who went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and memorable. Just as we were heading out for Darshan, he happened to be outside and, without hesitation, offered to guide us. He provided precise information regarding timings and the right contacts, which made our Darshan experience smooth and truly fulfilling. What stood out the most was his thoughtful gesture in assisting my mother, who has knee pain. He personally helped drop her at the nearest vegetarian meals hotel, which we deeply appreciate. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again during my next visit and will wholeheartedly recommend Nivas villa Home Stay to others as well.

Beds were not clean, bed bugs were there on bed, AC was not cleaned. Fan not working in hall.

The room is easy to find and looks spacy and comfortable. Mr Mukesh received us very well and provided us with all the information needed. The room had all the necessities needed for our stay and we loved everything here.

Om arunachaleswaraya namaha, I found this amazing peasfull stay through booking.com. I verified and read Reviews about this homestay before proceeding to book this stay. In that one person from japan had given one review, after read that Review i felt safe to go this home saty. In that he mentioned that he was stayed here about one month. I visited this home stay today, it is clean and hygiene, Owner is very Friendly and humble person. Even at the time we were vacating the stay he offered to drop us in the bus stop that too early in the morning. He is a very caring person. I came first to visit tiruvannamalai with family, Before coming to tiruvannamalai i have lot of fears and unsafe thoughts in mind but now i felt very safe in this stay. I will definitely prefer to come your home stay only in next time also if i visit again. Thank you for your kindness brother.

Everything was pleasant right from checkin to the checkout. The temple is 1.7 kms from here which is easily accessible. Good restaurants nearby as well. The room is comfortable, affordable and value for money. Car parking is on the road but should not be a problem.

Only suggestion is the blanket can be washed and kept with a good smell, as it seems not used for a long time. But the pros are much more than this small con

The hotel was independent villa type.. room was big & clean.. near to Thiruvannmalai Railway station & it's near to the Raja Gopuram(Temple).. Good Locality..🤗 I must recommend it to families & groups of friends like 5 to 6 people, it was a pleasant stay & cool environment..❤️ Especially the owner Mukesh bro... he is amazing, quick response for call & MSG.. very well mannered guy... My experience was great...🫶🏻🥰 Thiruvannmalai 🕉️🫶🏻🙏🏻

Location is near to temple and has everything in accessible distance.

It's a clean and well maintained air conditioned 1bhk apartment in a nice area located just 1.5km to the Arunachaleswara temple, 650m from the railway station, 1.3km from the bus station. The host Mukesh Kumar is very very good and responsive. He was available at any time and guided us for food and other requirements we had requested. Once you check in, you will be treated as their family member. The stay was super comfortable and we were well satisfied. You can find all the restaurants and shops within 300m from the stay. Highly suggested place to have a stay in Tiruvannamalai. Thanks to the host Mr Mukesh Kumar.
