Reviewed Feb 3, 2025Check in procedure is smooth and hassle free. Staff are approachable.
Check out time is 11:00 am for sure, what I don’t like is someone is knocking on our unit to remind for the check out. We still have our 10 minutes left and we feel like we’re being pressured to check out at exactly 11am. This is the first time I encountered an airbnb stay that someone have to knock on the unit.

The check in time. I arrived from a long flight around 1 pm and they didnt want to let me in before 3 pm. So , i tried to find another place for 2-3 hours and then at 2 pm they sent me a message that i could enter before 3 pm if i pay 200 php! Not very professional attitude guys....

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024location, quite big room, nice tv and wifi, view from the window. Seven eleven in a condo complex. Nice bed with extension. Kitchen with equipment and the induction cooker.
Please inform your guests about the tower number as there are 4 buildings with own reception and the guests should know the full address from day 1 to navigate the taxi.

The place after cooking feels like when you are in a korean bbq. The ventillation/exhaust of kitchen could be better, but it works.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024The building & view were good. Front desk & staff were helpful. Room was clean & cold when we arrived.
The towels & linens do not smell good (which we were very particular about). There were no hangers. A little bit of beautification inside the room (like wall frames, paintings, flower vase) would be nice. It would also be nice if you could use a room disinfectant spray to make the room smell nice.

Check in was 3pm Couldn't check in early without being charged. Cleaning fee hidden in the taxes and fees part. Check all fees before staying anywhere.

The parking fee is not included in the details provided. 75php a day. And the check-in time is 3 PM with checkout at 11 AM. However, the hotel offers a more convenient schedule with check-in at 2 PM and checkout at 12 noon.

I had trouble finding which building the apartment was located in. It should be on the booking .com site also check in advice should be emailed directly to the customer at least 3 to 5 days before arrival .

We arrived in the room with the floor dirty and we have to asked them to mop the floor.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024The host is great in updating and providing instructions. The place was generally clean and safe too. Wifi is working great. The bed, pillows, and covers are clean. They provide two small bottles of drinking water and coffee. The kitchen utensils are available including soap for washing. Overall, I do like the place.
Some things to consider are the following: I think the shower curtain needs washing (dirty :(), microwave is not working, and the bathroom could use additional rug inside. One roll of toilet paper for a 3-day stay is not enough. It would also be great if a spare trash bag is kept in the room with instruction on where to dispose.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2024The cleanliness of the property was spot on. It was so comfortable, it was always a challenge to get out of bed and explore the city. It's just a short taxi ride or walk away from establishments like the Shops at Atria, and SM Iloilo. In the compound, there's a convenience store and a coffee shop. Molo Cathedral and the Molo Mansion can be walked in about 15-20 mins.

The curtain is a little bit thin so when the sun shines, it’s a but bright. Suggest to use darker shade curtain or black out curtains. I didn’t like that people have to pay for parking. 25 pesos in the morning and 50 pesos at night. For my 3 days stay, that’s quite a lot of money just for parking. 🤔🤔 The condo unit can limit 1 car per condo room atleast, if more than 2 cars then you can pay for the second car.
