Colazione tipica, ottimo servizio. Qualitá buona.

Migliorare la disponibilitá di sapone liquido nel bagno e doccia (erano praticamente vuoti).

Tiene una vista espectacular, la comida muy deliciosa y la atención del personal fue demasiado buena, todo estaba limpio y agradable

El ingreso al hotel es pésimo, la via esta muy deteriorada. Fuimos en moto y nos dio micho miedo el ingreso porque temiamos caernos, esta muy mala y fea la via de acceso

Las vistas y las istalaciones

El señor Mario y su equipo son buenos anfitriónes, amables y con buena conversación, el lugar es agradable, naturaleza y tranquilidad, en la noche un poco de frío peor tiene buena dotación

Los utensilios de cocina no estaban limpios, hay que mejorar el asesor de la cocina lo demás estaba muy limpio.

Un hermoso paisaje rodea las casas, que son preciosas; todo está en muy buen estado. Además, todas las solicitudes se atienden con prontitud.

El desayuno no es americano, sino típico colombiano. Deberían ofrecer algo más interesante y más variedad.No hay ningún armario pequeño en el baño.

La ubicación, la vista, la privacidad y la compañía de los pájaros al despertar fue maravilloso, don Mario y Sergio siempre atentos a los que necesitábamos. La cabaña muy cómoda, un poco de calor en el día pero nada grave. Está a 15 minutos caminando del parque principal de Jericó.

La piscina es muy muy fría pero rica para un día soleado

Ubicación, comodidad, clima

Creo que la piscina no tiene motor y filtro de circulación, si fuera piscina de agua corriente a falta de filtro y motor, sería más atractiva, falta mantenimiento externo a jardín e instalaciones en general, la vía tiene un pare y siga de una hora para tener en cuenta al reservar.

El silencio, el contacto con la naturaleza. La atención de los dependientes.

El servicio de comida es externo (excepto el desayuno). No hay servicio de tienda ni siquiera de lo básico.

Las habitaciones limpias , tranquilas

Small and cozy cabins, a beautiful view of the countryside and mountains. Everyone was very attentive. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

The cabin's shower wasn't working properly; the water flow wasn't good. That was the only drawback, but nothing exceptional.

EL DESAYUNO MUY RICO Y TRADICIONAL, son cabañitas lindas y también tradicional. Las bebidas del minibar a precios muy muy adecuados. Tiene una linda vista de Jericó y está muy cerca del pueblo, como a 10 min caminando del parque ppal.

A sweet little paradise! The people here are all so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It’s a beautiful garden with cute little houses, lots of colorful birds flying around, and an amazing view. I wish I could have stayed longer!

There’s a small stretch of road that gave me a little anxiety on a fully loaded motorcycle, but I made it okay so you probably will too.

The breakfast was very good, very fresh, simple and tasty. The location is fantastic, incredible views and about 1 minute outside of town which is really close but far enough to get a break from the people, the tourists etc and have plenty of peace and quiet at your cabin. That's not to imply that Jericó is a loud town, it's pretty mellow as far as towns go, there is not a lot of loud music or discotheques or anything like that. The cabin was very nice, simple but pleasant and clean, with great views. We were in the Anturios cabin. If you like a cold pool, the pool is nice for a dip. It's not a pool to "swim" in, it's really just for getting wet and cooling off with a nice COLD soak. The staff was also kind and helpful. And there is a small refrigerator in the cabin with bottled water which turned out to be very helpful, as the water there is not potable (I don't know if that applies to the whole town, or if it's just the structures that are outside the main part of town, because Cabañas is up on a hill above and just outside the main part of town).

The mattress, which was supposedly new, wasn't that great. It felt like it sagged in the middle, and so we would find ourselves rolling involuntarily towards the middle. And for 300,000 pesos a nite, the mattress should be higher quality (and a little firmer). There was also no mirror in the bathroom, and no chairs nor table on the balcony. The views are SO spectacular, there really should be 2 simple chairs and a small table just big enough for at least 2 cups of coffee or 2 glasses of wine on the balcony, to enjoy the views properly. The mirror and chairs and table should be an "easy fix" and are relatively minor. I also know water can be a complicated issue far away from big cities, and especially at higher altitudes and locations, but if there were a way to improve the water pressure for the shower, that would be great.

Both the location and cabin were amazing, the food was delicious, and everyone that worked there was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was OK. Good coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Jacuzzi not functioning. The steam bath was good but it was an extra $10 per person. Bed not comfortable. This place has a great location and a lot of potential but it's not there yet. They seem to be working on it.

Individual cabanas are great, super friendly staff, safe area, great views from the hill over the village.

If you quickly want to buy something, you are a little far from the city, and there is nothing for sale on the premises. It would be good if the reception had basic food for sale or a restaurant service. You do have a refrigerator that has beers and drinks, which you can stock with your own food and things.
